the driving part is arranged on the rack (1), and the output end of the driving part is in transmission connection with the crushing chain (3).
2. The asbestos shingle waste mill for construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed shaft (2) comprises a fixed rod (2 a) and a cam roller (2 b);
two fixing rods (2 a) are arranged, and the two fixing rods (2 a) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the side walls of two sides of the rack (1) in a horizontal and non-rotatable manner;
the cam roller (2 b) is horizontally arranged between the two fixing rods (2 a), the two ends of the cam roller (2 b) are fixedly connected with the end parts connected with the two fixing rods (2 a) in a non-rotatable mode, the vertical cross section of the cam roller (2 b) is of a cam type, and the axis of the shaft body of the cam roller (2 b) is coaxial with the fixing rods (2 a);
the grinding chain (3) comprises grinding teeth (3 b) and arc-shaped chain plates (3 a) which can rotate along with the outer side walls of the cam rollers (2 b);
the arc-shaped chain plates (3 a) are provided with a plurality of arc-shaped chain plates (3 a), the arc-shaped chain plates (3 a) are sequentially connected, and the two arc-shaped chain plates (3 a) positioned at the head and the tail are detachably connected;
the crushing teeth (3 b) are fixedly arranged on the arc-shaped chain plate (3 a), and the crushing teeth (3 b) are uniformly distributed on the outer side wall of the arc-shaped chain plate (3 a) along the length direction of the arc-shaped chain plate (3 a);
also comprises a cleaning wiper seat (6);
the cleaning and wiping seat (6) is provided with two, the horizontal arrangement is in the frame (1), the two crushing rollers are respectively positioned between the two cleaning and wiping seats (6), the length direction of the cleaning and wiping seat (6) is consistent with the axial direction of the crushing rollers, and one side of the cleaning and wiping seat (6) close to the crushing rollers is provided with an arc-shaped wiping groove (6 a) for cleaning the arc-shaped chain plate (3 a).

the rotary driving disc (4 b) is sleeved on the fixed rod (2 a) in a rotating mode, the output end of the end portion transmission assembly (5) is in transmission connection with the rotary driving disc (4 b), one side, close to the crushing chain (3), of the rotary driving disc (4 b) is provided with radial limiting grooves (4 b 1) which correspond to the arc-shaped chain plates (3 a) one by one, and the directions of the radial limiting grooves (4 b 1) point to the circle center of the rotary driving disc (4 b);
the limiting sliding seats (4 a) are provided with a plurality of limiting sliding seats (4 a), the limiting sliding seats (4 a) are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the arc-shaped chain plates (3 a), the limiting sliding seats (4 a) are respectively arranged in the radial limiting grooves (4 b 1) in a sliding manner, and the limiting sliding seats (4 a) are connected with one sides of the arc-shaped chain plates (3 a) at corresponding positions;
the end part abutting mechanism (4 c), the end part abutting mechanism (4 c) is installed in the rotary driving disk (4 b), and the limiting sliding seat (4 a) is elastically connected with the rotary driving disk (4 b) through the end part abutting mechanism (4 c);
the end part transmission component (5) is arranged on one side of the crushing roller, and the output end of the end part transmission component (5) is in transmission connection with two of the rotary driving disks (4 b) on the same side.

two transmission gears (5 b) are arranged and are respectively fixedly sleeved on the outer side walls of the corresponding transmission rings (5 a);
two driving gears (5 c) are arranged and are connected to the rack (1) in a shaft mode, and the two driving gears (5 c) are meshed with the corresponding transmission gears (5 b) respectively;
and the rotary driving mechanism (5 d) is arranged on the rack (1), the output end of the rotary driving mechanism (5 d) is in transmission connection with the driving gear (5 c), one output end of the rotary driving mechanism (5 d) drives the driving gear (5 c) to rotate in the forward direction, and the other driving end of the rotary driving mechanism (5 d) drives the other driving gear (5 c) to rotate in the reverse direction.
6. The asbestos shingle waste mill for construction according to claim 5, wherein the rotary drive mechanism (5 d) comprises a drive motor (5 d 1) and a steering drive wheel (5 d 2);
