As shown in fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the venting system for the oil tank of the ship of the present invention comprises a gas collecting pipe 1 which is obliquely arranged up and down, wherein the higher end of the gas collecting pipe 1 is connected with a venting main pipe 2 which extends upwards, and the upper end of the venting main pipe 2 extends to the upper part of a deck; the lower end of the gas collecting pipe 1 is connected with a waste oil discharge pipe 3; each oil tank is connected with the upward extending gas-permeable branch pipes 4, the lower ends of the gas-permeable branch pipes 4 are communicated with the inner cavities of the corresponding oil tanks, and the upper ends of the gas-permeable branch pipes 4 are communicated with the inner cavity of the gas collecting pipe 1. The inner cavity of each oil tank can be communicated with the outside through the corresponding air-permeable branch pipes 4, the air collecting pipe 1 and the air-permeable main pipe 2, and oil dirt remained in the air collecting pipe 1 can flow from the higher end to the lower end of the air collecting pipe 1 and is finally discharged out of the air collecting pipe 1 through the discharge pipe 3, so that the air collecting pipe 1 is convenient to clean and maintain; therefore, according to the ship oil tank ventilation system, only the upper end of the ventilation main pipe protrudes out of the deck, so that a plurality of ventilation pipes are prevented from protruding out of the upper part of the deck, and the utilization of the space above the deck is facilitated.
Specifically, the gas collecting pipe 1 is arranged above each oil tank, the outer side wall of the gas collecting pipe 2 is provided with a hoop, the hoop is fixedly connected to the bottom wall of a deck or connected to the cabin wall of a cabin through a support, the gas collecting pipe 2 is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of end pipe bodies, two adjacent pipe body supports are provided with a third fire prevention net, each gas permeable branch pipe 4 is connected with the corresponding pipe body, the fire resistance of the gas collecting pipe 1 is further improved, and the gas collecting pipe 1 is convenient to process and arrange.
Wherein, the middle part of each breathing branch pipe 4 all is equipped with first fire prevention net 41 to avoid oil gas in the collector 1 or oil gas in a certain permeability cell 4 to be ignited, spread to each oil tank in.
Further, in order to prevent oil inside the gas collecting pipe from flowing into the first fireproof net 41 and causing blockage of the first fireproof net 41, the upper end of each air-permeable branch pipe 4 in this embodiment hermetically penetrates through the pipe wall of the gas collecting pipe 1 and extends to the middle of the inner cavity of the gas collecting pipe 1.
