Claims (10)

1. A method for solving EOL calibration in OEM is characterized by comprising the following steps:
classifying controllers to be calibrated and written over in an OEM, creating a calibration total call library corresponding to the controllers and obtaining a calibration configuration file;
based on the unique identification code of the controller, associating the calibration configuration file with a calibration processing library, a calibration flash script and production system input data;
requesting a calibration file of a controller to be calibrated and written to a production system, and sending a corresponding calibration production file to a calibration processing library to obtain a calibration file to be written by a vehicle end;
and the vehicle end identifies the obtained calibration file and calls the calibration flashing script to complete the flashing of the calibration file.
2. The method of claim 1 for addressing EOL calibration in an OEM, characterized in that: the calibrated total call library comprises the acquisition of a formula under an IMG recognition mode scheme, the address sorting of the flash after recognition and the flash of an S19 file, the acquisition of a formula under a QR flash mode scheme, the address sorting of the flash after recognition and the flash of an S19 file, and the acquisition of a formula under a TXT recognition scheme, the address sorting of the flash after recognition and the flash of an S19 file.

The method of claim 1 for addressing EOL calibration in an OEM, characterized in that: the classification of the controller to be calibrated and written over, the establishment of a calibration total call library, and the association of the calibration configuration file with a calibration processing library, a calibration writing script and production system input data are all completed in a server side.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of requesting the calibration file of the controller to be calibrated and written over to the production system and sending the corresponding calibration production file to the calibration processing library to obtain the calibration file to be written over by the vehicle end comprises:
associating the INI file and the calibration processing library with the controller to be calibrated and written;
the server side requests a controller to be calibrated and refreshed for a calibration file of the controller under the corresponding state date to the production system by taking the VIN as a unit;
and the server side sends the calibration production file corresponding to the requested calibration file to a calibration processing library to obtain the calibration file which needs to be written by the vehicle side.
And the server side sends the obtained calibration file to the vehicle side.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle identifies the obtained calibration file and invokes a calibration flush script to complete the flushing of the calibration file, and the specific steps include:
the vehicle-side identifies the address/DID of the obtained calibration file and corresponding target data;
and calling the calibration flashing script by the vehicle end to complete the flashing of the calibration file.
6. A system for addressing EOL calibration in an OEM, comprising:
the classification module is used for classifying controllers to be calibrated and written over in OEM, creating a calibration total calling library corresponding to the controllers and obtaining calibration configuration files;
the association module is used for associating the calibration configuration file with the calibration processing library, the calibration flash script and the production system input data based on the unique identification code of the controller;
the generating module is used for requesting the calibration files of the controller to be calibrated and written over to the production system and sending the corresponding calibration production files to the calibration processing library to obtain the calibration files required to be written over by the vehicle end;
and the flashing module is used for driving the vehicle end to identify the obtained calibration file and calling the calibration flashing script to complete flashing of the calibration file.

The system for addressing EOL calibration in an OEM of claim 6, wherein: the calibration total call comprises the acquisition of a formula under an IMG recognition mode scheme, the address sorting of the flash after recognition and the flash of an S19 file, the acquisition of a formula under a QR flash mode scheme, the address sorting of the flash after recognition and the flash of an S19 file, and the acquisition of a formula under a TXT recognition scheme, the address sorting of the flash after recognition and the flash of an S19 file.

The system for addressing EOL calibration in an OEM of claim 6, wherein: the classification of the controller to be calibrated and written over, the establishment of a calibration total call library, and the association of the calibration configuration file with a calibration processing library, a calibration writing script and production system input data are all completed in a server side.

The system according to claim 6, wherein the request for the calibration file of the controller to be calibrated and written over to the production system and the sending of the corresponding calibration production file to the calibration processing library to obtain the calibration file to be written over by the vehicle end includes:
associating the INI file and the calibration processing library with the controller to be calibrated and written;
the server side requests a controller to be calibrated and refreshed for a calibration file of the controller under the corresponding state date to the production system by taking the VIN as a unit;
and the server side sends the calibration production file corresponding to the requested calibration file to a calibration processing library to obtain the calibration file which needs to be written by the vehicle side.
And the server side sends the obtained calibration file to the vehicle side.
10. The system according to claim 6, wherein the vehicle identifies the obtained calibration file and invokes a calibration flush script to complete the flushing of the calibration file, and the specific process includes:
