In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 9 and 11, the inner wall of the annular middle shell 22 is further provided with at least one third limiting rib 22d, the third limiting rib 22d is disposed adjacent to the first locking hole 22a and the second locking hole 22c, and the third limiting rib 22d extends along a direction in which the annular middle shell 22 moves relative to the main shell 21; when one end of the telescopic arm 23 close to the first locking hole 22a moves from the first locking hole 22a to the second locking hole 22c, the end of the telescopic arm 23 close to the first locking hole 22a abuts against the third limiting rib 22 d.
In this embodiment, when the user drives the annular middle shell 22 to move relative to the front shell 211 and the rear shell 212, the end of the telescopic arm 23 close to the first locking hole 22a can move along the extending direction of the third limiting rib 22d, so that the telescopic arm 23 can slide into the first locking hole 22a or the second locking hole 22c more easily, and the matching speed of the telescopic arm 23 and the annular middle shell 22 is increased.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 9 and 11, the product main body 10 is provided with two first avoiding holes 10a, and the two first avoiding holes 10a are arranged at intervals; the inner wall of the annular middle shell 22 is provided with at least four first locking holes 22a, wherein two first locking holes 22a are positioned at one side of the annular middle shell 22, and the other two first locking holes 22a are positioned at the other side of the annular middle shell 22; the external battery 20 comprises four telescopic arms 23, one ends of the four telescopic arms 23 are connected to one side in the main shell 21, and the other ends of the four telescopic arms 23 are respectively inserted into a first locking hole 22 a; two of the telescopic arms 23 are arranged along the same straight line, and the other two telescopic arms 23 are arranged along the same straight line; when the ends of the two telescopic arms 23 close to the first locking holes 22a are respectively inserted into the two first locking holes 22a on the same side of the annular middle shell 22, the two fastening parts 23a are fastened to a first abdicating hole 10a, so that the external battery 20 is connected to the product main body 10.
In this embodiment, the two first yielding holes 10a are located on one surface of the product main body 10 and are arranged in a left-right symmetrical manner; two of the first locking holes 22a are located on one side of the inner wall of the annular middle shell 22 and are arranged in bilateral symmetry; the other two first locking holes 22a are positioned on the other side of the inner wall of the annular middle shell 22 and are arranged in a left-right symmetrical manner; the first locking holes 22a on both sides of the inner wall of the annular middle shell 22 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence; two telescopic arm 23 correspond the setting with two relative locking hole 22a on cyclic annular mesochite 22 both sides respectively, and four telescopic arm 23 cooperate the locking with a locking hole 22a respectively promptly, increase cyclic annular mesochite 22 and main shell 21 complex dynamics promptly, and then make cyclic annular mesochite 22 and main shell 21 cooperate inseparabler.
Optionally, at least four second locking holes 22c are formed in the inner wall of the annular middle shell 22, and each second locking hole 22c and one first locking hole 22a are arranged at intervals along one direction; thus, the two telescopic arms 23 of each telescopic assembly are respectively arranged corresponding to the two opposite second locking holes 22c on the two sides of the annular middle shell 22, that is, the four telescopic arms 23 are respectively matched and locked with one second locking hole 22c, so that the matching force of the annular middle shell 22 and the main shell 21 is further increased.
Similarly, at least four third limiting ribs 22d are also disposed inside the annular middle shell 22, and each third limiting rib 22d is also disposed adjacent to one of the first locking holes 22a and one of the second locking holes 22c, so that when the plurality of telescopic arms 23 move between the first locking holes 22a and the second locking holes 22c, the plurality of telescopic arms 23 can move along the corresponding third limiting ribs 22d, thereby allowing the annular middle shell 22 and the main shell 21 to be more stably matched.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 9 and 11, each telescopic arm 23 includes a spring 231 and a telescopic shaft 232, one end of the spring 231 is connected to the inside of the main housing 21; one end of the telescopic shaft 232 is connected with the other end of the spring 231, and the other end of the telescopic shaft 232 passes through the main casing 21 and is movably inserted into a locking hole, so that the annular middle casing 22 is movably sleeved on the periphery of the main casing 21; the peripheral wall of the telescopic shaft 232 is provided with a buckling part 23a, and the buckling part 23a and the telescopic shaft 232 are arranged at an included angle.
In this embodiment, when the annular middle shell 22 moves relative to the main shell 21 until the end of the telescopic shaft 232 far from the spring 231 is aligned with the first locking hole 22a, the spring 231 drives the telescopic shaft 232 to be inserted into the first locking hole 22a, the telescopic shaft 232 and the first locking hole 22a are abutted more tightly by the resilience of the spring 231, and the spring 231 can also drive the buckling part 23a and the edge of the first abdicating hole 10a of the product main body 10 to be clamped more tightly, so that the annular middle shell 22 and the main shell 21 are more stably matched with each other at the periphery.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 9 and 11, one end of the telescopic shaft 232 is provided with a limiting post 232a, the fastening portion 23a is disposed adjacent to the limiting post 232a, and the spring 231 is sleeved on the limiting post 232 a; the other end of the telescopic shaft 232 is provided with a locking part 232b, and the external battery 20 is connected with the product main body 10 so that the locking part 232b is inserted into the first locking hole 22 a. With such an arrangement, when the spring 231 is compressed or relaxed, the spring 231 can also stably move along the extending direction of the limiting post 232a, so as to prevent the spring 231 from deviating in the moving process, thereby ensuring that the telescopic shaft 232 is better aligned with the first locking hole 22a or the second locking hole 22 c.
