In the embodiment, the intelligent device performs data positioning on the target report file to be checked according to the data positioning strategy to obtain the key words of the target report file to be checked; and performing data correction on the keywords according to the data correction strategy to obtain target data in the target report file to be accounted. And the data correction is carried out on the keywords of different types through different data correction strategies, so that the data in the report file to be checked can be processed more accurately, more accurate and qualified target data can be obtained for checking, and the accuracy of processing the report file is improved.
Based on the above embodiment, obtaining the configuration file matched with the type of the report file to be accounted may include:
s1, acquiring the date of the report file to be checked;
the date of the report file to be checked can be at least one of the generation date, the last checking date and the date to be checked of the report file to be checked. The date can be obtained from the identification information of the report file to be checked.
It should be noted that the report to be checked is not necessarily checked every day, and some reports are settled in the morning and at the end of the month, or may be checked once a week. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the report file to be subjected to accounting is acquired, whether accounting is currently required for the report file to be subjected to accounting can be determined according to the generation date, the last accounting date, the date to be subjected to accounting and the like of the report file to be subjected to accounting.

For example, the processing completion flag may be obtained by splicing the character string "1" and the identification information of the report file to be checked. After detecting the processing completion mark of the report file to be checked, the intelligent device displays the processing completion prompt information of the report file to be checked on a display or outputs the processing completion prompt information of the report file to be checked on an alarm module.
Based on the above embodiment, the method further comprises:
s1, judging whether the identification information of the report file to be checked is matched with the reference processing completion mark;

For example, the identification information of the reference accounting report file may be "xxxyyyzzz", and the reference processing completion flag corresponding to the reference accounting report file may be "xxxyyyzzz-1", and the identification information of the report file to be accounted is obtained to determine whether the identification information of the report file to be accounted is matched with the reference processing completion flag.
And S2, if the identification information is matched with the reference processing completion mark, deleting the reference data obtained after data processing of the reference report file corresponding to the reference processing completion mark.
For example, the identification information of the reference accounting report file may be "xxxyyyzzz", the reference processing completion flag corresponding to the reference accounting report file may be "xxxyyyzzz-1", and if the identification information of the to-be-accounted report file is "xxxyyyzzz", it may be determined that the identification information of the to-be-accounted report file matches the reference processing completion flag, and at this time, the reference data corresponding to the reference report file may be deleted.
In this embodiment, the intelligent device determines whether the identification information of the report file to be checked is matched with the reference processing completion flag, so that when the report file is repeatedly uploaded or has an error, the reference data obtained by the previous repeated report file processing can be deleted, thereby avoiding repeated checking of the data or checking of the error data, and improving the accuracy of report file processing.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the configuration file may include a data validity verification policy, and the accounting processing on the target data may include:
verifying whether the target data is valid according to the validity verification strategy; and if the target data is valid, performing accounting processing on the target data.
The validity verification policy can be format verification and validity verification of text, date and numbers in the target data.
For example, if the validity verification policy specifies that the date must be a valid report file between 20xx year 01/month 01 and 20xx year 12/month 31, the target data is determined to be invalid if the date in the target data is not between 20xx year 01/month 01 and 20xx year 12/month 31, and the target data is determined to be valid if the date in the target data is between 20xx year 01/month 01 and 20xx year 12/month 31.
If the validity verification policy specifies that the amount of money for a certain item must be positive, the target data is determined to be invalid if the amount of money in the target data is negative, and the target data is determined to be valid if the amount of money in the target data is positive.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the intelligent device processes the report file to be checked to obtain the target data, the target data is verified for validity, and then checking is performed, so that the accuracy of processing the report file is improved.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is another flow chart illustrating a report processing method in the present embodiment. The method includes the steps that firstly, the intelligent device can obtain a report file to be checked and the type of the report file to be checked from the intelligent device local or a server, wherein the report file to be checked can be transmitted to the intelligent device by a bank card clearance mechanism through FTP service or BFTS service, or pushed to the intelligent device by the bank card clearance mechanism through UEEP, or downloaded and uploaded to the intelligent device from the bank card clearance mechanism manually, the type of the report file to be checked can include format types, and the format types of the report file to be checked can include TXT, CSV, XLS/XLS and the like.
