The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the digital tv operator supervision console implements data-centric construction of an open operator supervision console, and employs a unified external interface with the digital tv resource management database, so that the system can conveniently expand the monitoring network scale by modifying corresponding independent configuration database data according to actual application requirements without changing software itself, flexibly configure functions of each monitoring point, and meet the requirement of continuous development of digital tv services.

The system according to claim 1, further comprising a stream analysis platform, wherein the stream analysis platform is a broadcast monitoring system integrating digital television signal stream analysis, digital television signal stream descrambling, MPEG decoding, image analysis, and digital audio monitoring.
