In the prior art, when the bluetooth headset is placed outside the charging bin, the bluetooth headset can be positioned by establishing bluetooth communication, for example, the TWS bluetooth headset charging bin is scanned by bluetooth communication according to the length of time that the TWS bluetooth headset is taken out, so as to determine the position of the charging bin.
However, in a conventional manner and a custom made by various manufacturers in this field, when the TWS bluetooth headset is placed in the charging chamber, it indicates that the user has used the headset, and the headset is not used (i.e. the headset is in an idle state), therefore, in order to reduce power consumption, the TWS bluetooth headset and the charging chamber both enter a sleep mode, i.e. a low power consumption state. This agreed-custom mode of low-power consumption mode of operation can make each producer can not establish the bluetooth through external terminal and the bluetooth headset that is in the storehouse of charging and be connected, lead to the unable accurate location of connecting the cell-phone through TWS bluetooth headset and prevent losing or retrieving of realization from this, when TWS bluetooth headset puts into the storehouse of charging, the user is placed everywhere, easily loses and retrieves the difficulty, can only rely on the memory that has used bluetooth headset charging storehouse or seek everywhere, and efficiency is very low, and consumes time.
Therefore, when the TWS Bluetooth headset is in an idle state, is placed in a charging bin, is randomly placed at home or is lost when going out, and is difficult to find.
Therefore, how to guide the user to find the bluetooth headset in the charging bin becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.

[ PROBLEMS ] the present invention
According to the method, the device, the terminal and the system for searching the Bluetooth headset in the charging bin, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the Bluetooth headset is intermittently excited to be in a Bluetooth connection state which can be established, and the Bluetooth headset waits for receiving the preset instruction data sent by the mobile terminal when being in the Bluetooth connection state which can be established; when instruction data are received within a preset time length, prompting the Bluetooth headset to make a sound during the period that the preset mobile terminal reminds a user of being capable of searching the Bluetooth headset so as to prompt the user of the position of the Bluetooth headset; when the instruction data is not received within the preset time length, the Bluetooth headset is prompted to enter a state that the Bluetooth connection cannot be established, so that the external Bluetooth equipment cannot establish the Bluetooth connection with the Bluetooth headset in the period. When the Bluetooth headset is placed in the charging bin, the Bluetooth headset is intermittently excited to be in a Bluetooth connection establishing state, so that a preset mobile terminal can establish Bluetooth connection with the Bluetooth headset at the time points and send instruction data to the Bluetooth headset, and when the instruction data sent by the preset mobile terminal are received, the Bluetooth headset makes a sound, so that a user can find back the Bluetooth headset based on the sound of the Bluetooth headset; in addition, the preset mobile terminal reminds the user of being capable of searching for the Bluetooth headset, so that the user does not miss the prompting sound of the Bluetooth headset, namely, the user can know when the Bluetooth headset prompts the position of the Bluetooth headset. The function that the Bluetooth headset working in the low power consumption state (namely the Bluetooth headset in the charging bin) reminds the user of the position is achieved, the user is guided to find the Bluetooth headset in the charging bin, and when instruction data are not received within preset time, the Bluetooth headset enters the state that Bluetooth connection cannot be established again, so that the logic that the Bluetooth headset works in the low power consumption state after being placed in the bin in a back mode is avoided.
For the mobile terminal, as the mobile terminal responds to the searching trigger signal of the user to enter the Bluetooth searching state, and the Bluetooth headset is intermittently in the state of establishing the Bluetooth connection, when the Bluetooth headset is in the state of establishing the Bluetooth connection, the mobile terminal can search the Bluetooth headset and establish the Bluetooth connection; then, the mobile terminal and the Bluetooth headset remind the user of finding the Bluetooth headset respectively. Therefore, the user can automatically search the Bluetooth headset by only triggering the mobile terminal, and wait for the reminding of the mobile terminal and the Bluetooth headset, and the user does not need to know whether the Bluetooth headset is in the charging bin or not, or even if the Bluetooth headset is in the charging bin, the user does not need to remember the opportunity of searching the Bluetooth headset (namely, the user does not need to remember when the Bluetooth headset is in the Bluetooth connection state).
Other advantages of the present invention will be described in the detailed description, and those skilled in the art will understand the technical features and technical solutions presented in the description.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. In addition, in the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a structural principle of a bluetooth audio system disclosed in this embodiment, the system includes a bluetooth headset 1, a charging bin 2 and a mobile terminal 3, wherein the bluetooth headset 1 is located in the charging bin 2, and in the prior art, when the bluetooth headset 1 is located in the charging bin 2, it indicates that a user does not use the bluetooth headset 1, so that, according to a custom made practice, the bluetooth headset 1 and the charging bin 2 are both in a sleep state and are not usually connected by the mobile terminal, that is, the bluetooth headset 1 and the charging bin 2 are not usually connected with the mobile terminal 3 by bluetooth.
