Embodiments of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to the drawings attached hereto.
The embodiment of the application provides an offshore platform safety early warning method, which is executed by electronic equipment, wherein the electronic equipment can be a server or terminal equipment, and the server can be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server for providing cloud computing service. The terminal device may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, or the like, but is not limited thereto, and the terminal device and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through a wired or wireless communication manner, which is not limited herein, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes step S101, step S102, step S103, and step S104, where step S101 obtains location information.
For the embodiment of the application, each worker carries a locator, and the electronic equipment receives signals sent by the locators, so that the position information of each worker is obtained. The position information can be expressed by longitude and latitude, or a three-dimensional coordinate system can be established on an offshore platform, so that the position information of the working personnel can be expressed. The electronic equipment establishes a three-dimensional model of the offshore platform through BIM technology or other 3D model establishing technology, and position information of each staff is directly displayed on the three-dimensional model.
Step S102, judging whether at least one worker is abnormal or not based on the position information.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device judges whether at least one worker is abnormal based on the position information, the position information can intuitively embody the travel route of the worker, and if the travel route is abnormal, the worker is indicated to be likely to be abnormal. The abnormality of the position information can be divided into three cases, one is disappearance of the position information; secondly, position information is mutated; thirdly, the location information remains stationary for a long time.
Step S103, if an abnormality occurs, monitoring data is obtained, and the cause of the abnormality is determined based on the monitoring data.
For the embodiment of the application, if the electronic device determines that the position information is abnormal, the electronic device acquires the monitoring data, determines the abnormal reasons based on the monitoring data, wherein the abnormal reasons include that the device is in fault or harmful gas leakage is caused in the construction process, and the like, and the monitoring data can accurately determine whether the environment or the device is abnormal or not, so that the direct reason of the position information abnormality is obtained.
And step S104, early warning information is sent to other staff based on the abnormal reasons.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment sends the early warning information to other staff based on the abnormal reasons, so that the staff is warned, the staff can be prevented in advance, and the possibility of accidents is reduced.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, step S102 includes steps S1021 (not shown) and S1022 (not shown) of determining whether an abnormality occurs in at least one worker based on the location information, where step S1021 determines whether the number of location information reaches a preset number, and determines whether mutation location information and/or rest location information exists.
The rest position information is position information that the rest time reaches a preset time.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment judges whether the number of the position information reaches the preset number, the preset number is the number of staff on the offshore platform, the preset number of the electronic equipment can be obtained from equipment for attendance or card punching of the staff, the staff can check in through face recognition or card punching, the electronic equipment or check-in data are obtained, and then the preset number is obtained. For example:
assuming that the number of the position information is 98 and the preset number acquired by the electronic device is 100, the electronic device judges that the number of the position information is smaller than the preset number.
The electronic equipment judges whether mutation position information and/or rest position information exists or not, the electronic equipment judges whether the medal is in the mutation position information and/or the rest position information based on the position information at different moments, the rest position information is the position information which is kept for a preset time in the current position information, the preset time can be set according to working conditions, abnormality can occur when the position information of the offshore platform is not changed for a long time, and the preset information can be set to be 10 minutes.
Step S1022, if the preset number is not reached, and/or mutation position information and/or rest position information exist, determining that at least one worker is abnormal.
For the embodiment of the application, if the electronic device determines that the number of the position information does not reach the preset number, it is indicated that the position information disappears, that is, the staff may disappear, so that the electronic device determines that at least one staff is abnormal. If the electronic equipment determines that the number of the position information reaches the preset number, the staff are all indicated to be in the monitoring range. Take step S1021 as an example:
the electronic equipment judges that the number of the position information is smaller than the preset number, and then the electronic equipment determines that 2 pieces of position information are absent, so that the situation that 2 workers are abnormal is indicated.
If the electronic equipment determines that the mutation position information exists, the situation that the worker is dropped is indicated, if the rest position information exists, the situation that the worker is syncope and choked is indicated, and the worker is kept in place, so that the abnormality of at least one worker is determined.
One possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method includes step S105 (not shown in the figure), step S106 (not shown in the figure), and step S107 (not shown in the figure), where step S105 may be performed after step S1021, where,
Step S105, if the number does not reach the preset number, the positioning accuracy is reduced, and further the position information with larger area is obtained.
For the embodiment of the application, if the electronic device determines that the number of the position information does not reach the preset number, the electronic device reduces the positioning accuracy, and the electronic device can adjust the positioning accuracy to 2-5 meters by adjusting the setting of the RISSI value so as to reduce the positioning accuracy, so that the position information with a larger area is obtained, and the position information of the staff is prevented from being missed due to the overhigh positioning accuracy.
