The invention provides a laser ranging sighting device which comprises a main body, an objective lens arranged at one end of the main body and an eyepiece arranged at the other end of the main body, wherein the main body comprises a ranging sighting system and a shooting sighting system, the ranging sighting system comprises a laser ranging device and a liquid crystal reticle, the shooting sighting system comprises an adjusting lens group and a scale reticle, the liquid crystal reticle is used for sighting a target through a ranging target center in the visual field of the eyepiece for ranging during ranging, and the scale reticle is used for sighting through the scale target center in the visual field of the eyepiece for shooting during shooting. The laser ranging sighting device adopts the separated design of the double dividing plates and the double target centers, so that a user can conveniently adjust the shooting target center after measuring the target distance, the target can be hit more easily, and the use experience is improved.

The laser ranging apparatus includes an emitting lens 3 and an emitting plate 6 for emitting laser light, and a prism 12 and a receiving plate 13 for receiving light reflected from a target.
The main body 2 further comprises a vertical direction adjusting knob 5, after the distance measuring and aiming system measures the target distance, a measuring result is displayed on the liquid crystal reticle, an adjusting gear is calculated, and the vertical direction adjusting knob 5 is used for adjusting the scale target center of the scale reticle of the shooting and aiming system in the vertical direction according to the calculated adjusting gear.