This convention has led to the user being unable to locate and locate the bluetooth headset via a conventional bluetooth connection. In order to facilitate a user to effectively find a bluetooth headset in a charging bin, the present embodiment discloses a method for finding a bluetooth headset in a charging bin, which is used for the user to find the bluetooth headset in the charging bin, and the method is executed in the bluetooth headset, please refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic flow diagram of a method for finding a bluetooth headset in a charging bin for a bluetooth headset disclosed in the present embodiment, and the method for finding a bluetooth headset includes: step S100, step S200, step S300, and step S400, wherein:
and step S100, intermittently exciting the Bluetooth headset to be in a Bluetooth connection establishing state so that an external Bluetooth device can establish Bluetooth connection with the Bluetooth headset. It should be noted that, in the process of executing the searching method of the present embodiment, it is not required that the bluetooth headset is completely in a working state, for example, in a custom manner, the bluetooth headset in the charging bin does not play music as when wearing the headset; for another example, the indicator lights of the bluetooth headset in the charging chamber may follow the on/off manner during the sleep state.
With respect to "intermittent firing": in particular embodiments, the intermittent firing pattern may be periodic or aperiodic. The embodiment does not limit the specific form of trigger activation, as long as the bluetooth headset can enter the state of running the method disclosed in the embodiment from the sleep state.
In one embodiment, the excitation signal is from the bluetooth headset itself, and the excitation may be triggered by, for example, a timer, or may be generated by hardware circuitry.
In another embodiment, the excitation signal is triggered by the charging bin. In particular, the bluetooth headset and the charging station typically interact with data via a communication contact (or charging and communication contacts), so that the bluetooth headset receives a trigger signal via the communication contact with the charging station, which triggers the bluetooth headset into a bluetooth-connection-establishable state in response to the trigger signal.
In this embodiment, the bluetooth headset being in the state capable of establishing the bluetooth connection means that the external device can establish the bluetooth connection with the bluetooth headset through bluetooth, and the established bluetooth connection is required to satisfy the requirement that the external device can perform data interaction with the bluetooth headset. In the specific implementation process, the bluetooth headset may be in the state of establishing the bluetooth connection by broadcasting a real MAC address, or may be in the state of establishing the bluetooth connection by using a simulated MAC address. As a preferred embodiment, the MAC address broadcasted by the bluetooth headset should preferably be connected by the preset mobile terminal, so as to avoid other devices from connecting the bluetooth headset and reduce the pairing connection time.
To reduce power consumption and reduce the length of time that the bluetooth headset broadcasts the connection, in an alternative embodiment, the bluetooth headset is activated to broadcast a bluetooth address on a designated bluetooth channel in step S100. In bluetooth communication, there are a plurality of bluetooth channels usually, in this embodiment, broadcast the MAC address of bluetooth headset through appointed bluetooth channel, can make external equipment in the in-process of searching for bluetooth headset, bluetooth headset broadcasts on certain channel always, thereby be convenient for external equipment to connect bluetooth headset on this appointed bluetooth channel fast, avoided external equipment, bluetooth headset all switches over on different channels respectively, lead to searching for long overlength, thereby reduce the power consumption, reduce the length of broadcast connection.
It should be noted that, because the bluetooth headset can establish bluetooth connection only at a part of time points, and is only used for searching the bluetooth headset, music playing, voice communication and the like in the usual sense are not performed; the bluetooth headset in the charging chamber is still in a sleep state for most of the time, so the method is not contradictory to the requirement of a custom low power consumption mode.
Step S200, when the Bluetooth earphone is in a state of being capable of establishing Bluetooth connection, waiting for receiving preset instruction data sent by the mobile terminal. In this embodiment, the preset mobile terminal refers to a mobile terminal paired with a bluetooth headset, and the preset mobile terminal may be used to search for the bluetooth headset, and specifically, the preset mobile terminal may be selected by a user. In this embodiment, when the bluetooth headset is in a state capable of establishing bluetooth connection, when the bluetooth is enabled by the preset mobile terminal, the bluetooth connection can be established with the bluetooth headset, and therefore, the bluetooth headset can receive instruction data sent by the preset mobile terminal through the bluetooth connection. In a specific embodiment, since the preset mobile terminal is selected by the user to search for the bluetooth headset, in an embodiment, when the bluetooth headset establishes a bluetooth connection with the preset mobile terminal, it may be considered that the instruction data is received; further, in order to avoid false triggering of the seeking instruction, the mobile terminal may also carry instruction data in some fields of the communication protocol, in which case the data in the fields should be different when the headset is found through or not through the mobile terminal.