Step S106, judging whether the number of the position information reaches the preset number.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device determines whether the number of location information reaches a preset number, for example:
assuming that the number of the position information is 100 and the preset number acquired by the electronic device is 100, the electronic device judges that the number of the position information reaches the preset number.
Step S107, if the number does not reach the preset number, the steps of reducing the positioning precision, further obtaining the position information with larger area, and judging whether the number of the position information reaches the preset number or not are circularly executed until the positioning precision reaches the preset precision.
For the embodiment of the present application, assume that the number of location information acquired by the current electronic device is 50, taking step S1021 as an example:
The electronic equipment determines that the number 50 of the position information does not reach the preset number 100, and reduces the positioning accuracy to 2-2.5 meters; the electronic equipment obtains the number of the position information with new positioning precision to be 88, and if the electronic equipment determines that the number of the position information 88 does not reach the preset number of 100, the electronic equipment reduces the positioning precision to 2.5-4 meters; the number of the position information with the new positioning precision acquired by the electronic equipment is 98, if the number 98 of the position information determined by the electronic equipment does not reach the preset number 100, the electronic equipment reduces the positioning precision to 4-5 meters, the number of the position information with the new positioning precision acquired by the electronic equipment is 100, and the number of the position information determined by the electronic equipment reaches the preset number 100.
If the positioning accuracy reaches the preset accuracy, the preset accuracy is 5.5 meters, the electronic equipment stops reducing the positioning accuracy, and the possibility of reappearance of new position information is small because the area of the offshore platform is exceeded by reducing again. For example:
the number of the position information with new positioning precision obtained by the electronic equipment is 98, if the number 98 of the position information determined by the electronic equipment does not reach the preset number 100, the positioning precision is reduced to 5.5 meters by the electronic equipment, if the number of the position information determined by the electronic equipment does not reach the preset number, if the 2 position information is determined to be absent by the electronic equipment, the situation that 2 workers are abnormal is indicated.
The number of the position information is judged step by reducing the positioning accuracy, so that the number of the position information is more accurate.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the step S1021 determines whether mutation location information exists, which specifically includes a step S1021a (not shown in the figure), a step S1021b (not shown in the figure), a step S1021c (not shown in the figure), and a step S1021d (not shown in the figure), where,
step S1021a, obtaining a preset number of historical moments and historical position information corresponding to the historical moments.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device obtains the historical time of the preset number, the electronic device can obtain the historical time based on the internal clock chip, and the electronic device can also obtain the historical time through the Internet and the cloud server, wherein the preset number is at least 3, and the electronic device can generate a curve conveniently. The electronic device obtains historical position information corresponding to the historical time, for example: assuming that the preset number is 4;
the electronic device obtains 9:00:00 historical location information as (100,200,50);
the electronic device obtains 9:00:01 historical location information as (102,200,45);
the electronic device obtains 9:00:02 historical location information as (105,200,20);
The electronic device obtains 9:00:03 historical location information as (110,200,5).
Step S1021b, fitting a motion curve based on the historical time and the historical position information.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment fits the motion curve based on the historical moment and the historical position information, and the electronic equipment determines that the staff mainly moves in the X axis and the Z axis based on the three-dimensional position information, and the movement amplitude in the Y axis direction is not large, so that the electronic equipment establishes a two-dimensional rectangular coordinate system through the coordinates of the X axis and the Z axis, and fits the motion curve based on the two-dimensional rectangular coordinate system. If the position information acquired by the electronic equipment is longitude and latitude, the electronic equipment directly establishes a rectangular coordinate system according to the longitude and latitude abscissa. For example:
the electronic equipment fits a motion curve based on (100, 50), (102, 45), (105,20) and (110,5), the electronic equipment can fit by a least square method, and the obtained motion curve is: y=0.2 x 2 47x+2758, where x has a minimum value of 100 and y has a minimum value of 0.
Step S1021c, judging whether the slope of the motion curve has abrupt change.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device judges that the slopes of the cloud top curves all have abrupt changes, and the electronic device can calculate a plurality of slopes at optional points in the motion curves so as to judge whether the slopes have abrupt changes. For example:
The electronic equipment acquires four monitoring points (101,51.2), (103,38.8), (108,14.8) and (112,2.8) based on the motion curve, and the first slope obtained based on the first two detection points is-6.2; based on the second slope obtained from the last two detection points being-3, the electronic device determines that the slope does not suddenly change within the range of +/-0.1 of the first slope, and does not determine that the slope suddenly changes within the range of +/-0.1, so that the electronic device determines that the range is [ -6.3, -6.1], and the second slope is-3 and does not fall within the range, so that the electronic device determines that the slope suddenly changes.