After the report file to be checked is obtained, the report file to be checked can be processed, and the processing can be performed through the configuration file of the report file to be checked. For example, the file interception policy may be to remove invalid characters such as blank characters in the report file to be checked to obtain the target report file to be checked; the format processing strategy can be that the format processing is carried out on the report file to be checked through the format processing strategy to obtain a target report file to be checked in a target format; the rerun cleaning strategy can detect a processing completion mark of the past report file processing completion stored in the alarm module, judge whether a file which is duplicated with the report file to be accounted exists in the intelligent equipment or not based on the processing completion mark, delete reference data obtained by the original file which is duplicated and perform format processing on the report file to be accounted to obtain a target report file to be accounted if the file which is duplicated with the report file to be accounted exists in the intelligent equipment, thereby avoiding repeated accounting on data or accounting of wrong data, and improving the accuracy of report file processing.
After the target report file to be checked is obtained, data processing can be performed on the target report file to be checked according to a file processing strategy, wherein the file processing strategy can comprise a data positioning strategy and a data correction strategy, the data processing on the target report file to be checked can comprise the steps of performing text data positioning on the target report file to be checked to obtain a keyword, performing text data correction on the keyword to obtain text data, or performing date data correction to obtain date data, or performing digital data correction to obtain digital data, and splicing the date data, the digital data and the date data to obtain target data in the target report file to be checked. And then, carrying out accounting processing on the target data or sending the target data to an agent bank. Corresponding configuration files are configured for different types of report files, when the report files to be checked are obtained, the configuration files matched with the report files to be checked are obtained, format processing and data processing are carried out on the report to be checked based on the configuration files, target data capable of being checked are obtained, manual processing of the report files to be checked is not needed, and therefore processing efficiency of the report files is improved.
In order to better implement the report file processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application, an embodiment of the present application further provides a device based on the report file processing method. The meaning of the nouns is the same as that in the report file processing method, and the specific implementation details can refer to the description in the method embodiment.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a report file processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, wherein the report file processing apparatus 300 may include a first obtaining module 301, a second obtaining module 302, an analyzing module 303, a format processing module 304, a data processing module 305, an accounting module 306, and the like.
The first obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain a report file to be accounted and a type of the report file to be accounted;
the second obtaining module 302 is configured to obtain a configuration file matched with the type of the report file to be checked;
the analysis module 303 is configured to analyze the configuration file to obtain a format processing policy and a file processing policy in the configuration file;
the format processing module 304 is configured to perform format processing on the report file to be subjected to format accounting according to the format processing policy to obtain a target report file to be subjected to format accounting in a target format;
the data processing module 305 is configured to perform data processing on the target report file to be accounted according to the file processing policy, so as to obtain target data in the target report file to be accounted;
and the accounting module 306 is used for performing accounting processing on the target data.
Optionally, the report file processing apparatus 300 may further include:
the data positioning module is used for carrying out data positioning on the target report file to be checked according to the data positioning strategy to obtain a keyword of the target report file to be checked;
and the first data correction module is used for performing data correction on the keywords according to the data correction strategy to obtain target data in the target report file to be accounted.
The first acquisition module is used for acquiring the data types of the keywords, wherein the data types comprise text types, date types and number types;
the first determining module is used for determining a data correction strategy according to the data type, wherein the data correction strategy comprises a text data correction strategy, a date data correction strategy and a digital data correction strategy;
the second data correction module is used for performing data correction on the keywords of the text type according to the text data correction strategy to obtain target text data;
the third data correction module is used for performing data correction on the keywords of the date type according to the date type data correction strategy to obtain target date type data;
the fourth data correction module is used for performing data correction on the digital type key words according to the digital type data correction strategy to obtain target digital type data;
and the first generation module is used for generating target data in the report file to be checked according to the target text data, the target date data and the target digital data.
