The invention provides a control method for reducing the frequency of an air conditioner, wherein the air conditioner can be a wall-mounted air conditioner, a cabinet-mounted air conditioner, a window-type air conditioner, a ceiling-mounted air conditioner and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is provided with a variable flow dividing device, or the outdoor heat exchanger is provided with a variable flow dividing device, or the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger are provided with a variable flow dividing device, and the variable flow dividing device comprises: the system comprises a reversing valve 3, a first shunt pipeline 1, a second shunt pipeline 2 and at least two heat exchange pipelines 4. The first tapping line 1 is connected to the second tapping line 2 via at least two heat exchange lines 4. The first branch pipeline 1 and the second branch pipeline 2 are respectively provided with a main pipeline and a plurality of branch pipelines, and a one-way valve 10 can be arranged in the middle branch pipeline according to requirements.
The change valve 3 is a two-position four-way change valve, and is provided with a first communicating port 31, a second communicating port 32, a third communicating port 33 and a fourth communicating port 34, and the change valve 3 has a first station and a second station. The first communication port 31 is connected to the refrigerant inlet, and the third communication port 33 is connected to the refrigerant outlet.
The shunting state is divided into single-path shunting and multi-path shunting, and under the condition of multi-path shunting, refrigerant in the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is subjected to multi-path shunting to work. Under the condition of single-path flow division, the refrigerant in the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner works in a single path.
When the multi-path flow is divided, the change valve 3 is in the first position, the first communication port 31 is communicated with the second communication port 32, and the third communication port 33 is communicated with the fourth communication port 34. At this time, the second communication port 32 communicates with the first branch line 1, and the fourth communication port 34 communicates with the second branch line 2. The refrigerant of the refrigerant inlet enters from the first shunting pipeline 1, is shunted by the branch pipelines of the first shunting pipeline 1, respectively enters each heat exchange pipeline 4 to exchange heat with the indoor air, enters the main pipeline of the second shunting pipeline 2 by the branch pipelines, finally passes through the fourth communicating port 34 and the third communicating port 33, and is discharged from the refrigerant outlet, so that the heat exchange of a plurality of pipelines is realized.
When the one-way flow is branched, the selector valve 3 is in the second position, the first communication port 31 communicates with the fourth communication port 34, and the third communication port 33 communicates with the second communication port 32. At this time, the second communication port 32 communicates with the second branch line 2, and the fourth communication port 34 communicates with the first branch line 1. The refrigerant at the refrigerant inlet enters from the second shunting pipeline 2, and because the check valves 10 are arranged in part of pipelines in the first shunting pipeline 1, and under the limitation of the check valves, the refrigerant can only be subjected to heat exchange and discharged from part of the heat exchange pipelines 4, and at the moment, the heat exchange pipelines can be reduced.
In this embodiment, taking two heat exchange pipelines 4 as an example, the two heat exchange pipelines are respectively a first heat exchange pipeline and a second heat exchange pipeline. First reposition of redundant personnel pipeline 1 and second reposition of redundant personnel pipeline 2 all are equipped with a trunk line and two spinal branchs way. A check valve 10 is arranged in one branch pipeline of the first shunt pipeline 1. It is assumed that the non-return valve 10 is arranged in only one of the conduits of the first tapping line 1
The refrigerant at the refrigerant inlet enters from the first shunting pipeline 1, is shunted by the branch pipeline of the first shunting pipeline 1, respectively enters the first heat exchange pipeline and the second heat exchange pipeline to exchange heat with the indoor air, enters the main pipeline of the second shunting pipeline 2 from the branch pipeline, finally passes through the fourth communicating port 34 and the third communicating port 33, and is discharged from the refrigerant outlet, so that the simultaneous heat exchange of the two pipelines is realized.
The refrigerant at the refrigerant inlet enters from the second shunting pipeline 2, and because the check valve 10 is arranged in the branch pipeline in the first shunting pipeline 1, the refrigerant can only exchange heat in the first heat exchange pipeline 4 and be discharged under the limitation of the check valve, and at the moment, the heat exchange is carried out only through one heat exchange pipeline 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the control method of the air conditioner down-conversion includes the following steps:
step S310: and acquiring a current value in the air conditioner operation process.
After the air conditioner is started, the air conditioner detects the current value in the running process of the air conditioner in real time through the sensor, and the current value is compared with a preset value.
The preset value can be adjusted according to the requirements of a user, the preset value is generally 120% of the current value in normal operation, and when the current value reaches 120% of the normal value, the current value in the air conditioner is abnormal.
Step S320: and adjusting the shunting state of the air conditioner based on the current value.
And after the current value in the running process of the air conditioner is obtained, the shunting state of the air conditioner is adjusted based on the current value. When the current value is larger than the preset value, the current in the air conditioner is abnormal, and the shunting state is controlled and adjusted; and under the condition that the current value is less than or equal to the preset value, the current in the air conditioner is normal, and the current shunt state is kept to work at the moment.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the air conditioner is used for cooling, and when the current is large, the temperature of the computer board of the air conditioner is high, and the outdoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser. The computer board of the air conditioner is arranged in the outdoor unit, the radiator of the computer board of the air conditioner is cooled by the inlet air of the outdoor unit, the shunt flow of the condenser in the outdoor unit directly enters the pipe by the compressor before the shunt state is adjusted, the refrigerant firstly enters the condenser from the upper part at the moment, and the cold air entering the heat exchange firstly passes through the heat exchange of the upper part of the condenser and then reaches the radiator of the computer board.
