Background
Complete or partial separation of ligaments, tendons, shoulder or other soft tissues from bone is a common injury, particularly in athletes and the elderly. When subjected to violence, resulting in non-physiological activity, the ligament is pulled beyond its tolerance, i.e. damage or even tissue separation occurs. Surgical intervention is often required, especially when the tissue is completely separated from its associated bone.
The belt loop titanium plate fixing method is an operation method for ligament and tendon reconstruction. The method can firmly fix the upper ends of the ligament grafts without bone pieces at the two ends in the femoral side bone canal by using a built-in belt loop titanium plate without adding a lateral condyle side incision, and is a mature and effective method in the prior art of reconstructing ACL by using the grafts without bone pieces such as semitendinous tendon, gracilis tendon and the like.
In the ligament reconstruction operation process of the knee joint of the human body, a coil in a titanium plate with a loop, namely a loop, is mainly utilized to form crisscross with a ligament graft and is tensioned. In clinical use, the fixing stability is poor, the movement of the belt loop titanium plate often occurs, and the adverse reactions such as ligament scratch, looseness and the like are easy to cause, so that the healing effect is influenced. The movement of the belt loop titanium plate causes bone injury effect of bone contact surface to abrasion injury of bone in long-term movement, and various inflammation infection is easy to cause, thus endangering health.
Accordingly, there is a need to develop a new medical fixing device and a method of manufacturing the same to improve some of the above problems existing in the prior art.

providing a rope body and a fixing piece formed by stitching;
the rope body comprises a first rope end and a second rope end, and the fixing piece comprises a first fixing piece and a second fixing piece;
sequentially passing the first rope end through the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece along a first direction;
passing the first rope end through the first fixing piece again along the first direction, and enclosing the rope body into a second wire ring;
the first rope end and the second rope end penetrate through the second fixing piece from the side face of the second fixing piece, the rope body surrounds a first wire ring, the first wire ring and the second wire ring form a ring part together, and the rope body penetrating part forms an adjusting part.
14. The method of manufacturing a medical fastening device according to claim 13, further comprising:
and moving the first fixing piece, and symmetrically arranging the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece with the center of the ring part.
15. The method of manufacturing a medical fastening device according to claim 13, wherein passing through the first fastening member and the second fastening member sequentially in the first direction comprises: penetrating from one end face of the fixing piece and penetrating out from the other end face.
16. The method of manufacturing a fixation instrument as in claim 13, wherein the passing sequentially through the first and second fixation members in a first direction comprises: repeatedly penetrating from one side surface of the fixing piece, penetrating from the other side surface of the fixing piece, and forming a plurality of rope portions on the surface of the fixing piece.
17. The method of manufacturing a medical fastening device according to claim 16, wherein the plurality of rope portions extend in a direction parallel to a length direction of the fastening member.
18. The method of manufacturing a medical fastening device according to claim 16, wherein the plurality of rope portions extend in a direction perpendicular to a length direction of the fastening member.
19. The method of manufacturing a medical fastening device according to claim 16, wherein the plurality of rope portions extend in a direction inclined to a length direction of the fastening member.
20. The method of manufacturing a medical fastening device according to claim 13, wherein the first rope end and the second rope end are passed through the second fastening member and the rope portion on the second fastening member together from a side surface of the second fastening member.
