Description

Quality evaluation method and device of broadband service, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for evaluating quality of broadband service, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
At present, there are two ways for analyzing the quality of broadband service of a user's home, one is a direct method, and the other is an indirect method, which have the following disadvantages:
the direct method comprises the following steps: the service types used by the family broadband users are numerous, and people can know that the service types are the same according to the analysis of the service types, and the index requirements of service scenes such as network video playing, games, WEB page browsing and the like are different. Therefore, under the condition of not distinguishing the service types, the service experience is identified to be deviated only by a method of exceeding the threshold value; different network architectures and different new and old equipment degrees in each area bring different end-to-end performances. The threshold index set by the empirical value cannot be universally applied to all regions, and the empirical value is only a result of estimation and has no clear mathematical basis; an indirect method: the dial-up position is higher than that of a common user, and the PON network part is not involved basically, so that the experience of the user cannot be represented completely. Dial testing generally uses a white list mode to select TOPN services, generally only dials a first page, cannot cover services used by all users, and only has certain representativeness, and when new services appear, the TOPN services need to be updated irregularly. Due to the problems of the number of devices and the performance of terminals, the current dial test can only cover part of networks or part of users, cannot cover all users, only has certain sampling capability, and cannot support the service quality judgment of all users.

Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
The following describes a quality evaluation method, apparatus, electronic device and storage medium for broadband service according to embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for evaluating quality of a broadband service according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a method for evaluating quality of a broadband service according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s101: and acquiring a KQI index value and an access frequency corresponding to each service in the service accessed by the user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, acquiring a KQI index value and an access frequency corresponding to each service in a user access service includes: according to the user dimension, counting each service in the busy hour time period to obtain a KQI index value corresponding to each service accessed by the user and the access frequency, namely: and counting busy hour services according to user dimensions, wherein the statistical information comprises the service type used by a user when the service is busy, an average KQI index value corresponding to each service and the access frequency of the service, wherein the busy hours in different areas are usually different, for example: for campuses and cells, monday through friday are typically 8:00 early to 11:00 late, all day on weekends, etc.
In one embodiment of the invention, the KQI index value includes, but is not limited to, TCP connection delay, uplink RTT, downlink RTT, TCP downlink misordering rate, and retransmission rate.
S102: and inquiring a preset constant modulus table based on the KQI index value corresponding to each service to obtain the quality score of each service, wherein the constant modulus table comprises a standard score corresponding to each service.
It can be understood that, before querying a preset constant modulus table based on the corresponding KQI index value of each service to obtain the quality score of each service, the method includes: acquiring a user surfing ticket; obtaining a network transmission KQI index of the user access service based on the user internet ticket, wherein the network transmission KQI index comprises a basic KQI index and a service type; and obtaining the normal model table based on the service type and the corresponding basic KQI index. In this example, obtaining the normative table based on the service type and the corresponding basic KQI index includes: and obtaining the constant modulus scalar score of each service based on a normal distribution principle, and establishing the constant modulus table according to the constant modulus scalar score of each service.
S103: and obtaining a comprehensive score of the user access service based on the access frequency and the quality score of each service, and evaluating the broadband service quality of the user based on the comprehensive score.
As a specific example, the weight of each service may be obtained based on the access frequency of each service; and based on the weight of each service, performing weighted average calculation on the quality score of each service to obtain a comprehensive score of the user access service. For example: and inquiring a constant modulus table, scoring each service (large class and small class) used by the user to obtain the scores of all the access services and the corresponding network request times (namely, the access frequency) when the user is busy, and carrying out weighted average according to the scores of all the access services and the corresponding network request times to obtain a comprehensive score.
In one embodiment of the present invention, evaluating the broadband service quality of the user based on the composite score comprises: obtaining the times that the comprehensive score in each time period in a plurality of periods is lower than a preset value; and determining the broadband service quality of the user according to the times. The cycle may be, for example, days, and the plurality of cycles may be 1 week. For example: according to the comprehensive scores of the users in a certain period (generally taking weeks as dimensions), identifying the users with low scores and more times, namely the users with poor quality, namely: the quality of broadband service for the user is poor.
