With continued reference to fig. 1 to 11, the fixing bracket 210 is fixedly connected with the panel bracket 110, and the counter bore 211 and the notch 111 of the fixing bracket and the panel bracket form a containing space, so that the positive pressure type knob 300 is positioned and placed. It should be noted that, gaps exist between the bottom surface and the side surface of the counterbore 211 and the positive pressure knob 300, and the gaps ensure that the positive pressure knob 300 can be pressed forward, rotated clockwise or counterclockwise.
Further, referring to fig. 7 and 9, a second fixing post 115 and a second fixing hole 212 are provided between the fixing bracket 210 and the panel bracket 110; one of the second fixing posts 115 and the second fixing holes 212 is provided to the fixing bracket 210, and the other is provided to the panel bracket 110, which are connected by screws.
With continued reference to fig. 7 and 9, the second fixing post 115 may be disposed on the panel bracket 110, and correspondingly, the second fixing hole 212 is disposed on the fixing bracket 210, and when connected, the second fixing hole 212 is corresponding to the threaded hole of the second fixing post 115, and the screw passes through the second fixing hole 212 to the threaded hole, that is, the fixing connection between the panel bracket 110 and the fixing bracket 210 is achieved. Of course, the second fixing post 115 is disposed on the fixing bracket 210, and the second fixing hole 212 is disposed on the panel bracket 110, so that the above effect can be achieved.
Further, referring to fig. 9 and 11, the fixing bracket 210 is further provided with first and second via holes 213 and 214 spaced apart from each other; the first wire through hole 213 is communicated with the counter bore 211 and is used for penetrating a signal wire 320 of the positive pressure type knob 300; the second via 214 is used for penetrating the signal line 320 so that the signal line 320 is electrically connected with the signal port 133 of the control board 130.
Referring to fig. 2, 9 and 11, the surface of the fixing bracket 210 opposite to the panel bracket 110 is defined as a front surface, and the other surface is defined as a rear surface, and when the positive pressure knob 300 is installed, the signal wire 320 is first threaded from the first wire through hole 213 to the rear surface, then threaded from the rear surface to the front surface through the second wire through hole 214, and is electrically connected to the signal port 133. It can be seen that the whole threading process is simple and convenient, the signal wire 320 has no winding problem, and the stability of the signal connection between the positive pressure knob 300 and the control board 130 is ensured. In addition, the signal line 320 of the control board 130 may also pass through the second wire through hole 214 and then extend to the power interface at the rear of the sterilizing cabinet body 400.
Further, referring to fig. 8 to 11, the fixing assembly 200 further includes a fixing glass 220, an upper bracket 230, and a side bracket 240; the fixed glass 220 is adhered to the fixed bracket 210, the fixed glass 220 is provided with a second opening 221 communicated with the counter bore 211 and the second wire through hole 214, and the second opening 221 is used for penetrating the knob part 310 and the signal wire 320; the upper bracket 230 is adhered to the fixed glass 220 and is positioned on top of the fixed bracket 210 for connection with the door frame 500; the side bracket 240 is adhered to the fixed glass 220 and is located at a side of the fixed bracket 210 for connection with the door frame 500.
Referring to fig. 8 to 13, the fixed glass 220 is provided with a second opening 221, the second opening 221 providing an installation position for the positive pressure knob 300, a threading position for the signal wire 320, and a threading position for the key pad; the fixing glass 220 is adhered to the fixing bracket 210 through silicone glass cement, so that the stability and the long-lasting performance of the connection between the fixing glass 220 and the fixing bracket 210 are ensured.
The upper bracket 230 is a strip sheet metal part, the length of the strip sheet metal part is consistent with that of the fixed glass 220, the strip sheet metal part is adhered to the surface, close to the top, of the fixed glass 220 through silicone glass cement, and glue overflow holes are formed in the strip sheet metal part, so that the levelness of the fixed glass 220 after being adhered is ensured; the upper bracket 230 is fixedly coupled to the door frame 500 to protect and cover the fixing bracket 210.