The second acquisition module is used for acquiring the date of the report file to be checked;
the second determination module is used for determining whether the report file to be checked needs to be checked according to the date;
and the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the configuration file matched with the type of the report file to be checked when the report file to be checked is determined to be checked according to the date.
The fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the identification information of the report file to be checked;
the third determining module is used for determining the accounting conditions of the report file to be accounted according to the identification information;
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the date meets the accounting condition;
and the judging module is used for judging that the report file to be subjected to accounting needs to be accounted if the date meets the accounting condition.
The second generation module is used for generating a processing completion mark of the report file to be checked according to the identification information;
and the output module is used for outputting the processing completion prompt information of the report file to be accounted according to the processing completion mark.
The second judgment module is used for judging whether the identification information of the report file to be checked is matched with the reference processing completion mark;
and the deleting module is used for deleting the reference data obtained after the data processing is carried out on the reference report file corresponding to the reference processing completion mark if the identification information is matched with the reference processing completion mark.
The verification module is used for verifying whether the target data is valid according to the validity verification strategy;
and the accounting module is used for performing accounting processing on the target data if the target data is valid.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an intelligent device, where the intelligent device may be a terminal such as a mobile phone, and as shown in fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of the intelligent device according to the embodiment of the present application is shown, specifically:
the smart device may include components such as a processor 401 of one or more processing cores, memory 402 of one or more computer-readable storage media, a power supply 403, and an input unit 404. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the smart device architecture shown in FIG. 5 does not constitute a limitation of smart devices and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
the processor 401 is a control center of the smart device, connects various parts of the entire smart device using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the smart device and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 402 and calling data stored in the memory 402, thereby performing overall monitoring of the smart device. Optionally, processor 401 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 401 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 401.
The memory 402 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 401 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 402. The memory 402 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the smart device, and the like. Further, the memory 402 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 402 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 401 access to the memory 402.
The smart device further includes a power supply 403 for supplying power to the various components, and preferably, the power supply 403 may be logically connected to the processor 401 through a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption through the power management system. The power supply 403 may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
The smart device may also include an input unit 404, the input unit 404 being operable to receive input numeric or character information and to generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.
Although not shown, the smart device may further include a display unit and the like, which will not be described herein. Specifically, in this embodiment, the processor 401 in the smart device loads the executable file corresponding to the process of one or more application programs into the memory 402 according to the following instructions, and the processor 401 runs the application program stored in the memory 402, thereby implementing various functions as follows:
acquiring a report file to be checked and the type of the report file to be checked; acquiring a configuration file matched with the type of the report file to be checked; analyzing the configuration file to obtain a format processing strategy and a file processing strategy in the configuration file; carrying out format processing on the report file to be subjected to format accounting according to the format processing strategy to obtain a target report file to be subjected to format accounting in a target format; performing data processing on the target report file to be subjected to accounting according to the file processing strategy to obtain target data in the target report file to be subjected to accounting; and performing accounting processing on the target data. Corresponding configuration files are configured for different types of report files, when the report files to be checked are obtained, the configuration files matched with the report files to be checked are obtained, format processing and data processing are carried out on the report to be checked based on the configuration files, target data capable of being checked are obtained, manual processing of the report files to be checked is not needed, and therefore processing efficiency of the report files is improved.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the embodiments have respective emphasis, and parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment may refer to the above detailed description of the report file processing method, and are not described herein again.
According to an aspect of the application, a computer program product or computer program is provided, comprising computer instructions, the computer instructions being stored in a computer readable storage medium. The processor of the smart device reads the computer instructions from the computer-readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer instructions, so that the smart device performs the method provided in the various alternative implementations in the above embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by computer instructions or by computer instructions controlling associated hardware, and the computer instructions may be stored in a storage medium and loaded and executed by a processor, and the storage medium is a computer-readable storage medium. To this end, the present application provides a storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, where the computer program may include computer instructions, and the computer program can be loaded by a processor to execute any one of the report file processing methods provided in the present application.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.

