Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of road materials, in particular to a lime stabilized macadam material for fly ash generated by incineration of household garbage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Refuse incineration is one of the main methods for realizing harmless, reduction and recycling of household refuse. However, the incineration fly ash contains dioxin, soluble heavy metals and other components, which are listed as dangerous wastes in China, and the resource utilization of the incineration fly ash is urgent. The rapid development of traffic construction in China, especially highway traffic, requires consumption of a large amount of engineering materials, wherein the use of inorganic mineral aggregates such as cement and aggregate leads to over exploitation of mines and continuous destruction of natural environment. Therefore, a series of changes such as policy adjustment, resource shortage, material rising and the like are brought, and the highway construction and development progress in China is further restricted. Cement stabilized macadam and two-ash stabilized macadam are two main forms of road base in China. Wherein, the cement stabilized macadam not only consumes less solid waste, but also increases the cost along with the rising of the price of cement. In contrast, the two-ash stabilized macadam can digest solid wastes and has lower price. The fly ash from incineration of household garbage contains active ingredients such as CaO, siO2, al2O3, fe2O3, etc., and can be excited under certain alkaline conditions to obtain strength. If the waste incineration fly ash is used for road construction, a large amount of the household garbage incineration fly ash can be consumed, waste can be turned into wealth, and the recycling efficiency of harmless treatment of the household garbage is effectively promoted. Although domestic garbage incineration fly ash is applied to road engineering at present, the application is limited to cement stabilized macadam base layers and is not used for secondary ash stabilized base layers.