Certainly, as another embodiment, the bluetooth headset may also establish a bluetooth connection with a preset mobile terminal, and then receive instruction data sent by the preset mobile terminal through the bluetooth connection.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a specific form or configuration of the instruction data is not limited, as long as the bluetooth headset can perform subsequent steps based on the received data after establishing a bluetooth connection with a preset mobile terminal.
Step S300, when the instruction data is received within the preset time length, the Bluetooth headset is prompted to make a sound during the period that the preset mobile terminal reminds the user of searching the Bluetooth headset, so that the position of the Bluetooth headset is prompted to the user. It should be noted that the step of the preset mobile terminal reminding the user of the availability of the bluetooth headset is not performed on the bluetooth headset, but the preset mobile terminal also reminds the user of the availability of the bluetooth headset during the period of time when the bluetooth headset makes a sound.
In this embodiment, the sound emitted by the bluetooth headset may be a preset sound, and after the bluetooth headset emits the sound, the user may determine the position of the bluetooth headset by the source of the sound, thereby achieving the purpose of prompting the position of the bluetooth headset to the user. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
in one embodiment, after the mobile terminal establishes the bluetooth connection with the bluetooth headset, the mobile terminal can send an instruction to the bluetooth headset through the bluetooth connection, so that the bluetooth headset drives the bluetooth headset to sound according to the instruction, and the user is reminded of the position of the bluetooth headset.
In another embodiment, after the mobile terminal establishes the bluetooth connection with the bluetooth headset, it indicates that the user searches for the bluetooth headset through the mobile terminal, and at this time, the bluetooth headset may directly sound, thereby reminding the user of the location of the bluetooth headset.
Certainly, when the preset recovery triggering signal sent by the mobile terminal is not received within the preset time length, the bluetooth headset can be prompted to return to the sleep state, and therefore power consumption is saved.
In this embodiment, the preset reminding mode that the mobile terminal reminds the user that the bluetooth headset can be searched can be any combination of pop-up window reminding, ringtone reminding, vibration reminding, bright screen reminding, flicker reminding and the like. In the specific implementation process, the corresponding APP can be configured for the preset mobile terminal, after the user triggers to enable the preset mobile terminal to be connected with the Bluetooth headset through Bluetooth, the APP can acquire the connection information, and therefore the preset mobile terminal is triggered to remind the user of finding the Bluetooth headset.
In this embodiment, remind the user to look for bluetooth headset through predetermined mobile terminal, can make the user when looking for bluetooth headset through predetermined mobile terminal, after triggering corresponding operation on the predetermined mobile terminal, only need patiently wait for mobile terminal's warning can, and need not the user to know or remember what time node can look for bluetooth headset, that is, need not to remember when bluetooth headset can be aroused to be in the state that can establish bluetooth connection.
Step S400, when the instruction data is not received within the preset time, the Bluetooth headset is prompted to enter a state that the Bluetooth connection cannot be established, so that the external Bluetooth device cannot establish the Bluetooth connection with the Bluetooth headset in the period. In this embodiment, the preset duration may be determined according to experience, and in a specific implementation process, no instruction data is received within the preset duration, which indicates that the user does not search for the bluetooth headset through the mobile terminal, so that the bluetooth headset may reenter a state in which bluetooth connection cannot be established, that is, a normal sleep state, and wait for the arrival of next excitation, so that the external bluetooth device cannot establish bluetooth connection with the bluetooth headset during this period, and power consumption of the bluetooth headset is saved.
To further avoid violating the logic that the bluetooth headset should not be connected to an external device after being placed in the bin, in an alternative embodiment, the bluetooth headset is prompted to broadcast an analog MAC address in step S100 to enable the external device to establish a bluetooth connection with the bluetooth headset via the analog MAC address, wherein the analog MAC address is different from the actual MAC address of the bluetooth headset. In this embodiment, when the user searches for the bluetooth headset through the mobile terminal, the new address of the simulated bluetooth device may be actively searched for connection by the mobile terminal.
In a specific embodiment, a new simulated MAC address may be generated according to a preset rule, or a simulated MAC address may be generated based on an actual MAC address of the bluetooth headset. Specifically, to simplify the generation process of the analog MAC address, in an alternative embodiment, the actual MAC address of the bluetooth headset may be obtained; and performing logic operation on the actual MAC address to obtain a simulated MAC address. Specifically, the actual MAC address may be logically operated by a random code, and the logical operation may be, for example, a logical and operation, or, for example, a logical xor operation.
