It is to be understood that, as shown in fig. 2b, the display screen may be a drawing screen corresponding to actual displayed products, and may specifically include a product image corresponding to each displayed product and selling price information corresponding to each displayed product. As shown in fig. 2b, the display screen includes a display shelf 201, a product image 202, and selling price information. The user can intuitively and clearly know the actual commodity display condition in the closed cabinet body through the display picture. Further, when the display goods are vacant on the display shelf 201, the display goods can be displayed as the vacant image 203 at the corresponding position of the display picture or not displayed at the corresponding position, so that the user can more intuitively know the goods holding condition and the display position condition in the cabinet body. In other possible implementations of the foregoing embodiment, other relevant information such as the temperature and humidity of the closed cabinet can also be displayed in the multimedia playing area 200, which is not limited herein.
It will be appreciated that the display screen on the refrigerator cabinet can also be switched to play content using the control system provided in the foregoing embodiment. In the practical application process, considering that the displayed commodities in the refrigerator are changed along with the shopping of the user, the drawing picture corresponding to the displayed commodities in the refrigerator needs to be updated according to the dynamic change, the following further explains how the drawing picture is obtained and switched in the refrigerator with the display screen provided by the present disclosure:
in some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the control system corresponding to the display screen on the ice chest may further comprise a picture generation module 004 for generating the second picture, and the data storage unit 001 needs to keep connected with the picture generation module 004. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the screen generating module 004 may further include:
the image acquisition module 0041 is used for acquiring a shot image at least containing the front row of displayed commodities in the freezer. It can be understood that, in the embodiment, since the display screen is disposed on the outer surface of the cabinet door, the front row of products displayed on the shelf of the refrigerator can be observed after the user opens the cabinet door, and therefore, the captured image of the front row of products displayed also needs to be acquired during the process of acquiring the drawing picture. In the image acquisition process, a plurality of cameras can be arranged in the closed cabinet body, multi-angle shooting images of all commodities in the cabinet body are acquired in an image shooting mode, image information of all display commodities in the cabinet body is further acquired in image splicing and other modes, and technical personnel in the field can arrange the cameras and a corresponding image preprocessing mode according to the actual situation of the cabinet body without limitation.
And an image recognition module 0042 for performing image recognition on the captured image to obtain commodity information of each commodity in the captured image. The image recognition module 0042 may perform image recognition based on the displayed product image information obtained by the image acquisition module 0041 to acquire corresponding product information. For example, after a yogurt commodity stored in a 3-layer freezer is identified by the image identification module 0042, the position information of the yogurt commodity on which layer of the 3-layer freezer is located, the display picture corresponding to the yogurt commodity, the brand information corresponding to the yogurt commodity, the price information corresponding to the yogurt commodity, and the like can be obtained, which is not limited herein.
And the picture drawing module 0043 is used for correspondingly matching the prefabricated commodity image and the selling price information according to the commodity information to form a drawing picture. The screen rendering module 0043 may reconstruct the display of the merchandise in the refrigerator in the form of an image according to the image recognition result, restore the display of the displayed merchandise in the refrigerator with a visual display image, and display the display through the multimedia display area 301 of the display screen.
In the above embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 4, the screen generating unit 004 may further include:
and the detection module 0044 is used for detecting the opening and closing condition of the refrigerator door and generating a display commodity updating signal after the refrigerator door completes one opening and closing action. The image acquisition module 0041 reacquires the photographed image from the display merchandise update signal, and the image recognition module 0042 and the screen drawing module 0043 re-recognize and match the drawn screen from the reacquired photographed image to form an updated drawn screen.
It can be understood that the detection module 0044 needs to correspondingly detect the opening and closing condition of the cabinet door to realize the timely update of the display goods in the cabinet body. The key point for realizing the technical scheme is how to define the complete opening and closing action.