The quality evaluation method of the broadband service of the embodiment of the invention can be combined with a bearer network and an access network of a certain area in specific application, as shown in fig. 2, the method is a networking structure diagram of the bearer network and the access network of one area of a certain operator, and a user generally dials through a home router and realizes broadband service access through an ONU, an optical splitter, an OLT and a BRAS. The user service flow mainly comprises: IDC inside the province, other cities inside the province, local networks outside the province, different networks outside the province and different networks outside the province. As shown in fig. 2, the main functional components are: 1. the BRAS uplink port flow mirror image has the main function of acquiring flow characteristic data of user internet access; 2. the IDC outlet flow mirror image is mainly used for acquiring internet flow characteristic data when a user accesses the IDC; 3. the NetProbe probe has the main functions of analyzing the mirror image data, analyzing the basic KQI index of each type of service based on the service characteristics, and outputting an xDR call ticket according to each identified service flow; 4. SIG system: the DPI data acquisition system is basically the same as a NetProbe data processing mode, and outputs an xDR call ticket mainly according to the specification; 5. a quality difference user identification system mainly carries out convergence calculation on a plurality of KQI indexes carried in an xDR call ticket through a big data processing system according to time dimension, service dimension and user dimension, and identifies a quality difference user and an affected service used by the quality difference user.
In specific application, the identification of the internet service quality of the broadband user can be realized through data collected by a DPI system or a NetProbe system, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, obtaining a user Internet ticket in a mirror image mode, and obtaining a network transmission KQI index when the user uses a certain service by analyzing the ticket, wherein the core content comprises a user account, a timestamp, a network quintuple, a service attribution large class, a service attribution small class, a basic KQI index and the like.
(2) And the data is input into a hadoop big data platform, a constant modulus table is generated based on an innovative algorithm, and a standard scoring mechanism is generated for the dimensionality according to the service class and the corresponding KQI index of the service class.
(3) And counting the busy-hour services according to the user dimension, wherein the statistical information comprises the service type used by the user when the service is busy, the average KQI index value corresponding to each service and the access frequency of the service.
(4) And inquiring a constant modulus table, scoring each service (large class and small class) used by the user to obtain the scores of all the access services and the corresponding network request times when the user is busy, and obtaining a comprehensive score according to the weighted average of the times.
(5) And identifying the users with low score times and more times according to the comprehensive scores of the users in a certain period (generally taking weeks as dimensions), namely the users with poor quality.
As shown in FIG. 3, the database is deployed on an x86 server hardware bearer for deploying the database (oracle or Hadoop), and the objective of identifying the user with poor home-wide experience in the invention is realized by a core algorithm carried by the database.
(1) By inputting an SDR ticket when a user is busy, the SDR ticket comprises a user protocol major class SDR (an account, a protocol major class and all key indexes) and a user protocol minor class SDR (an account, a protocol major class, a protocol minor class and all key indexes), 5 indexes such as TCP connection delay, server RTT, client RTT, downlink disorder rate, downlink retransmission rate and the like are selected as key quality evaluation indexes, and the corresponding index calculation formula is as follows:
a downlink TCP retransmission rate (%) — TCP downlink retransmission packet number (with PAYLOAD)/TCP downlink packet number (with PAYLOAD) TCP _ DL _ retransmission _ WITHPL/TCP _ DL _ packeges _ WITHPL;
downlink TCP disorder rate (%) -downlink disorder packet number/TCP downlink packet number (with PAYLOAD) -TCP _ DL _ OUTPOSSEDU/TCP _ DL _ PACKAGES _ WITHPL;
server side RTT (ms) is total uplink RTT/total number of uplink RTT AVG _ UL _ RTT/UL _ RTT _ STAT _ NUM;
terminal side RTT (ms) is total downlink RTT/total number of downlink RTT AVG _ DL _ RTT/DL _ RTT _ STAT _ NUM;
and the TCP connection delay (ms) is the TCP link establishment time length/the statistic times of the TCP link establishment delay TCP _ RTT/TCP _ RTT _ GOOD _ COUNT.
(2) And generating percentile of the index according to each KQI index value and the occurrence frequency of each type of service, and extracting values corresponding to several percentiles of 4,8, 12,16 and 20.
