When the rotary knob 250 drives the threaded rod 240 to rotate, the rotary threaded rod 240 drives the upper clamping seat 220 to move downwards gradually and clamp the fixed cable with the lower clamping seat 230, the threaded rod 240 moving downwards drives the first limiting ring 350 and the second limiting ring 360 to move downwards, namely, the support strip plate 310 between the first limiting ring 350 and the second limiting ring 360 is driven to move downwards in the vertical direction, namely, the first sliding block 320, the support rod 340 and the guide arc plate 330 at the two ends of the support strip plate 310 move downwards, the guide arc plate 330 moving downwards firstly bends the cable gradually until the cable is close to 90 degrees, the cable is prevented from contacting with an electric component inside the switch cabinet, and a contact connection point between an electric wire in the internal electric component and the electric component has a good protection effect. The first slider 320 having the T-shaped structure can stably move inside the first sliding groove 211.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the upper gasket 260 and the lower gasket 270 are both semi-circular structures, and the depth of the inner groove openings of the upper clamping seat 220 and the lower clamping seat 230 is respectively less than the height of the upper gasket 260 and the lower gasket 270 by 3mm to 5mm. When last cassette 220 moves downwards gradually and lower cassette 230 block fixed cable promptly for go up the inboard sealed 260 of sealed pad and the lower sealed 270 of sealed pad can contact with the cable outer wall more tightly of cassette 220 and lower cassette 230, and it is inseparabler to include the cable outer wall, promotes sealed effect.

The inner wall of the lower sealing gasket 270 is provided with a plurality of second strip-shaped grooves 271 which are equidistantly distributed and have the same width as the first strip-shaped groove 261. The first and second strip-shaped grooves 261 and 271 are used for increasing the friction force of the contact between the upper and lower gaskets 260 and 270 and the outer wall of the cable, so that the upper and lower gaskets 260 and 270 are better wrapped outside the cable. The equal fixedly connected with in lower gasket 270 both ends top is inserted the complex fixture block 272 with first bar groove 261 bottom, adopts integrated into one piece to set up between fixture block 272 and the lower gasket 270, and fixture block 272 can block at first bar groove 261 tip, promotes the sealed effect between upper seal pad 260 and the lower gasket 270 tip.
In specific arrangement, please refer to fig. 5 and 7,U, the two side walls of the inner portion of the frame 210 are both provided with a second sliding slot 212, a second sliding block 280 is slidably disposed in the second sliding slot 212, and the second sliding block 280 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the upper clamping seat 220. The first sliding groove 211 and the first sliding block 320, and the second sliding groove 212 and the second sliding block 280 are all in a matched T-shaped structure. The T-shaped structure of the first sliding chute 211, the first sliding block 320, the second sliding chute 212, the second sliding block 280, the first sliding chute 211, the first sliding block 320, the second sliding chute 212, and the second sliding block 280 is used to improve the stability of the first sliding block 320 and the second sliding block 280 during movement. The top of the U-shaped frame 210 is provided with a threaded hole 213 which is matched with the threaded rod 240 in a threaded manner; threaded bore 213 is for threaded engagement with threaded rod 240. A first web 291 is fixedly connected between the top of the U-shaped frame 210 and the front of the stationary seat member 10. The first web 291 is for reinforcing the support U-shaped frame 210. A second web 292 is fixedly connected between the bottom of the lower clamping seat 230 and the front surface of the fixed seat member 10; the second web 292 serves to reinforce and support the lower cartridge 230.
The guiding arc plate 330 in the bending guiding assembly 30 in the cable and wire installation fixing device of the switch device is fixed on the position of the cable after bending guiding, and cannot be adjusted in angle according to the actual installation space in the switch cabinet.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the fixing base 10 includes a back plate 110, a rotating disc 120, a limiting member 130, an ear plate 140, a fixing bolt 150 and a sealing ring 160. The two ear plates 140 are respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the back plate 110, and the ear plates 140 and the back plate 110 are fixed by welding. The screw of the fixing bolt 150 penetrates through the ear plate 140 to be connected with the inner wall of the switch cabinet, the two sides of the surface of the back plate 110 are both provided with an arc-shaped through groove 111, the two sets of limiting members 130 are respectively slidably disposed on the arc-shaped through grooves 111, and the limiting members 130 are connected to the turntable 120. The middle parts of the back plate 110 and the turntable 120 are provided with a threading opening 180 through which a cable penetrates, the outer side of the arc-shaped through groove 111 at the back of the back plate 110 is provided with a limiting ring groove 112, the sealing ring 160 is fixedly arranged inside the limiting ring groove 112, and the U-shaped frame 210 and the lower clamping seat 230 are both fixedly arranged at the front of the turntable 120. The limiting member 130 includes a pin 131, a first limiting plate 132 and a second limiting plate 133. One end of the pin shaft 131 penetrates through the arc-shaped through groove 111 to be arranged in a sliding manner, the other end of the pin shaft 131 movably penetrates through the turntable 120, and the first limiting plate 132 and the second limiting plate 133 are fixedly arranged at two ends of the pin shaft 131 respectively; the first and second limiting plates 132 and 133 are fixed to the pin 131 by welding.
The turntable 120 on the front surface of the back plate 110 is rotated in advance, and the turntable 120 drives the clamping and sealing assembly 20 and the bending guide assembly 30 to rotate, so that the rotation position of the guide arc plate 330 can be adjusted, and the adjustment can be performed according to the requirement of the bending angle of the cable. The sealing ring 160 on the back of the back plate 110 contacts with the inner wall of the switch cabinet, and the thickness of the sealing ring 160 is 1mm-1.5mm greater than that of the ear plate 140. Realize backplate 110 and upper seal pad 260 and lower seal pad 270 through sealing washer 160, and form a separation region between the cubical switchboard inner wall, prevent that outside dust from passing through the wires hole and getting into to the cubical switchboard inside, play good dustproof guard action to the inside electrical component of cubical switchboard.
The cable and wire mounting and fixing device of the switch device only adopts the sliding fit between the limiting member 130 and the arc-shaped through groove 111 on the back plate 110, and the friction force generated between the back plate 110 and the turntable 120 is large, so that the cable and wire mounting and fixing device is not flexible during rotation.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the stationary seat member 10 further includes a ball 170. The opposite sides of the back plate 110 and the turntable 120 are respectively provided with an annular chute 113, and a plurality of balls 170 are respectively arranged inside the two groups of annular chutes 113 in a rolling manner.
By adopting the structural design that the back plate 110 and the rotary table 120 are provided with the annular sliding grooves 113 at opposite sides, the balls 170 between the rotary table 120 and the back plate 110 can reduce the friction force generated when the rotary table 120 rotates, so that the guide arc plate 330 at one side of the rotary table 120 can be adjusted more flexibly when rotating.

