The water pumping motor 111 is fixed on the surface of the first driven gear 122, and when the first driven gear 122 is driven to rotate by the first driving gear 111, the water pumping motor 111 rotates along with the first driven gear 122, so that the angle of the water pumping wheel 112 is adjusted.
