specifically, through starting two sets of first micro fans 21 and two sets of second micro fans 22 on the fixed ring plate 20, a part of heat emitted by the control module at the inner bottom of the main body 1 is led out between the inner wall of the main body 1 and the mounting cover frame 4 through a plurality of sets of heat dissipation strip openings 26, then heat generated by a plurality of sets of positioning blocks is led out between the inner wall of the main body 1 and the mounting cover frame 4, then concentrated heat is led in the inner side of the fixed ring plate 20 through a plurality of sets of heat dissipation holes 25, and meanwhile, another part of heat emitted by the control module is respectively transferred to a plurality of sets of ring fins 24 at the outer sides of a plurality of sets of heat conduction rods 23 through a plurality of sets of heat conduction rods 23, and the heat at the inner side of the fixed ring plate 20 is discharged to the outside through the two sets of first micro fans 21 and the two sets of second micro fans 22, so that the fixed ring plate has a convenient concentrated heat dissipation function, a good heat dissipation effect and high safety is achieved, and the service life of the wiring structure and the control module is further improved.
The working principle and the using flow of the invention are as follows: firstly, a worker stably places an intelligent concentrator through a fixed bottom plate 29 matched with a fixed annular plate 20, then places a control module at the inner bottom of a main body 1, then clamps and installs a mounting cover plate 2 at the inner top of the main body 1 through four groups of fastening screws 28 matched with four groups of internal thread columns 27, the control module is positioned in the mounting cover frame 4 so as to prevent the control module from shaking violently when the concentrator collides, when the intelligent concentrator is wired, two groups of movable side plates 6 are respectively far away from two sides of the main body 1 through four groups of limiting slide bars 7 matched with four groups of cylindrical grooves 9, at the moment, two groups of connecting side plates 11 are respectively moved out from two sides of the inner side of the two groups of side grooves 5, and then a plurality of groups of movable baffles 19 outside the two groups of movable side plates 6 are respectively opened through hinges;
secondly, the data wire respectively passes through the second threading holes 18 on the movable side plate 6 and the fixed inner plate 10 and the first threading holes 13 on the inner side wall of the wire fixing block 12, so that one end of the data wire is positioned at the inner bottom of the wire fixing block 12, then the adjusting screw 14 in threaded connection with the wire fixing block 12 is rotated, the wire pressing plate 15 is rotated and moved downwards under the cooperation of the clamping rod 16 and the clamping hole 17 until the wire pressing plate 15 tightly presses one end of the data wire, and then the two movable side plates 6 are respectively matched with the four groups of limiting slide bars 7 and the four groups of cylinder grooves 9 under the elastic action of the four groups of compression springs 8 to be attached to the two side surfaces of the main body 1, so that the wire connecting structure is prevented from being aged or even damaged under the influence of external environment when in idle, the wire connecting structure has a convenient safety protection function, and the service life of the wire connecting structure is prolonged;
finally, when the intelligent concentrator works, the two groups of first micro fans 21 and two groups of second micro fans 22 on the fixed ring plate 20 are started through the control panel 3, so that part of heat emitted by the control module at the inner bottom of the main body 1 is led out between the inner wall of the main body 1 and the mounting cover frame 4 through the plurality of groups of heat dissipation strip openings 26, then the heat generated by the plurality of groups of positioning blocks is led out between the inner wall of the main body 1 and the mounting cover frame 4, then the concentrated heat is led into the inner side of the fixed ring plate 20 through the plurality of groups of heat dissipation holes 25, and meanwhile, the other part of heat emitted by the control module is respectively transmitted to the plurality of groups of ring fins 24 at the outer side of the plurality of groups of heat conduction rods 23 through the plurality of groups of heat conduction rods 23, and the heat at the inner side of the fixed ring plate 20 is discharged to the outside through the two groups of first micro fans 21 and the two groups of second micro fans 22.

An intelligent concentrator with self-protection function, comprising a main body (1), characterized in that: the upper side of main part (1) is provided with installation apron (2), the upper surface of installation apron (2) is inlayed and is equipped with control panel (3), the lower surface fixedly connected with installation apron frame (4) of installation apron (2), the inside bottom surface of main part (1) is provided with control module, the both sides of main part (1) all are provided with movable curb plate (6), two sets of the inboard of movable curb plate (6) all fixedly connected with fixed inner panel (10), two sets of the opposite face of fixed inner panel (10) all is provided with a plurality of groups of routing piece (12), the lower surface fixedly connected with fixed ring board (20) of main part (1), the downside fixedly connected with fixed bottom plate (29) of fixed ring board (20);
the two side surfaces of the main body (1) are provided with side grooves (5), two groups of opposite surfaces of the movable side plates (6) are fixedly connected with limit sliding rods (7) close to corner positions, the outer sides of eight groups of limit sliding rods (7) are sleeved with compression springs (8), two side surfaces of the main body (1) are provided with cylindrical grooves (9) close to corner positions, and two groups of opposite surfaces of the fixed inner plates (10) are fixedly connected with connecting side plates (11) at two side edge positions;
the four groups of connecting side plates (11) are respectively and slidably arranged on two sides of the inside of the two groups of side grooves (5), the compression springs (8) are fixedly connected between the movable side plates (6) and the main body (1), the eight groups of limit sliding rods (7) are respectively positioned in the eight groups of cylindrical grooves (9), and the two groups of movable side plates (6) are respectively and movably arranged on two sides of the main body (1) through the four groups of compression springs (8) in cooperation with the four groups of limit sliding rods (7) and the four groups of cylindrical grooves (9);
the heat-conducting ring comprises a fixing ring plate (20), wherein first micro fans (21) are arranged in the middle positions of two side surfaces of the fixing ring plate (20), second micro fans (22) are arranged in the middle positions of the other two side surfaces of the fixing ring plate (20), the cross section of the fixing ring plate (20) is shaped like a Chinese character kou, a plurality of groups of heat-conducting rods (23) are arranged on the lower surface of a main body (1) in a penetrating mode, a plurality of groups of ring fins (24) are fixedly sleeved on the outer side surfaces of the heat-conducting rods (23), heat-radiating holes (25) are formed in the lower surface of the main body (1) in a penetrating mode near the periphery, and a plurality of groups of heat-radiating strip openings (26) are formed in the periphery of a mounting cover frame (4) in a penetrating mode;
the two groups of first micro fans (21) and the two groups of second micro fans (22) are arranged in a central symmetry mode relative to the fixed annular plate (20), the heat conducting rods (23) of a plurality of groups are equidistantly distributed on the lower side of the main body (1), the ring fins (24) of a plurality of groups are respectively equidistantly arranged on the outer sides of the heat conducting rods (23) of a plurality of groups, and the ring fins (24) of a plurality of groups are all arranged in the fixed annular plate (20).

The intelligent concentrator with self-protecting function of claim 1, wherein: the upper surfaces of the wire fixing blocks (12) are all penetrated and provided with adjusting screws (14), the lower ends of the adjusting screws (14) are all fixedly connected with wire pressing plates (15), the lower surfaces of the wire pressing plates (15) are all fixedly connected with clamping rods (16), the inner bottom surfaces of the wire fixing blocks (12) are all penetrated and provided with clamping holes (17), the inner side walls of the routing blocks (12) are close to the bottom and are provided with first threading holes (13) in a penetrating mode, the two movable side plates (6) and one sides of the two fixed inner plates (10) are provided with second threading holes (18) in a penetrating mode, and the back opposite sides of the two movable side plates (6) are provided with movable baffle plates (19).