Through the work, 5 quantiles of the KQI index of a certain type of service are obtained, all the corresponding values are divided into 6 intervals, namely (0,4), [4,8), [8,12), [12,16), [16,20), [20,100), and the 6 intervals are respectively assigned with 0,20,40,60,80,100 (the larger the influence on the service, the lower the score).
The score calculation rule is as follows:
for each index, according to the ' pareto ' rule ', 80% of users are considered to have no problem, and are given a full score and the remaining 20% are linearly segmented (the main effect is to pull the score between the indexes of the segment, so that data with large influence on user experience can be conveniently identified through the score).
Each index is arranged in a reverse narrative mode, the ranking is 0-4%, and 0 is scored; 4% -8%, and 20 points are added; ...; 20% -100%, and the score is 100.
With regard to the filtering function for the protocol major and minor classes, no filtering may be done, or white list filtering may be used (white list including protocol major and minor classes allowed to be included in the user SDR), or black list filtering may be used (black list including protocol major and minor classes not allowed to be included in the user SDR).
The sorted data sources are all the user SDR indicators filtered by black and white lists with statistical periods such as busy hours in the last 3 days of the night (time configurable). This allows the threshold for each of the scoring intervals for the current statistical period to be established.
1) And matching the large class, the small class and 5 indexes of the protocol of the current user with the percentile interval to obtain the original score of each index (namely converting the index value into the percentile system according to the pareto rule).
2) And (4) calculating the absolute scores of the users, and calculating the scores of the indexes of each user, the protocol major class and the protocol minor class according to the score rules. The final score is then calculated by weighting these metrics.
3) And calculating the score of the content source, wherein the content source also has an index summary based on the protocol major class, the protocol major class and the protocol subclass, each index calculates a score according to the score formula, and then calculates the absolute score (namely, the absolute score is calculated according to the weighted value) of the content source based on the protocol major class and the protocol subclass.
4) And calculating the relative score of the user, wherein the relative score is the absolute score of the user and the absolute score of the content source, namely the relative score of the user is obtained by subtracting the absolute score corresponding to the protocol subclass of the content source from the absolute score corresponding to the protocol subclass of the user and the protocol subclass.
5) The user's daily busy hour experience score is calculated. The formula is as follows:
the user's single-day experience score is (relative score of subclass a in user statistical period x request times of subclass a + … + relative score of subclass n in user statistical period x request times of subclass n)/total access times.
(3) The core method of the present invention is to generate a constant modulus table and score the services used by the user by using the constant modulus table, and the specific flow is shown in fig. 4.
(4) Screening a user list with poor quality, wherein the screening condition is configurable and defaults are as follows:
if the experience score of the user is lower than-25 (the experience score threshold is configurable in the background) when the experience score of the user is more than 2 days after 3 days (the experience score of the user can be configured to be n days after m days), and the number of requests of the user is more than 100 (the configurable request number threshold), the user is a poor user.
According to the quality evaluation method of the broadband service, the standard score can be obtained according to the obtained constant modulus table and the KQI value of a certain service used by a user in advance, then the weights of different services are obtained through the service use frequency, and finally the access service of the user is comprehensively graded according to the weights, so that the user with poor service experience can be obtained according to the comprehensive grading condition, and network fault troubleshooting can be conveniently and pertinently carried out.
The method of the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the users use different services (videos, games, WEB pages, P2P, and the like) and have different requirements on the basic KQI of the network, so the scheme uses different index quality judgment methods for different service categories, for example, respectively calculating corresponding constant modulus tables according to WEB systems, video systems, game systems, and the like;
(2) judging whether a certain index reaches the standard without adopting a traditional method of assigning a KQI threshold value by a service, and finding 20% of worst index data as an analysis target group in a similar college entrance examination standard division mode by an index ranking mode;
(3) after a single KQI index is used and converted into a standard score, the position of the index in such a business totality index (whether it is the worst 20%, and the position in the 20% is known from the score) can be reflected.
(4) Through trial, active network modification and attention areas can be carried out, the quality difference rate can be reduced by about 1.7pp, and the broadband internet surfing satisfaction can be improved by about 10 pp.