The method, the device, the intelligent device and the storage medium for processing the report files provided by the embodiment of the application are introduced in detail, a specific example is applied in the description to explain the principle and the implementation mode of the application, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the application; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, the specific implementation manner and the application scope may be changed, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
Claims (11)
1. A report file processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a report file to be checked and the type of the report file to be checked;
acquiring a configuration file matched with the type of the report file to be checked;
analyzing the configuration file to obtain a format processing strategy and a file processing strategy in the configuration file;
carrying out format processing on the report file to be subjected to accounting according to the format processing strategy to obtain a target report file to be subjected to accounting in a target format;
performing data processing on the target report file to be subjected to accounting according to the file processing strategy to obtain target data in the target report file to be subjected to accounting;
and performing accounting processing on the target data.
2. The report file processing method according to claim 1, wherein the file processing policy includes a data positioning policy and a data modification policy, and the data processing of the target report file to be accounted according to the file processing policy to obtain the target data in the target report file to be accounted comprises:
performing data positioning on the target report file to be subjected to accounting according to the data positioning strategy to obtain a keyword of the target report file to be subjected to accounting;
and performing data correction on the keywords according to the data correction strategy to obtain target data in the target report file to be accounted.
3. A report file processing method according to claim 2, wherein the data correction of the keyword according to the data correction policy to obtain the target data in the target report file to be accounted comprises:
acquiring data types of the keywords, wherein the data types comprise text types, date types and number types;
determining a data correction strategy according to the data type, wherein the data correction strategy comprises a text data correction strategy, a date data correction strategy and a digital data correction strategy;
performing data correction on the keywords of the text type according to the text data correction strategy to obtain target text data;
performing data correction on the keywords of the date type according to the date type data correction strategy to obtain target date type data;
carrying out data correction on the keywords of the digital type according to the digital data correction strategy to obtain target digital data;
and generating target data in the report file to be checked according to the target text data, the target date data and the target digital data.
4. The report file processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the configuration file matched with the type of the report file to be accounted comprises:
acquiring the date of a report file to be checked;
determining whether the report file to be checked is required to be checked according to the date;
and when the report file to be checked is determined to be checked according to the date, acquiring a configuration file matched with the type of the report file to be checked.
5. The report file processing method according to claim 4, wherein said determining whether the report file to be audited needs to be audited according to the date comprises:
acquiring the identification information of the report file to be checked;
determining the accounting conditions of the report file to be accounted according to the identification information;
judging whether the date meets the accounting condition or not;
and if the date meets the accounting condition, judging that the report file to be accounted needs to be accounted.
6. The report file processing method according to claim 5, wherein after performing data processing on the target report file to be checked according to the file processing policy to obtain target data in the target report file to be checked, the method comprises:
generating a processing completion mark of the report file to be checked according to the identification information;
and outputting the processing completion prompt information of the report file to be checked according to the processing completion mark.
7. A report file processing method according to claim 6, said method further comprising:
judging whether the identification information of the report file to be checked is matched with a reference processing completion mark;
and if the identification information is matched with the reference processing completion mark, deleting the reference data obtained after data processing of the reference report file corresponding to the reference processing completion mark.
8. A report file processing method according to any of claims 1-7, wherein said configuration file includes a data validity verification policy, and said performing accounting processing on said target data includes:
verifying whether the target data is valid or not according to the validity verification strategy;
and if the target data is valid, performing accounting processing on the target data.
9. A report file processing apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the report file to be accounted and the type of the report file to be accounted;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a configuration file matched with the type of the report file to be accounted;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the configuration file to obtain a format processing strategy and a file processing strategy in the configuration file;
the format processing module is used for carrying out format processing on the report file to be subjected to accounting according to the format processing strategy to obtain a target report file to be subjected to accounting in a target format;
the data processing module is used for carrying out data processing on the target report file to be subjected to accounting according to the file processing strategy to obtain target data in the target report file to be subjected to accounting;
and the accounting module is used for performing accounting processing on the target data.
10. An intelligent device, characterized by comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor executes the report file processing method according to any claim from 1 to 8 when calling the computer program in the memory.