The shape of the locking portion 232b is matched with the shape of the first locking hole 22a, so that when the spring 231 drives the telescopic shaft 232 to align with the first locking hole 22a or the second locking hole 22c, the locking portion 232b can be better matched and plugged with the first locking hole 22a or the second locking hole 22c, and the telescopic shaft 232 is not easy to move in the first locking hole 22a or the second locking hole 22c under the condition of no external force driving.

Claims (10)

1. A headwear, comprising:
the product main body is provided with at least one first abdicating hole; and
the plug-in battery comprises a main shell, an annular middle shell and at least two telescopic arms, wherein the inner wall of the annular middle shell is provided with at least two first locking holes which are arranged at intervals; one end of each telescopic arm is connected in the main shell, and the other end of each telescopic arm is movably inserted into one first locking hole, so that the annular middle shell is movably sleeved on the periphery of the main shell; each telescopic arm is provided with a buckling part, the buckling part and the telescopic arm are arranged at an included angle, and the buckling part is in adaptive clamping connection with the first abdicating hole;
when the end, close to the first locking hole, of the telescopic arm is inserted into the first locking hole, the two buckling parts are far away from each other and clamped in the first abdicating hole, so that the external battery is connected with the product main body.
2. The headwear of claim 1, wherein the main shell comprises:
the front surface of the front shell is provided with at least two mounting grooves, the two mounting grooves are arranged along the same straight line, and the notches of the two mounting grooves are arranged in a reverse manner; one end of each telescopic arm is abutted against the groove wall of the mounting groove, and the other end of each telescopic arm movably penetrates through the notch of the mounting groove;
the rear shell is detachably connected with one side, back to the mounting groove, of the front shell, and encloses to form a battery cavity, and the battery cavity is used for placing a battery core; and
the cover plate is provided with at least two second abdicating holes which are arranged at intervals; each buckling part sequentially penetrates through the second yielding hole and the first yielding hole, so that the cover plate and the front shell are connected with one side of the rear shell in a dismountable mode, and the annular middle shell is movably sleeved on the periphery of the cover plate, the front shell and the rear shell.
3. The headwear of claim 2, wherein a mounting groove is formed in one side of the front shell, a torsion spring is placed in the mounting groove, and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively abutted against the groove wall of the mounting groove;
the inner wall of cyclic annular mesochite still is equipped with an at least first spacing muscle, first spacing muscle stretches into in the assembly groove, and with the torsional spring butt, so that the side of preceding shell with the inner wall elasticity butt of cyclic annular mesochite.
4. The headwear of claim 2 wherein the front face of the front shell further defines a recess, the two mounting slots being located in a bottom slot wall of the recess; the cover plate is detachably connected with the front shell, so that the cover plate covers the groove.
5. The headwear of claim 2, wherein the cover plate is further provided with at least one second limiting rib, and the second limiting rib is positioned between the two second abdicating holes;
when each buckling part penetrates through one second yielding hole and is clamped in one first yielding hole, the second limiting rib is inserted in the first yielding hole.
6. The headwear of claim 1 wherein the inner wall of the annular center shell further defines at least one second locking hole spaced from the first locking hole and disposed away from the end edge of the annular center shell;
when one end of the telescopic arm close to the first locking hole is inserted into the second locking hole, the two buckling parts retract into the annular middle shell.
7. The headwear of claim 6, wherein the inner wall of the annular middle shell is further provided with at least one third limiting rib, the third limiting rib is arranged adjacent to the first locking hole and the second locking hole, and the third limiting rib extends along a direction in which the annular middle shell moves relative to the main shell;
when one end of the telescopic arm close to the first locking hole moves from the first locking hole to the second locking hole, one end of the telescopic arm close to the first locking hole is abutted to the third limiting rib.
8. The headwear product of claim 1, wherein the product body is provided with two of the first relief holes, the two first relief holes being spaced apart;
at least four first locking holes are formed in the inner wall of the annular middle shell, two of the first locking holes are located on one side of the annular middle shell, and the other two first locking holes are located on the other side of the annular middle shell;
the external battery comprises four telescopic arms, one ends of the four telescopic arms are connected to one side in the main shell, and the other ends of the four telescopic arms are respectively inserted into one first locking hole; two of the telescopic arms are arranged along the same straight line, and the other two telescopic arms are arranged along the same straight line;
when the two ends of the two telescopic arms close to the first locking holes are respectively inserted into the two first locking holes on the same side of the annular middle shell, the two buckling parts are clamped in the first abdicating holes, and the external battery is connected with the product main body.
9. The headwear of claim 1, wherein each of the telescoping arms comprises:
one end of the spring is connected into the main shell; and
one end of the telescopic shaft is connected with the other end of the spring, and the other end of the telescopic shaft penetrates through the main shell and is movably inserted into the first locking hole, so that the annular middle shell is movably sleeved on the periphery of the main shell; the peripheral wall of the telescopic shaft is provided with the buckling part, and the buckling part and the telescopic shaft are arranged at an included angle.
10. The headgear product of claim 9, wherein one end of the telescopic shaft is provided with a limiting post, the buckling portion is disposed adjacent to the limiting post, and the spring is sleeved on the limiting post;
and/or, the other end of the telescopic shaft is provided with a locking part, and the plug-in battery is connected with the product main body so that the locking part is inserted in the first locking hole.