The side supports 240 are respectively arranged at two ends of the fixed glass 220 and are symmetrically adhered to the fixed glass 220; the side bracket 240 includes a flange portion integrally formed and connected at an angle, and a fixing portion, wherein the flange portion is adhered to the fixed glass 220, and is provided with a glue overflow hole, and the fixing portion is fixedly connected with the door frame 500, so that the fixing between the fixing assembly 200 and the door frame 500 is realized.
Further, referring to fig. 8 and 9, around the counterbore 211 and the second via hole 214, the fixing bracket 210 is further provided with a second boss 215 protruding from the surface thereof; the second boss 215 extends to the second opening 221 and contacts a sidewall of the second opening 221.
With continued reference to fig. 8 and 9, the second boss 215 extends into the second opening 221, and an outer side surface of the second boss 215 contacts with a side surface of the second opening 221, and the two cooperate to realize positioning and installation between the fixing bracket 210 and the fixing glass 220.
Further, referring to fig. 8 and 9, around the edge of the fixing bracket 210, the fixing bracket 210 is further provided with a third boss 216 protruding from the surface of the fixing bracket 210, the protruding height of the third boss 216 is about 0.5 mm, and the fixing glass 220 abuts against the third boss 216; the fixing support 210 is further provided with a plurality of glue overflow holes which are distributed at intervals, the axial direction of the glue overflow holes is consistent with the protruding direction of the third boss 216, and the fixing glass 220 is adhered to the third boss 216 through silicone glass glue. With the design, when the fixing glass 220 is adhered to the fixing bracket 210, a space is reserved for silicone glass cement, glue overflow is prevented, and levelness of the adhered fixing glass 220 is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 13, the positive pressure type knob 300 has two sets; the two groups of positive pressure knobs 300 are distributed at intervals and are respectively arranged in the corresponding accommodating spaces.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 13, the positive pressure knob 300 has two sets, and correspondingly, the accommodating space has two counter bores 211 and notches 111 forming the accommodating space. Specifically, the two counter bores 211 are symmetrically disposed on the fixing support 210, the two notches 111 are symmetrically disposed on two ends of the panel support 110, and the second openings 221 corresponding to the counter bores 211 are also provided with two openings and are symmetrically disposed on the fixing glass 220. By the design, when the control mechanism is applied, the disinfection cabinet has attractive appearance, the ornamental value is improved, and the two positive pressure knobs 300 can respectively correspond to the disinfection mode and the disinfection time length, so that multiple function setting and selection can be realized, and the operability is improved.
Referring to fig. 14 to 19, the sterilizer provided in the present embodiment includes a sterilizer body 400, a door frame 500, a top plate 600, and a control mechanism; the door frame 500 is fixed to the front surface of the sterilizing cabinet body 400; the control mechanism is fixed on the door frame 500; the top plate 600 is fixed to the top surface of the sterilizing cabinet body 400.
With continued reference to fig. 14-19, upon assembly, the assembled control mechanism is secured to the door frame 500, i.e., the mounting of the control mechanism is accomplished; then the top plate 600 is covered, and the top plate 600 is fixed with the sterilizing cabinet main body 400, namely, the sterilizing cabinet main body 400 and the positive pressure type knob 300 are covered and protected. In addition, since the disinfection cabinet provided in this embodiment includes the control mechanism, the technical advantages and effects achieved by the disinfection cabinet include the technical advantages and effects achieved by the control mechanism, and are not described herein again.