the clamping and sealing assembly (20) comprises a U-shaped frame (210), an upper clamping seat (220), a lower clamping seat (230), a threaded rod (240), a knob (250), an upper sealing gasket (260) and a lower sealing gasket (270), the U-shaped frame (210) is fixedly arranged on the front surface of the fixed seat part (10), the upper clamping seat (220) is slidably arranged inside the U-shaped frame (210), the lower clamping seat (230) is positioned below the upper clamping seat (220), the lower clamping seat (230) is fixedly arranged on the front surface of the fixed seat part (10), the bottom end of the threaded rod (240) is rotatably connected to the top of the upper clamping seat (220), the top end of the threaded rod (240) is in threaded connection with the U-shaped frame (210), the knob (250) is fixedly arranged on the top end of the threaded rod (240), the upper clamping seat (220), the lower clamping seat (230) and the fixed seat part (10) are provided with notches through which cables penetrate, the upper sealing gasket (260) and the lower sealing gasket (270) are respectively and fixedly arranged on the two sides of the notches of the upper clamping seat (220) and the lower clamping seat (230), and a first sliding chute (210) is formed on two sides of the U-shaped frame;
the bending guide assembly (30) comprises a support strip plate (310), a first sliding block (320), a guide arc plate (330), a support rod (340), a first limiting ring (350) and a second limiting ring (360), wherein the first limiting ring (350) and the second limiting ring (360) are located above the U-shaped frame (210), the first limiting ring (350) and the second limiting ring (360) are fixedly sleeved outside the threaded rod (240), the support strip plate (310) is located between the first limiting ring (350) and the second limiting ring (360), the threaded rod (240) movably penetrates through the support strip plate (310), the two first sliding blocks (320) are slidably arranged inside the first sliding groove (211) respectively, the tops of the two first sliding blocks (320) are fixedly connected to the two ends of the support strip plate (310) respectively, the guide arc plate (330) is located on the front surfaces of the upper clamping seat (220) and the lower clamping seat (230), and the tops of the two first sliding blocks (320) are fixedly connected to the two sides of the support strip plate (340) respectively, and the two sides of the guide arc plate (330) are fixedly connected to the two sides of the support rod (340).

The cable and wire installation and fixation device of the switch equipment is characterized in that the upper sealing gasket (260) and the lower sealing gasket (270) are both in a semicircular annular structure, and the depth of the inner groove opening of the upper clamping seat (220) and the lower clamping seat (230) is respectively less than the height of the upper sealing gasket (260) and the height of the lower sealing gasket (270) within the range of 3mm-5mm.
3. The cable and wire installation and fixation device of the switch gear according to claim 2, characterized in that the inner wall of the upper sealing gasket (260) is provided with a plurality of first linear grooves (261) which are distributed at equal intervals.

The cable and wire installation and fixation device of the switch equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner wall of the lower sealing gasket (270) is provided with a plurality of second strip-shaped grooves (271) which are equidistantly distributed and have the same width as the first strip-shaped groove (261).

The cable and wire installation and fixation device of the switch device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the top parts of both ends of the lower sealing gasket (270) are fixedly connected with a clamping block (272) which is in insertion fit with the bottom end of the first strip-shaped groove (261).

The cable and wire installation and fixation device for the switch equipment according to claim 1, wherein a second sliding groove (212) is formed in each of two side walls of the inside of the U-shaped frame (210), a second sliding block (280) is slidably arranged in each second sliding groove (212), and the second sliding block (280) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the upper clamping seat (220).
7. The cable and wire installation and fixing device of the switch gear according to claim 6, wherein the first sliding slot (211) and the first sliding block (320) and the second sliding slot (212) and the second sliding block (280) are of a matched T-shaped structure.
8. The cable and wire mounting and fixing device of the switch gear as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the U-shaped frame (210) is provided with a threaded hole (213) which is in threaded fit with the threaded rod (240).
9. The cable and wire mounting and fixing device of the switch gear according to claim 1, characterized in that a first web (291) is fixedly connected between the top of the U-shaped frame (210) and the front surface of the fixed base member (10).
10. The cable and wire mounting and fixing device of the switch gear according to claim 1, characterized in that a second web (292) is fixedly connected between the bottom of the lower clamping seat (230) and the front surface of the fixed seat member (10).