In this embodiment, after the bluetooth headset is woken up, the simulated MAC address is calculated according to the actual MAC address, so as to obtain a simulated new bluetooth device MAC address, that is, the simulated new bluetooth device MAC address is equivalent to a new bluetooth device, and the manner of modifying the MAC address is illustrated in table 1.

In this embodiment, the main reason for simulating a new bluetooth device is that if an actual bluetooth address is adopted, the actual bluetooth address may be linked back by the mobile terminal; the scheme of the embodiment is originally designed for finding the Bluetooth headset, and because the Bluetooth headset is actively prevented from being lost after being connected with the mobile terminal in the past, the mobile terminal is informed when the Bluetooth headset is possibly lost; however, the process for searching for the bluetooth headset in the charging bin set in the scheme of this embodiment is essentially that the bluetooth headset should not be connected by the mobile terminal after being placed in the bin, when the user really searches for the bluetooth headset, the user can connect the mobile terminal through the simulated bluetooth device (equivalent to a new bluetooth device), communicate and synchronize the position data for the mobile terminal according to the mobile terminal, and play the prompt tone and the like to relay the position information according to the successful connection of the mobile terminal.
In order to avoid the fact that the mobile terminal displays the connected bluetooth device, which is contrary to the principle that the bluetooth headset should not be connected by the mobile phone after being placed in the storage (the headset is placed in the charging storage to disconnect the mobile phone), which is popular in the industry, in an optional embodiment, in step S100, the bluetooth HCI interface layer of the bluetooth headset is activated to be in the state of being capable of establishing the bluetooth connection, so that the external device can establish the bluetooth connection with the bluetooth headset through the bluetooth HCI interface layer.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram of each layer structure of bluetooth disclosed in this embodiment, each layer structure of bluetooth includes: the system comprises an application layer, a host layer (host) and a controller layer, wherein the application layer mainly makes the protocol interaction of the uppermost layer according to different application scenes; the host layer (host) provides interface support for the upper layer, maintains control of protocols, encryption processes and the like of some software layers, and pure software behaviors; the controller layer comprises an HCI interface layer, an LL layer and a PHY layer, and is responsible for reporting the state to the Host upwards, receiving the instruction of the Host downwards, interacting with the baseband signal, and coordinating, controlling and managing hardware resources. The hci (host Interface controller) Interface layer is the Interface between host layer (host) and controller layer communications. In this embodiment, the bluetooth headset is only connected to the bluetooth HCI interface layer of the external device, not the application layer, and the bluetooth connection may be disconnected after acquiring the bluetooth signal strength, so as to achieve the effect of acquiring the bluetooth signal strength without displaying the connection, that is, only the HCI interface is connected to perform signal measurement, and the mobile terminal is not connected and then disconnected after displaying the device. The mobile terminal may receive a response prompt for a bluetooth connection, as opposed to connecting to the application layer, resulting in a violation of popular principles defined in the industry.
In order to simplify the process and improve the efficiency of finding the bluetooth headset, in step S200, when the external device establishing the bluetooth connection is a preset mobile terminal, it is determined that the bluetooth headset has received the instruction data. In a specific embodiment, whether the external device establishing the bluetooth connection is the designated terminal may be determined by comparing the MAC address of the mobile terminal, and specifically, after the bluetooth headset is connected to the mobile terminal once, the MAC address of the mobile terminal may be stored in the bluetooth headset, and therefore, whether the external device establishing the bluetooth connection is the predetermined mobile terminal may be determined by comparing the MAC addresses. In other embodiments, it may also be determined whether the external device establishing the bluetooth connection is a preset mobile terminal through a communication protocol, data interaction, and the like.
In an optional embodiment, in step S100, the density of the bluetooth headset is excited to be positively correlated with a distance relationship, and in this embodiment, the distance relationship is a distance between the bluetooth headset and a preset mobile terminal. Specifically, the distance relationship may be a distance known before the bluetooth headset is disconnected from the preset mobile terminal. Knowledge about distance: in one embodiment, the distance may be known when the bluetooth headset is placed in the charging chamber, specifically, when the bluetooth headset is placed in the charging chamber, it is approximately indicated that the bluetooth headset is used completely, and at this time, it may be considered as "before bluetooth connection is disconnected"; in another embodiment, the distance may also be known when the bluetooth headset is about to be powered off, specifically, when the bluetooth headset is about to be powered off, the user may put the bluetooth headset into the charging bin for charging with a high probability, and thus, the distance may be known at this time.