In a possible implementation of the above embodiment, the process of closing the door of the cabinet can be performed when the door reaches a certain angle, the process of closing the door can be performed once again by separating a certain angle, or the process of closing the door can be performed once again by separating a certain time. When commodity updating signals are generated at intervals, namely pictures in the refrigerator are obtained again in an angle or time interval mode, one picture with better shooting angle or shooting quality can be selected from a plurality of pictures obtained in the door closing process for use.
In order to avoid the problem of missing pictures in the door closing process, the disclosure also provides different schemes for determining the preset angle threshold, in one embodiment, a limited number of specific points can be selected in the cabinet body, and the distribution of the specific points can be determined according to the distribution condition of shelves in the cabinet body, which is not limited herein. For example, specific points or corresponding commodities are respectively arranged at two ends of each layer of goods shelves in the refrigerator, the actual commodity purchasing state is simulated, namely, the specific points or the corresponding commodities in the fetching setting are respectively touched after the cabinet door is opened, and the maximum opening angle of the cabinet door when the specific points or the corresponding commodities in the fetching setting are normally touched is recorded, so that the minimum opening angle when the commodities can be normally purchased is found out from a plurality of maximum angles. Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that it is difficult for a shopper to complete a normal selection of merchandise when the door is opened at an angle less than the minimum opening angle. Therefore, when the opening angle of the cabinet door is far smaller than the minimum opening angle, the display commodity updating signal does not need to be generated; and when the fixed angle value is set to a value slightly smaller than the minimum opening angle, the possibility of missed shots can be further reduced. Of course, the final fixed angle value can be determined according to actual requirements such as actual refrigerator size and precision requirements. The smaller the fixed angle value, the lower the probability of missed shots is in general. Based on the above description, the minimum opening angle value or an angle value slightly smaller than the minimum opening angle value can be used as the fixed angle value for generating the display merchandise update signal.
In another embodiment for determining the fixed angle value, the complete opening and closing action may be further defined by means of data statistics: the maximum door opening angle of the cabinet door of the current cabinet body in the opening process at every time is continuously counted until certain statistic demand is met. For example, when the statistics of the opening and closing of the cabinet door is more than 100 times, the interval statistics is performed on the door opening angles obtained through statistics, and the same or similar significantly more angle values are taken, for example, the angle value accounting for 90% or 95% can be selected and taken as the fixed angle value for generating the display commodity updating signal.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, a plurality of angles related to the opening and closing process of the cabinet door refer to an included angle between the cabinet door and the cabinet body.
In another possible implementation of the above embodiment, multiple sets of images of the displayed products in the cabinet can be captured by the image capturing module 0041 during each door opening and closing process, and multiple sets of captured images can be optimized based on different judgment parameters. For example, the determination parameter may include a door opening angle corresponding to the captured image, whether the captured image is performed during door opening or door closing, whether a block exists in the captured image, and the like. In the process of optimizing the shot image, different weights can be given to different judgment parameters for corresponding screening.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, fig. 5 shows a perception schematic of a human perception unit 002. Wherein, human perception unit 002 can pass through infrared sensor and/or radar sensor to whether there is the human body to the within range of predetermineeing and carry out the perception according to predetermineeing the frequency. In particular, the preset range may include a dynamic preset distance extending to the outside of the enclosure body in a closed state of the cabinet door.
It is understood that in one possible implementation of the present disclosure, an implementation of human body sensing using PIR human body sensing apparatus 500 may be employed, as shown in fig. 5. The PIR human sensor 500 may be located in the top side area of the cabinet door 501 and at an angle to the vertical plane of the cabinet door for human detection. The induction distance length L can be adjusted by adjusting the alpha angle of the PIR human body inductor, so that the dynamic adjustment of the preset range is realized.
In this another kind of probably of disclosure realizes, human perception unit 002 can also realize through radar sensor, and radar sensor can carry out the dynamic adjustment of predetermineeing the scope according to control software, still has stronger penetrability to cabinet door materials such as glass, surveys to disturb less, the consumption is lower, the cost can be accepted relatively.
