3. The core network side device, for example, an Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF), indicates, in the third indication information, that the network side device accepts the service preference list of the UE.
The AMF indicates the RAN in the fourth indication information to accept the service preference list of the UE.
And 5, the UE accesses the service by using the corresponding authorized frequency band or the unlicensed frequency band.
In another embodiment, the method for using the unlicensed frequency band includes:
RAN indicates broadcast support of unlicensed frequency band localization service through first broadcast in a certain area or time period;
2. and after receiving the first broadcast indication, the terminal reports the access capability of the UE supporting the use of the unlicensed frequency band in the first indication information.
And the AMF indicates that the network side equipment receives the localized service of the UE using the unlicensed frequency band in the third indication information.
And 4, the AMF indicates the RAN in fourth indication information to accept the UE to use the localized service of the unlicensed frequency band.
And 5, the UE uses the unlicensed frequency band to access the service according to the received third indication information.
Therefore, according to the method for using the unlicensed frequency band provided by the embodiment of the application, by receiving the first broadcast indication sent by the access network side device, when the access network side device supports using the unlicensed frequency band, the first indication information is sent to the core network side device through the non-access layer message, and the core network side device sends the execution result of the executed first behavior back to the terminal through the third indication information, so that the operator network can provide a localized service supporting the terminal to use the unlicensed frequency band, the access pressure of the licensed frequency band is reduced, the terminal can determine the service using the unlicensed frequency band, the flow of the licensed frequency band is saved, the services of the licensed frequency band and the unlicensed frequency band are configured flexibly, and the terminal can better use the localized service.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another method for using an unlicensed frequency band according to an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 5, the method may include the following steps.
Step S501, receiving a first broadcast instruction sent by an access network side device.
Step S501 can implement the method embodiment of step S301 in fig. 3, and achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Step S502, receiving second indication information sent by a network side device, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating that the terminal uses an unlicensed frequency band.
It should be understood that the sending of the second indication information to the terminal by the core network side device may be before the receiving of the first indication information sent by the terminal, or after the receiving of the first indication information sent by the terminal. However, for the sake of simplicity, in the following embodiments, the terminal receives the second indication information before sending the first indication information, which is taken as an example, for illustration.
Further, the second indication information is received through a broadcast message or a non-access stratum message.
In one embodiment, the terminal may receive the second indication information through a broadcast message sent by the access network side device, for example, the terminal receives the second indication information through a second broadcast indication before the terminal sends the first indication information.
In another embodiment, the terminal may also receive the second indication information through a non-access stratum message. For example, after the terminal sends the first indication information, the terminal receives the second indication information through a non-access stratum message, wherein the non-access stratum message includes at least one of the following:
a non-access stratum request rejection message;
a registration acceptance message;
a service acceptance message;
configuring an update command message;
and transmitting the message by the downlink non-access stratum.
Further, the second indication information is a cause value.
Further, the second indication information further includes a second list, where the second list is used to indicate that the core network side device uses a service configuration list of an unlicensed frequency band for the terminal. The service configuration list may include preference information of a service using an unlicensed frequency band in a core network device.

And step S504, receiving third indication information.
The steps S503 and S504 can implement the method embodiments of the steps S302 and S303 in fig. 3, and achieve the same technical effect, and are not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Therefore, according to the method for using the unlicensed frequency band, provided by the embodiment of the application, the second indication information is sent to the terminal through the core network side device, and the second indication information is used for indicating the terminal to use the unlicensed frequency band, so that the operator network can provide a localized service supporting the terminal to use the unlicensed frequency band, the access pressure of the licensed frequency band is reduced, the terminal can determine the service using the unlicensed frequency band, the flow of the licensed frequency band is saved, the services of the licensed frequency band and the unlicensed frequency band are flexibly configured, and the terminal can better use the localized service.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of another method for using an unlicensed frequency band according to an embodiment of the present application, and further, as shown in fig. 6, in a case that the received third indication information indicates that the third list is negotiated, the method further includes after the step S504.
And negotiating with core network side equipment to obtain a third list, wherein the third list is used for indicating the service preference list of the terminal using the unlicensed frequency band for the terminal after negotiation.
Further, the terminal uses the authorized frequency band for the service outside the third list.

And 4, the AMF indicates the RAN to accept the negotiated UE preference list through fourth indication information.
And 5, the UE accesses the service by using the corresponding authorized frequency band or the unlicensed frequency band.
Therefore, according to the method for using the unlicensed frequency band provided by the embodiment of the application, the third list is obtained through negotiation between the core network side device and the terminal, so that the operator network can provide a localized service supporting the terminal to use the unlicensed frequency band, the terminal can determine a service using the unlicensed frequency band, and the terminal can better use the localized service.
Fig. 7 shows another flowchart of the method for using an unlicensed frequency band according to the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 7, after receiving the third indication information, the method further includes:
and sending the first indication information to the core network side equipment again based on the third indication information.
It should be understood that, when the third indication information indicates that the core network side device rejects the terminal to use the localized service in the unlicensed frequency band, or rejects to accept the first list of the terminal, the terminal may send the first indication information to the core network side device again according to the third indication information. The retransmitted first indication information may include an updated service preference list of the unlicensed frequency band used by the terminal, that is, a new first list. The new first list may be derived based on the third indication and/or the second list.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a method for using an unlicensed frequency band includes:
the AMF can refuse the UE to use the unlicensed frequency band through the third indication information, and carries a reason value in the third indication information, wherein the reason value is used for indicating the UE to use the localized service of the unlicensed frequency band. And meanwhile, the third indication information also carries a service configuration list, such as a second list, of the authorized frequency band or the unlicensed frequency band used by the UE preferred by the core network side device.
And 2, the UE generates the first list again based on the third indication information and sends the first indication information carrying the first list to the core network side equipment.
And 3, the AMF indicates the network side to accept the service preference list in the first list of the UE in the third indication information according to the local policy.
And 4, the AMF indicates the RAN through fourth indication information, the network side receives the unlicensed frequency band used by the UE, and the fourth indication information contains a service preference list of the licensed frequency band or the unlicensed frequency band used by the UE.