After the adjustment reposition of redundant personnel state, changed the position of the entering condenser of refrigerant, the refrigerant gets into the condenser from the below this moment, has then reduced the temperature of condenser top, and cold wind passes through condenser top heat transfer earlier and arrives the radiator of computer board again to reduce the air inlet temperature that gets into the radiator to a certain extent, promote the radiating effect of computer board.
Step S330: and acquiring the temperature change of the relevant elements in the air conditioner operation process.
After the adjustment, the air conditioner continuously obtains the temperature change of the relevant components in the operation process of the air conditioner through the sensor, for example, the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger or the structures of a radiator of an air conditioner circuit board, the air conditioner circuit board and the like can be obtained.
Step S340: and adjusting the operating frequency of the air conditioner based on the temperature change.
If the temperature change of the relevant components is still high after the path is changed, the operating frequency of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the temperature change of the relevant components, and the air conditioner is controlled to work in a frequency reduction mode. If the temperature change of the related components is normal after the path is changed, the air conditioner can be controlled to keep the current frequency to work.
According to the control method for reducing the frequency of the air conditioner, the current value of the air conditioner is obtained in the air conditioner running process, the shunting state of the air conditioner is adjusted based on the current value, the temperature change of relevant components in the air conditioner running process is continuously obtained in the process, the running frequency of the air conditioner is adjusted based on the temperature change, and compared with a control method for directly adjusting the frequency of the air conditioner, the control method for reducing the frequency modulation proportion can reduce the frequency modulation proportion, meet the requirement of the refrigerating capacity of a user as much as possible, control the frequency reduction of the air conditioner, and improve the use experience of the user.
In order to further reduce the temperature, as shown in fig. 4, the adjusting the split state of the air conditioner based on the current value includes:
step S410: acquiring a shunting state under the condition that the current value is greater than a preset value; wherein, the reposition of redundant personnel state includes: single-pass shunting and multi-pass shunting.
And under the condition that the obtained current value is larger than the preset value, the current abnormality in the air conditioner is proved to be very easy to cause the temperature abnormality of the circuit board of the air conditioner, and in order to reduce the temperature, the air conditioner obtains the current shunting state of the outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner through a sensor. The shunting state comprises the following steps: single-path shunting and multi-path shunting.
Step S420: if the air conditioner is in single-path shunting, the air conditioner is adjusted to multi-path shunting to work.
And adjusting the shunting state of the outdoor heat exchanger to switch the outdoor heat exchanger between single-path shunting and multi-path shunting. Three or four heat exchange pipelines can be arranged according to the requirement, so that the shunting state can also be set to be a partially shunted intermediate state, and the selection can be carried out according to the requirement in the operation process.
If the air conditioner is in single-path shunting, the outdoor heat exchanger is adjusted to be in multi-path shunting to work. When the air conditioner is used for refrigerating multi-path shunting, the multi-path refrigerant is used for dissipating heat, so that the air inlet temperature entering the radiator can be effectively reduced, and the heat dissipation effect of the computer board is improved.
When three or four heat exchange pipelines are arranged, if the air conditioner is in single-path shunting, the air conditioner can be adjusted to be in partial shunting for working. Partial shunting can promote the radiating effect for the single-circuit reposition of redundant personnel, reduces the temperature of air conditioner computer board radiator.
Step S430: if the air conditioner is in multi-path shunting, the air conditioner keeps working for multi-path shunting.
If the air conditioner is in multi-path shunting state, the corresponding adjustment is not carried out on the air conditioner, and the outdoor heat exchanger is controlled to continuously work in multi-path shunting.
Based on the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the step of acquiring the temperature change of the relevant component in the air conditioner operation process includes:
step S510: and acquiring a first temperature when the outdoor heat exchanger does not work and a second temperature after the shunting state is adjusted.
And after the shunting state is adjusted, acquiring a first temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger when the outdoor heat exchanger does not work, and acquiring a second temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger after the shunting state is adjusted through a sensor. The first temperature and the second temperature may be both an inlet temperature or an outlet temperature in the outdoor heat exchanger.
Step S520: based on the first temperature and the second temperature, a temperature change is determined.
After the first temperature and the second temperature are obtained, the temperature difference between the first temperature and the second temperature is determined, and the temperature change can be determined according to the temperature difference.
After the temperature change is obtained, if the temperature change is larger than the preset temperature rise, namely the temperature can not be reduced to the normal range after the shunting state is adjusted, the air conditioner is controlled to work in a frequency reduction mode, so that the working frequency of the compressor is reduced, and the temperature of a refrigerant is reduced.
In this process, if the temperature variation is greater than the preset temperature rise, in order to be able to reduce the reduced frequency, the difference between the temperature variation and the preset temperature rise is determined. And determining the frequency reduction value of the air conditioner based on the difference value. Specifically, for example, when the difference between the temperature change and the preset temperature rise is 5 ℃, the frequency reduction value is 20Hz, and the frequency of the compressor is reduced by 20 Hz. When the difference value between the temperature change and the preset temperature rise is 10 ℃, the frequency reduction value is 40Hz, and the frequency of the compressor is reduced by 40 Hz.
If the temperature change is less than or equal to the preset temperature rise, the temperature can be reduced to a normal range after the shunting state is adjusted, and the air conditioner is controlled to keep the current working state to work.
The following describes the control system for air conditioning frequency reduction according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the control system for air conditioning frequency reduction described below and the control method described above may be referred to correspondingly.
