FIG. 1 is a method flow diagram;
FIG. 2 is a graph of six dimensions and 26 metrics;
fig. 3 is a reading ability rating.
Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention is directed to providing a personalized reading capability evaluation system, a reading capability improvement scheme, and a recommended graded reading book item, which can be automatically generated according to the conditions of students.
The first step is as follows: the invention provides a reading ability evaluation method for students, which is used for evaluating the reading ability of the students from 26 indexes with six dimensions and generating a special individual grading reading library according to the result, and at least comprises the following steps:
1. acquiring grade information of students, generating a question bank and an answer corresponding to the grade according to the information by the system, extracting the question and the answer according to the generated question bank by the system after initiating a test and evaluation request, comparing the obtained answer with the answer of the system to perform data analysis, generating a reading capability report and a reading strategy of visual data, and generating recommended reading books from a graded reading library according to parameters and grades in a final report.
2. The books upload the key information and the texts to a grading reading measurement formula, the formula judges the grades of the books according to characters, words and sentences of the books, the books are stored in a book library of the corresponding grade and are serially connected with reading capability evaluation to form individual grading book entries.
3. According to the evaluation process in the step 1, after an evaluation system receives an evaluation application of a student, a question bank and an answer of a corresponding level are generated from the question bank, and if the student does not perform first evaluation, the final level of a last evaluation result is called to generate the question bank and the answer;
4. furthermore, in the evaluation process, the students continuously adjust the level and the question type of the question bank according to the actual answer condition, and judge the reading ability of the students under multiple dimensions.
Specific contents of the 26 indexes are shown in fig. 2.
Furthermore, the background can generate a question bank and answers of the teacher end, the questions correspond to students, and complete answer result information can be checked.
The second step is that: grading reading book library
According to the first step of evaluation results of the reading ability of the children, matching corresponding books and book grades and corpus construction comprises the following steps:
1. establishing a word and word stock according to the children grade cognitive level.
2. The book difficulty evaluation model comprises:
the model aims to evaluate the suitable grade of an article based on the character difficulty, the vocabulary difficulty and the average length of sentences of the article.
After three variables of character difficulty, vocabulary difficulty and sentence length are measured, in order to enable the characteristics of different dimensions to be in the same numerical order, the three variables are respectively standardized, and the formula is as follows:
where μ, σ are the mean and standard deviation of the sample data, respectively.
The following model was then established using multivariate regression analysis:
y=β 0 +β 1 x 1 +β 2 x 2 +β 3 x 3
wherein beta is 0 ,β 1 ,β 2 ,β 3 Are regression coefficients, obtained by training. x is the number of 1 For the normalized result of the degree of difficulty of the text corresponding to the grade, x 2 For the normalized result of the lexical difficulty of the article corresponding to the grade, x 3 The result is normalized for the average length of the sentence of the article, and y is the grade that the article is suitable for finally.
To obtain regression coefficients meeting the requirements of new lesson classes, 224 new lesson classes except the language class are divided into a training set (n-164) and a testing set (n-60). The text difficulty, vocabulary difficulty and sentence average length of each article were calculated in the training set, and the mean and standard deviation are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Respectively standardizing the character difficulty, the vocabulary difficulty and the average length of sentences according to the numerical values to obtain x 1 ,x 2 ,x 3 . Meanwhile, we set the y value corresponding to grade 1 upper book as 1, and the y value corresponding to grade 1 lower book as 1.5, and increase by 0.5, as shown in fig. 3. Y, x of 164 articles of training set using sps 1 ,x 2 ,x 3 Performing multiple regression analysis to obtain the following formula:
y=3.705625+0.148428·x 1 +0.855977·x 2 +0.153742·x 3
since learning of new characters and words is reduced in the fourth grade and later, the y value of the formula tends to be stable after the 4-grade. Therefore, for the articles above the 4 th grade, linear regression is performed again to obtain an evaluation formula suitable for the high grade:
y=5.065496-0.081270·x 1 +0.352657.x 2 -0.131358·x 3
obtaining the applicable grade of the article through a general evaluation formula, and if the calculation result is less than 4, directly outputting the result; and if the calculation result is greater than or equal to 4, accurately outputting by using a high grade evaluation formula.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the present invention in any way, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the above description of the present invention can be applied to various modifications, equivalent variations or modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