Step S1021d, if the mutation position information exists, determining that the mutation position information exists.
For the embodiment of the application, if the electronic device determines that the slope suddenly changes, it is indicated that the worker may fall, and the electronic device determines that the abrupt change position information exists.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the monitoring data is acquired in step S103, where the monitoring data includes gas information and equipment information, and specifically includes step S1031 (not shown in the figure), step S1032 (not shown in the figure), step S1033 (not shown in the figure), and step S1034 (not shown in the figure), where,
step S1031, acquiring device information and gas information at a first acquisition frequency.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device acquires device information and gas information at a first acquisition frequency, wherein the first frequency can be 5 seconds/time, the device information comprises parameters of each device, temperature and humidity around the device and the like, and the gas information comprises H in the environment 2 The electronic equipment can acquire equipment information and gas information sent by the sensor according to the gas content of gases such as O, CO and the like.
Step S1032, it is determined whether abnormality occurs in the gas information and/or the equipment information.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device judges whether the gas information and the device information are abnormal, the abnormal occurrence of the device information may be that the temperature of the device is too high, or the internal pressure is too high, and the abnormal occurrence of the gas information may be that the content of some gases exceeds the standard.
In step S1033, if the gas information or the equipment information is abnormal, the abnormal information in the monitoring data is acquired at the second acquisition frequency, and the information that no abnormality has occurred in the monitoring data is acquired at the third acquisition frequency.
The second acquisition frequency is greater than the first acquisition frequency, and the third acquisition frequency is greater than the second acquisition frequency.
For the embodiment of the application, if the electronic device determines that the device information is abnormal, the electronic device acquires the device information at the second acquisition frequency and acquires the gas information at the third frequency, because after the device information is problematic, the device may be subjected to accidents such as explosion and the like to further cause gas leakage, and if the device information is faulty, the device information needs to be immediately salvaged before the gas leakage so as to avoid more serious conditions. Wherein the second acquisition frequency may be 2 seconds/time and the third acquisition frequency may be 1 second/time.
If the electronic equipment determines that the gas information is abnormal, the electronic equipment acquires the gas information at the second acquisition frequency and acquires the equipment information at the third frequency, and after the gas information is problematic, the electronic equipment finds out the direct reason of the abnormality and possibly relates to the fact that the equipment is not tightly closed in the construction again, so that if the equipment is continuously leaked, the air pressure in the equipment can be changed, the equipment is further caused to be in fault, and the equipment information acquisition is quickened, so that the equipment can be overhauled in time.
In step S1034, if abnormality occurs in the gas information and the equipment information, the equipment information and the gas information are acquired at the second acquisition frequency.
For the embodiment of the application, if the electronic equipment determines that the gas information and the equipment information are abnormal, the electronic equipment acquires the equipment information and the gas information at the second acquisition frequency, and the influence on staff is large after the abnormality occurs to the equipment information and the gas information, so that the acquisition of the information without the abnormality is quickened, the information can be immediately known when the abnormality occurs to the equipment information and the equipment information, and further corresponding protection measures are adopted.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the step S104 sends the early warning information to the rest of staff based on the cause of the abnormality, specifically including a step S1041 (not shown in the figure), a step S1042 (not shown in the figure), a step S1043 (not shown in the figure), a step S1044 (not shown in the figure), a step S1045 (not shown in the figure), a step S1046 (not shown in the figure), and a step S1047 (not shown in the figure), where the step S1041 acquires the monitoring video information.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment can acquire the monitoring video information from the monitoring equipment, and the monitoring equipment can be connected with the electronic equipment through a wireless network, so that the electronic equipment acquires the monitoring video information in real time.
In step S1042, abnormal action information of the staff member is determined based on the monitoring video information.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment determines the abnormal action information of the staff based on the monitoring video information, so that the possible actions of the staff when the abnormality occurs again are known, and the rest of staff can be pre-warned, so that the rest of staff can be protected in advance.
In step S1043, a first preventive manner corresponding to the action information is determined.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device determines a first prevention mode corresponding to the action information, and if the action information is falling, the first prevention mode corresponding to the falling is leaving the hanging basket. The electronic device can acquire a first prevention mode corresponding to the action information from the database, and the first prevention mode is corresponding to accidents occurring in the construction process of the offshore platform and can be set in advance.