In a specific implementation process, after the distance between the bluetooth headset and the preset mobile terminal is obtained through calculation, an excitation weight factor can be obtained, and a time interval for exciting the bluetooth headset is calculated, wherein the distance between the bluetooth headset and the preset mobile terminal can be calculated by adopting the following formula:
d=10 ((abs(RSSI)-A)/(10*n))
wherein abs is an absolute value, RSSI is received signal strength (negative value), a is signal strength at a distance of 1 meter between the transmitting end and the receiving end, and n is an environmental attenuation factor.
The time interval for activating the bluetooth headset may be calculated by the following weight formula:
W=N*X*Y
wherein W is the time interval for exciting the Bluetooth headset; x refers to the charge bin electric quantity; y denotes a unit time; n is an adjustable weight factor, and the normal weight means that N is 1, a value of N can be calculated by using a distance between the mobile terminal and the bluetooth headset, and the longer the distance is, the smaller the value of N will be, and the shorter the time interval for activating the bluetooth headset is, for example, when it is obtained by using the signal strength that the mobile terminal of the user is two meters away from the TWS bluetooth headset, the possible value may be 0.5, and if the user is 1 meter away from the bluetooth headset, the value may be 1.
In order to avoid connecting another external device to the bluetooth headset, in an alternative embodiment, in step S200, when the external device that establishes the bluetooth connection is a non-preset mobile terminal, the bluetooth connection with the external device is disconnected, and a loopback mode is performed to loop back the preset mobile terminal, so as to determine a distance between the bluetooth headset and the preset mobile terminal. In this embodiment, when the external device establishing the bluetooth connection is a non-preset mobile terminal, it indicates that the user does not search for the bluetooth headset through the preset mobile terminal, and can continue to enter the sleep mode; the actual MAC address of the Bluetooth headset can be connected back to the preset mobile terminal, so that the distance between the Bluetooth headset and the preset mobile terminal can be determined, the time interval for exciting the Bluetooth headset next time is calculated, and the Bluetooth headset is excited intermittently.
In order to remind the user of the position of using the Bluetooth headset at last, more accurate position information can be given in a long distance. In an optional embodiment, the method further comprises: when the Bluetooth headset is used, the current position information of the Bluetooth headset is sent to the preset mobile terminal, so that the preset mobile terminal records the position of the Bluetooth headset when the Bluetooth headset is used finally. Specifically, when the user puts the bluetooth headset back to the charging bin, it can mean that the bluetooth headset is used, and at this moment, the current position of the bluetooth headset can be located through the positioning sensor, and the located position information is sent to the preset mobile terminal, so that the preset mobile terminal can record the position of the bluetooth headset when the bluetooth headset is used last. In a specific embodiment, the position information can be the self-positioning of the bluetooth headset, and can also be obtained by positioning through the charging bin. As an example of an application scenario, for example, a user puts a headset in a charging cabin in a dormitory, and then the user goes out from the dormitory to play, and when the user wants to search for a bluetooth headset on the way, the user can see that the headset is positioned in the dormitory from a mobile phone APP.
To facilitate alerting the user of the location where the bluetooth headset is disconnected from the bluetooth connection, i.e. the location where the bluetooth headset is lost, the approximate location of the loss can be given after the loss. In an optional embodiment, the method further comprises: when the Bluetooth headset is placed in the charging bin, the current position information of the Bluetooth headset is sent to the preset mobile terminal, so that the preset mobile terminal records the positions of the Bluetooth headset in the charging bin and the preset mobile terminal within the Bluetooth communication range. In a specific embodiment, when the bluetooth headset is in the charging bin, the bluetooth headset may establish a bluetooth connection with a preset mobile terminal at certain time intervals (equal intervals or unequal intervals), and send the located position information to the preset mobile terminal, so that the preset mobile terminal may record a position at which the bluetooth headset may establish the bluetooth connection. In a specific embodiment, the position information can be the self-positioning of the bluetooth headset, and can also be obtained by positioning through the charging bin. As an example of an application scenario, for example, a user puts an earphone in a charging bin and plays with the charging bin, the charging bin is lost in the process, and the mobile phone can know the position of the earphone through bluetooth connection because the mobile phone is still within a bluetooth communication range; when a user wants to search for the Bluetooth headset, the Bluetooth headset exceeds the Bluetooth communication range and cannot be searched through Bluetooth connection, and at the moment, the user can see that the headset is positioned at a certain position on the way from the mobile phone APP; the user can go to the location according to the location information, thereby finding the headset through the bluetooth connection.
