Abstract
The invention provides a bulletproof overcoat with an inflatable inner container, which belongs to the technical field of bulletproof vests and comprises an outer bulletproof layer and an inflatable layer of the inner container. The invention has the beneficial effects that: provides a bullet-proof overcoat which has a large protection area and absorbs shock waves and mainly aims at defending a pistol and an explosive shrapnel. The current body armor mainly protects the upper body, and the main cause of death of soldiers and civilians in modern war is death due to excessive blood loss caused by hitting of shrapnel of explosive. The bulletproof vest firstly utilizes the bulletproof material of the bulletproof layer to receive the elastic sheet, consumes a part of kinetic energy of the elastic sheet, and then utilizes the elasticity of the inflatable liner layer to continuously weaken the kinetic energy of the elastic sheet, thereby achieving the effects of bulletproof and shock wave absorption. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the exterior of the bulletproof layer is similar to a long coat, and comprises a coat body, long sleeves, a front fly, buttons, a zipper, shoulder straps, inclined pockets, a waistband, a hood hidden pocket and a collar. A hidden pocket is arranged below the collar and used for containing a hood, and the hidden pocket can be covered by putting down the collar. The bulletproof layer lining is provided with 6 bulletproof plugboard pockets, 4 small pockets at the chest and the knees and two large pockets at the back and the buttocks for containing bulletproof plugboards. The oblique inserting pocket of the lining is provided with an inflation hole, so that an air pipe of the valve of the inflation layer can penetrate through the oblique inserting pocket and is connected with a portable inflation pump in the oblique inserting pocket for rapid inflation.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the outer side of the inflatable layer is similar to the bulletproof layer, and comprises a coat body, long sleeves, zippers, pockets, waistbands, hoods, inflation valves, snap fasteners, elastic cord fasteners and sewing threads. The lining of the inflatable layer is provided with two pockets at the chest. The cuffs of the inflatable layer, the lower hem of the overcoat and the edges of the hood are smooth cloth surfaces without inflatable parts, so that the rainwater can be prevented from flowing backwards. The cuffs, the lower hem of the overcoat and the edges of the hats are also provided with elastic cord buttons for tightening and keeping warm. In order to enhance the elasticity, the inflatable layer is provided with a seam which is formed by high-temperature high-pressure embossing of the upper and lower layers of fabrics, and the upper and lower ends of the seam are not closed and are used for introducing air. The inflation valve at the waist part is used for inflating, is provided with an extension air pipe, can be connected to a portable inflation pump in an adjacent pocket, can also be connected with the portable inflation pump in the bulletproof layer inclined socket pocket through an inflation hole, or is connected with an inflator pump or other inflation pumps through a conversion nozzle to inflate high-pressure air. The hood of the inflatable layer has a small exposed opening and can be completely covered by the full-face type gas mask.
As shown in fig. 8, the snap fastener inside the cuff of the ballistic layer is made of a small strip of cloth, shown in the upper half of the figure, attached end to form a loop in the ballistic layer. The snap fastener of the inflatable layer is made of two plastic snap fasteners arranged in parallel on a small cloth strip as shown in the lower half of the figure, one snap fastener passing through a lace to connect with the other snap fastener to fix two long sleeves.
Specifically, the bulletproof layer is made of 30 layers of Kevlar fibers with improved hydrolysis resistance and light irradiation resistance, the inflatable layer is made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber (TPU) materials with improved high temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance and 4 mm thickness, and the bulletproof inserting plate is a two-level PE bulletproof inserting plate made of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene.
The bulletproof performance of the bulletproof clothes can be divided into two types on the bulletproof mechanism, and the first type is that the kinetic energy of the elastic sheet is consumed after the elastic sheet is absorbed by the bulletproof clothes, so that the impact on the body is reduced. The second is to spring the elastic sheet generated by the explosive to prevent the human body from being hurt. The invention utilizes the two bulletproof mechanisms, firstly, the bulletproof material of the bulletproof layer is utilized to receive the elastic sheet, the kinetic energy of the bulletproof layer is converted into heat energy by the heat generated by the mutual friction between the deformation of the outer layer clothes and the elastic sheet, a part of the kinetic energy of the elastic sheet is consumed, and then the kinetic energy of the elastic sheet is continuously weakened by utilizing the elasticity of the inflatable liner layer, thereby achieving the effects of bulletproof and shock wave reduction. Under dangerous conditions, the bulletproof vest can be inserted into the bulletproof flashboard after being inflated, the shoulder belt and the waist belt loop are connected by the waistband, and the bulletproof vest can be used as a bulletproof shield when being lifted on the hand or carried back. The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:

3. The bulletproof clothes are simple in production process, low in price, free of metal materials, suitable for civilians, police and non-combat personnel of army to use in low-risk places such as terrorist attacks, rescue and relief work, battlefield backs and the like, and convenient for large-scale popularization.