Step S1044, determining abnormal operation information corresponding to the cause of the abnormality and a corresponding second prevention method.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device determines the abnormal action information corresponding to the abnormal cause and the corresponding second prevention mode, and if the abnormal cause is that the device is at high temperature, the second prevention mode determined by the electronic device is to wear the heat insulation clothing; assuming that the abnormality is that the CO content exceeds the standard, the electronic device determines a second corresponding manner to wear a gas mask.
In step S1045, the work content of the worker who has the abnormality is determined.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment determines the working content of the abnormal staff, the electronic equipment can check in and punch cards or face recognition according to the sign-in and check-out or face recognition content of the staff, the identity information of the staff corresponds to the working content of the staff, the identity information can be a work number or the like, and the working content can be hanging basket construction or the like.
Step S1046, sending the first early warning information to the staff members with the same working content in the rest staff members.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device sends the first early warning information to the staff members with the same working content among the rest of staff members, for example:
the electronic equipment sends the text information of 'leaving the hanging basket' and 'wearing the heat insulation clothing' to the terminal equipment of the worker who is the hanging basket constructor, and the electronic equipment can also control the terminal equipment of the worker to send the voice information of 'leaving the hanging basket' and 'wearing the heat insulation clothing', so that the worker is further reminded to timely protect, and the worker is specially sent corresponding protection modes for people with the same working content, and early warning has pertinence.
Step S1047, sending second early warning information to the staff members with different working contents among the rest staff members.
The second early warning information comprises a second prevention mode.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device sends the second early warning information to the staff members different from the rest of staff members, for example:
the electronic equipment sends character information of 'wearing heat insulation clothing' to terminal equipment of transportation staff; the electronic equipment can also control the terminal equipment of the transportation staff to send out voice information of wearing the heat insulation clothing, and the voice information is not limited herein, so that the relevant staff is prompted to timely protect, and the early warning effect is achieved.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the step S1042 determines, based on the monitoring video information, abnormal action information of the worker, including a step S1042a (not shown in the figure), a step S1042b (not shown in the figure), a step S1042c (not shown in the figure), a step S1042d (not shown in the figure), and a step S1042e (not shown in the figure), where the step S1042a determines the abnormal moment based on the position information.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device determines the abnormal time based on the position information, and if the electronic device determines that the position information disappears, the abnormal time is the time when the position information disappears; if the electronic equipment determines that the position information is static, the moment when the position information starts to be static is abnormal moment; if the electronic equipment determines that the position information is suddenly changed, the electronic equipment determines that the time of the position information suddenly changed is not abnormal.
In step S1042b, the acquisition start time and the acquisition end time are determined based on the abnormal time.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device determines, based on the abnormal time, the acquisition start time and the acquisition end time, where the acquisition start time may be a time corresponding to one minute before the abnormal time, and the acquisition end time may be a time corresponding to one minute after the abnormal time, for example:
suppose that the anomaly time is not 9:30, the electronic device determines that the acquisition starting time is not 9:29, acquisition end time no 9:31.
in step S1042c, the acquisition video information is determined in the monitored video information based on the acquisition start time and the acquisition end time.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device determines to collect video information in the monitored video information based on the collection start time and the collection end time, taking step S1042b as an example:
the electronic equipment determines that the duration of collecting video information is 2 minutes, and 9:29 to 9:31.
in step S1042d, the video frames in the collected video information are extracted.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment extracts the video frames in the collected video information, analyzes the collected video information, when the action change exists in the collected video information, the video frames corresponding to the moment of the action change and the video frames corresponding to the last moment can be obviously different, and the electronic equipment calculates the absolute values of the gray differences of the two adjacent frames of images respectively, so that the video frames containing the abnormal occurrence of the working personnel are determined.
In step S1042e, motion information corresponding to the video frame is determined.
For the embodiment of the application, the electronic device extracts the action information corresponding to the video frame, the electronic device judges whether the definition of the video frame reaches the preset definition, the preset definition can be set to 720p, if the definition reaches the preset definition, the electronic device analyzes the video frame, extracts the outline of the staff through the gray value, compares the outline with the action information prestored in the database, and further obtains the action information of the staff. If the electronic equipment determines that the definition of the video frame does not reach the preset definition, the electronic equipment can extract the points of the figure of the video frame, the points of the head, the points of the four limbs and the points of the body, connect each point with the points of the body, further obtain a simple action form, form the 3D form of the figure based on the action form, compare the 3D form with the forms prestored in the database, and further obtain the action information of the staff, so as to know the critical action when the staff is abnormal.