Finally, it should be noted that: the foregoing embodiments are merely for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solution described in the foregoing embodiments may be modified or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced, and the modification or replacement does not deviate the essence of the corresponding technical solution from the scope of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A control mechanism for securing to a sterilizer body (400), comprising: a control panel assembly (100), a fixing assembly (200) and a positive pressure type knob (300);
the control panel assembly (100) is connected with the fixed assembly (200), and a containing space is formed between the control panel assembly and the fixed assembly in a surrounding mode;
The positive pressure type knob (300) is arranged in the accommodating space and is in signal connection with the control panel assembly (100), the positive pressure type knob (300) comprises a knob part (310), and part of the knob part (310) is positioned outside the accommodating space;
The control panel assembly (100) includes a panel bracket (110);
near the edge of the panel bracket (110), the panel bracket (110) is provided with a notch (111), and the notch (111) is arranged at the end part of the panel bracket (110);
The knob part (310) protrudes from the fixing assembly (200) to the notch (111), and a part of the knob part (310) is positioned outside the notch (111);
The positive pressure type knobs (300) are provided with two groups, the two groups of positive pressure type knobs (300) are distributed at intervals and are respectively arranged in the corresponding accommodating space, and the two groups of positive pressure type knobs respectively correspond to a disinfection mode and a disinfection duration;
The positive pressure type knob is a rotatable multi-gear control knob and is used for controlling forward pressing;
The fixing assembly (200) comprises a fixing support (210), the fixing support (210) is provided with a counter bore (211) matched with the positive pressure type knob (300), the counter bore (211) and the notch (111) jointly form the accommodating space, and gaps exist between the bottom surface and the side surface of the counter bore and the positive pressure type knob.
2. The control mechanism of claim 1, wherein the control panel assembly (100) further comprises a panel glass (120) and a control board (130);
The panel bracket (110) is connected between the panel glass (120) and the control board (130), and the panel bracket (110) is also provided with a first opening (112);
A display screen (131) of the control panel (130) passes through the first opening (112) to a viewing window (121) of the panel glass (120).
3. The control mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that around the edge of the panel bracket (110), the panel bracket (110) is further provided with a first boss (113) protruding from its surface;
the panel glass (120) is abutted against the first boss (113) and is adhered to the panel bracket (110).
4. The control mechanism of claim 2, wherein a first fixing post (114) and a first fixing hole (132) are provided between the panel bracket (110) and the control board (130);
One of the first fixing column (114) and the first fixing hole (132) is arranged on the panel bracket (110), and the other is arranged on the control board (130), and the first fixing column and the first fixing hole are connected through a screw.
5. The control mechanism of claim 1, wherein a second fixing post (115) and a second fixing hole (212) are provided between the fixing bracket (210) and the panel bracket (110);

The second via hole (214) is used for penetrating the signal line (320) so as to electrically connect the signal line (320) with the signal port (133) of the control board (130).
7. The control mechanism of claim 6, wherein the securing assembly (200) further comprises a securing glass (220), an upper bracket (230), and a side bracket (240);
The fixed glass (220) is adhered to the fixed bracket (210), the fixed glass (220) is provided with a second opening (221) communicated with the counter bore (211) and the second wire through hole (214), and the second opening (221) is used for penetrating the knob part (310) and the signal wire (320);
The upper bracket (230) is adhered to the fixed glass (220) and is positioned on the top of the fixed bracket (210) for being connected with a door frame (500);
The side bracket (240) is adhered to the fixed glass (220) and is positioned at the side of the fixed bracket (210) for being connected with the door frame (500).
8. The control mechanism of claim 7, wherein around the counterbore (211) and the second via hole (214), the stationary bracket (210) is further provided with a second boss (215) protruding from a surface thereof;
the second boss (215) extends to the second opening (221) and contacts a sidewall of the second opening (221).
9. The control mechanism of claim 7, characterized in that around the edge of the fixed bracket (210), the fixed bracket (210) is further provided with a third boss (216) protruding from its surface;
The fixed glass (220) is abutted against the third boss (216).
10. A disinfection cabinet comprising a main body (400), a door frame (500), a top plate (600) and a control mechanism according to any of claims 1 to 9;
the door frame (500) is fixed on the front surface of the sterilizing cabinet main body (400);
the control mechanism is fixed to the door frame (500);
the top plate (600) is fixed to the top surface of the sterilizing cabinet body (400).
