The processor 401 is electrically connected to the memory 402. acquiring a to-be-verified inquiry letter, and extracting to-be-verified items in the to-be-verified inquiry letter and to-be-verified information corresponding to each to-be-verified item, wherein the to-be-verified inquiry letter carries user information of a to-be-verified user; acquiring reference information corresponding to the to-be-verified item of the to-be-verified user according to the user information and the to-be-verified item; comparing the to-be-verified information corresponding to each to-be-verified item with the reference information to obtain a comparison result; and generating a reply based on the comparison result, and sending the reply to the target user sending the inquiry to be verified.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the computer device 2000 further comprises: a touch display 403, an input unit 404, and a power source 405. The processor 401 is electrically connected to the touch display screen 403, the input unit 404 and the power source 405 respectively. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer device configuration illustrated in FIG. 3 does not constitute a limitation of the computer device, and may include more or fewer components than illustrated, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The touch display screen 403 may be used for displaying a graphical user interface and receiving operation instructions generated by a user acting on the graphical user interface. The touch display screen 403 may include a display panel and a touch panel. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 401, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 401. The touch panel may overlay the display panel and, when the touch panel detects a touch operation thereon or nearby, transmit the touch operation to the processor 401 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 401 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel according to the type of the touch event. In the embodiment of the present application, the touch panel and the display panel may be integrated into the touch display screen 403 to realize input and output functions. However, in some embodiments, the touch panel and the touch panel can be implemented as two separate components to perform the input and output functions. That is, the touch display screen 403 may also be used as a part of the input unit 404 to implement an input function.

Therefore, the rapid verification is realized by the mode of verifying the to-be-verified information corresponding to each to-be-verified item on line, and the verification efficiency of the inquiry letter verification service is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by instructions, or by instructions controlling associated hardware, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor.
To this end, the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a plurality of computer programs are stored, where the computer programs can be loaded by a processor to execute the steps in the control method according to any one of the techniques provided in the present application. Before the step of extracting the items to be verified in the inquiry letter to be verified and the information to be verified corresponding to each item to be verified, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining the source type of the inquiry letter to be verified;

acquiring reference information corresponding to the to-be-verified item of the to-be-verified user according to the user information and the to-be-verified item;
comparing the to-be-verified information corresponding to each to-be-verified item with the reference information to obtain a comparison result;
and generating a reply based on the comparison result, and sending the reply to a target user sending the inquiry letter to be verified.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of extracting the to-be-verified items in the to-be-verified item and the to-be-verified information corresponding to each of the to-be-verified items, the method further comprises:
determining the source type of the inquiry letter to be verified;
if the source type of the inquiry letter to be verified is an offline source, generating a file image according to the inquiry letter to be verified;
the step of extracting the items to be verified in the inquiry letter to be verified and the information to be verified corresponding to each item to be verified comprises the following steps:
