At present, the traditional spine surgical operation support still has certain not enough on keeping warm to patient's health, when the patient is performing the operation in cold season, needs to be with the upper body full-naked, and the operation time of spine correction is longer, and some weak patients of health are very easily affected because of receiving wind-cold, and the postoperative rehabilitation at later stage produces certain influence, and traditional support bearing plate is comparatively hard simultaneously, is in the state of lying prone because of the patient is operated, and belly and chest can receive great oppression sense, very big increase patient's uncomfortable sense.
Aiming at the existing problems, innovation based on the original operation support is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a spinal surgical operation support, which solves the problems that the spinal surgical operation support provided in the prior art has a certain defect in heat preservation for the body of a patient, the upper body is required to be fully naked when the patient performs an operation in a cold season, the operation time for spinal correction is long, some weak patients are extremely easy to be ill due to wind cold, and certain influence is generated on later postoperative rehabilitation, meanwhile, the traditional support plate is hard, and the abdomen and the chest are greatly pressed due to the lying state when the patient performs the operation, so that the discomfort of the patient is greatly increased.

the first water bag 16 is fixedly connected to the side of the positioning baffle 7, and the outer side of the first water bag 16 is connected with a butt joint hose 17; the first water bag 16 is communicated with the second water bag 19 through the butt joint hose 17, the surface area of the first water bag 16 is smaller than that of the second water bag 19, the first water bag 16 is provided with two water bags, when the second water bag 19 is pressed by the body of a patient, the second water bag 19 can generate corresponding deformation according to the body shape of the patient, the patient is wrapped, the discomfort of the abdomen and the chest of the patient when lying prone is reduced, and the liquid in the second water bag 19 can enter the first water bag 16 through the butt joint hose 17, the first water bag 16 is inflated, the gap between the positioning baffle 7 and the body is reduced, and the body of the patient is repositioned;
the protective connecting sleeve 18 comprises a wear-resistant protective layer 1801, a sponge connecting layer 1802, a connecting through hole 1803 and a metal braiding layer 1804, wherein the inner side of the wear-resistant protective layer 1801 is provided with the sponge connecting layer 1802, the connecting through hole 1803 is formed in the sponge connecting layer 1802, and meanwhile, the side of the sponge connecting layer 1802 is provided with the metal braiding layer 1804; the wear-resistant protective layer 1801 and the sponge connecting layer 1802 are both provided with two layers, the inside of the sponge connecting layer 1802 is uniformly provided with the connecting through holes 1803, the thickness of the sponge connecting layer 1802 is larger than that of the metal braiding layer 1804, meanwhile, the wear-resistant protective layer 1801 is made of polyester, the wear-resistant protective layer 1801 arranged in the protective connecting sleeve 18 is utilized, the wear-resistant performance of the protective connecting sleeve 18 is improved, the inner side of the wear-resistant protective layer 1801 is provided with the sponge connecting layer 1802 and the metal braiding layer 1804, the sponge connecting layer 1802 is positioned on two sides of the metal braiding layer 1804, metal wires on the metal braiding layer 1804 are prevented from penetrating out of the protective connecting sleeve 18, a plurality of connecting through holes 1803 are arranged in the sponge connecting layer 1802, the air permeability of the protective connecting sleeve 18 is increased, and sharp foreign matters are prevented from penetrating through the protective connecting sleeve 18 from the protective connecting sleeve 18 to puncture the second water bag 19 by utilizing the metal braiding layer 1804;

Working principle: when the spinal surgery bracket is used, according to fig. 1-8, a supporting base 1 and a supporting frame 2 are utilized to support a connecting frame 3 and a docking frame 4, a patient is prone to lie on a protective connecting sleeve 18, a connecting screw rod 13 on a bearing plate 12 is regulated, the connecting screw rod 13 is in threaded connection with limiting plates 14 on two sides, threads on two ends of the connecting screw rod 13 are oppositely arranged, the limiting plates 14 on two sides are driven to move simultaneously, the head of the patient is positioned, a protective sponge sheet 15 is arranged on the side of the limiting plates 14, discomfort of the limiting plates 14 when the head of the patient is reduced, then a positioning rack 9 is pressed, the positioning rack 9 drives a fixed connecting piece 10 to slide in a protective baffle 5, the bottom of the fixed connecting piece 10 is connected with a telescopic spring 11, the telescopic spring 11 is contracted, separation of the positioning rack 9 and a connecting gear 8 is realized, then the positioning baffle 7 is pushed, the positioning baffle 7 drives the connecting gear 8 to rotate on the connecting seat 6, and the positioning baffle 7 is provided with two limiting plates on two sides of the connecting frame 3, so that the trunk of the patient is positioned easily;
then, the driving motor in the connecting frame 3 is controlled to drive the rotating screw rod 23 to rotate, the rotating screw rod 23 drives the butt joint frame 21 and the support flat plate 20 to lift in the second water sac 19, the bottom of the butt joint frame 21 is provided with the positioning rod 22, the lifting of the support flat plate 20 is limited by the positioning rod 22, the lifting of the support flat plate 20 is stable, the support flat plate 20 and the second water sac 19 are in fit connection, when the support flat plate 20 moves, the patient body can press the second water sac 19, the second water sac 19 can generate corresponding deformation according to the body shape of the patient, the patient is wrapped, the discomfort of the abdomen and the chest of the patient is reduced, liquid in the second water sac 19 can enter the first water sac 16 through the butt joint hose 17, the first water sac 16 is expanded, the gap between the positioning baffle 7 and the body is reduced, the patient body is positioned again, the lifting of the support flat plate 20 is stopped when the positioning is fastened, a small gap exists between the support flat plate 20 and the patient body, and the patient can be prevented from supporting the patient body again when the second water sac 19 is accidentally damaged in the later stage;
meanwhile, the protection connecting sleeve 18 arranged on the outer side of the second water bag 19 is utilized, the wear-resistant protection layer 1801 is arranged in the protection connecting sleeve 18, the wear-resistant protection layer 1801 is made of terylene materials, the wear-resistant performance of the protection connecting sleeve 18 is improved, the sponge connecting layer 1802 and the metal braiding layer 1804 are arranged on the inner side of the wear-resistant protection layer 1801, the sponge connecting layer 1802 is positioned on two sides of the metal braiding layer 1804, metal wires on the metal braiding layer 1804 are prevented from penetrating out of the protection connecting sleeve 18, a plurality of connecting through holes 1803 are arranged in the sponge connecting layer 1802, the air permeability of the protection connecting sleeve 18 is improved, the metal braiding layer 1804 is utilized to prevent sharp foreign matters from penetrating through the protection connecting sleeve 18 to pierce the second water bag 19, the heating rods 24 arranged in the second water bag 19 are utilized, the heating rods 24 are arranged in a bending and folding structure, the surface area of the heating rods 24 is increased, the time required for heating the second water bag 19 is shortened, the temperature of a patient in a human body is reduced, and the comfort is improved.
