When in use, a user can curl and fold the curled display device according to the needs, so as to reduce the size of the display device and improve the portability of the display device. Alternatively, the rollable display device may be unfolded to obtain a larger display screen. The rollable display device has been an important point of research by having the above-described advantages of being convenient to carry and capable of providing a large display screen.
In the prior art, in order to realize the regular curling of the rollable display device, the length of each structure is calculated to achieve the curling requirement, errors such as production and assembly are unavoidable in practical application, the problem that the curling is not up is caused when the length of the structural member is poor, and meanwhile, the flexible screen is damaged.
Therefore, how to avoid the error of production and assembly from affecting the normal curling is an important technical problem to be solved by the skilled in the art.

An adjustable connection mechanism 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for connecting two adjacent display units 10 in a rollable mechanism of a display device, and includes: a junction box 21 and two junction pieces, the structure of which can be seen with reference to fig. 1 and 2;

The length of the mounting cavity (corresponding to the sliding direction) is 2 times greater than the diameter of the sphere of the slider 22 to leave a sliding space; the length of the installation cavity is smaller than 3 times of the diameter of the sphere of the sliding block 22 so as to avoid occupying excessive space, and specific numerical values can be determined according to practical conditions and are not described herein.
In the second embodiment provided in this embodiment, the slider 22 is a square slider, and the structure thereof can be shown in fig. 11; correspondingly, the inner wall of the mounting cavity is in a cuboid shape matched with the square sliding block 22;
wherein the slider 22 is hinged to a first end of the link 23 and/or a second end of the link 23 is used to hinge the display unit 10. That is, compared with the first embodiment described above, the present embodiment is different in that the display unit 10 and the connection box 21 are relatively rotated by the hinge structure of the end portion of the link 23 by adopting a square slider 22 slidably fitted in the installation cavity.
In order to further optimize the technical solution described above, the connecting box 21 is provided with a guiding groove 24, and the sliding fit direction of the sliding block 22 and the installation cavity is parallel to the guiding direction of the guiding groove 24, and the structure thereof can be shown with reference to fig. 3, 7 and 11;
wherein the width of the guide groove 24 is larger than the external dimension of the connecting rod 23, so that the connecting rod 23 can slide freely in the guide groove 24; is smaller than the outer dimension of the slider 22 to avoid the slider 22 from being pulled out of the guide groove 24.
Specifically, the connecting piece adopts elastic material, can produce certain deformation when display device curls or expands to be convenient for the operation. For example, the slider 22 is made of elastic material with better elasticity, and may be made of elastic material such as rubber material, or elastic plastic deformation metal material, such as elastic metal plastic tile. Preferably, the inner wall of the mounting cavity and/or the outer wall of the slider 22 is provided with damping means which can maintain the engaged position after movement in order to maintain the display device in a rolled or unrolled state. The connecting box 21 can be made of plastic, and has a light structure and low cost.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a rollable display device, which comprises: a crimpable mechanism, the crimpable mechanism comprising: the display unit 10 and the above-described adjustable connection mechanism 20 may be structured as shown with reference to fig. 1.
According to the technical scheme, the flexible display device provided by the embodiment of the invention has errors such as production and assembly when the length of the component structure is in a state of curling a plurality of component structures, and can realize automatic sliding adjustment, so that the flexible screen is curled normally.
Further, the display unit 10 includes: a display screen 11 and a housing 12, the display screen 11 being mounted to the housing 12, the structure of which can be seen with reference to fig. 5 and 8;
wherein the housing 12 is connected to the second end of the connector. As shown in fig. 6, the filling area is the display screen 11, the diagonal stripe area is the housing 12, the slider 22 is connected with the housing 12 through the connecting rod 23, and the housing 12 serves as a mounting base of the display screen 11 to protect and realize movement.
The problem of the outer ring not being rolled easily occurs in view of the rolling process. Thus, in this embodiment, the crimpable mechanism is capable of crimping into multiple turns, with at least the second turn from inside to outside employing the adjustable attachment mechanism 20. That is, as shown in fig. 1, the connection mechanism of the innermost ring can be in a form of fixed distance, and the non-adjustable connection mechanism does not need to be designed with extra length, so that the radial dimension of the curled innermost ring can be prevented from being reduced, and the total radial dimension of the whole curled mechanism and the display device can be controlled.
The curl circumferential error caused by the structure and operation is increased with the number of turns, so that it is preferable to design the connection structure differently for different positions. Further, at least two circles of the crimpable mechanism adopt the adjustable connecting mechanism 20, and the maximum sliding distance of the adjustable connecting mechanism 20 of the outer ring is larger than that of the adjustable connecting mechanism 20 of the inner ring, so that the gradual amplification of the crimping circumferential error can be satisfied; by setting the size increment rule matching the number of turns of the crimpable mechanism, the sliding range of the adjustable connecting mechanism 20 is advantageously controlled, thereby avoiding the excessive radial overall size of the whole display device after crimping.
Preferably, the adjustable connection mechanisms 20 are arranged on both sides of the display units 10, and the maximum sliding distance of the adjustable connection mechanisms 20 on the side of the display units 10 far from the curling center is greater than 1/20-1/15 of the maximum sliding distance of the adjustable connection mechanisms 20 on the side of the display units 10 near the curling center. That is, the size of the adjustable connection mechanism 20 in this solution is gradually increased, and the rule is that each section length is longer than the previous section length by about 1/20 to 1/15 of the previous section length, so as to meet the gradual amplification of the curl circumferential error, avoid the overlarge radial total size of the whole display device after curl, and the specific principle can refer to the description of the two previous sections and is not repeated here.
The embodiment of the invention also provides electronic equipment, which comprises the rollable display device.
As can be seen from the above technical solutions, the electronic device provided in the embodiments of the present invention, due to the adoption of the above rollable display device, has all the beneficial effects as described above, and the detailed description can be referred to in the foregoing, and will not be repeated here.
In summary, the plurality of unit structures (i.e., the display unit 10) included in the crimpable mechanism according to the present disclosure further includes an automatically adjustable sliding structure (i.e., the adjustable connecting mechanism 20), and when there is an error in production and assembly, the crimping angle can be adjusted by the sliding structure, so as to avoid the flexible screen from being unable to be crimped normally due to the error in production and assembly. In addition, the automatically adjustable sliding structure in the scheme comprises the connecting box 21 provided with the guide grooves 24, and the spherical sliding blocks 22 connected with the two ends of the display unit 20 through the connecting rods 23 are clamped in the connecting box 21, the guide grooves 24 can enable the connecting rods 23 to pass through, errors such as production and assembly exist in the length of each structure, and automatic sliding adjustment can be realized when a plurality of unit structures are curled, so that the flexible screen is curled normally.

the housing (12) is connected to the second end of the connector;
the crimpable mechanism is capable of crimping into a plurality of turns, at least a second turn from inside to outside employing the adjustable connection mechanism (20);
at least two circles of the crimpable mechanism adopt the adjustable connecting mechanism (20), and the maximum sliding distance of the adjustable connecting mechanism (20) of the outer circle is larger than that of the adjustable connecting mechanism (20) of the inner circle.
