本发明公开了一种有人无人两用的臭氧空气消毒机,由柜体、高臭氧等离子管、回转阀门、臭氧分解催化网和风扇组成,回转阀门两个工位实现两个通道的切换。针对室内有人无人两种工况在柜内设置两个通道,有人时高浓度臭氧在柜内产生的同时对空气进行消毒,将臭氧分解处理后再排出;无人时柜内产生的高浓度臭氧直接排出对整个房间进行消毒,实现了有人无人两种工况下都能高效消毒的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种室内空气消毒设备,尤其是一种有人无人两种情况下都能使用的臭氧空气消毒机。
背景技术
臭氧灭菌消毒作用体现在它的强氧化性上,是全球公认的绿色广谱高效的消毒灭菌剂。广泛用于饮用水消毒,医疗卫生机构空气消毒,臭氧会在30到40分钟后自动还原成氧气,没有化学残留二次污染。而传统的灭菌消毒方法,无论是紫外线,还是化学熏蒸法,都有不彻底、有死角、工作量大、有残留污染或有异味等缺点,并有可能损害人体健康。如用紫外线消毒,在光线照射不到的地方没有效果,有衰退、穿透力弱、使用寿命不长等缺点。化学熏蒸法也存在不足之处,如对抗药性很强的细菌和病毒,则杀菌效果不明显。
“GB 28232-2020臭氧消毒器卫生要求”中 “7.1.2 空气消毒应在封闭空间,室内无人的条件下进行,一般臭氧浓度5mg/m3~30 mg/m3”。
“GB/T 18202-2000 室内空气中臭氧卫生标准”中“3 标准值 本标准以时间平均浓度表示,1h平均最高容许浓度为0.1mg/m3”。
臭氧对人体呼吸道粘膜有刺激,空气中臭氧浓度达0.15ppm时,即可嗅出;按照国际标准,达0.5-1ppm时可引起口干等不适;达1-4ppm时可引起咳嗽;达4-10ppm时可引起强烈咳嗽。故消毒用臭氧消毒空气,必须是在人不在的条件下,消毒后至少过30分钟才能进入。(1ppm=2.14mg/m3
在无人的条件可用臭氧下对室内空气进行消毒,在有人的条件下用臭氧消毒需满足下列条件:消毒空间只能在空气消毒机内,室内空气循环到空气消毒机内部时进行消毒;空气消毒机内的消毒空间臭氧浓度要达到标准规定值;空气消毒机排出的气体中臭氧浓度要低于安全值。
发明内容
为了解决在室内有人无人两种条件下用臭氧高效进行空气消毒的问题,本发明提供一种有人无人两用的臭氧空气消毒机,在空气消毒机内设置两个通道对应两个工况,实现室内有人无人的条件下都能进行高效空气消毒的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:有人无人两用的臭氧空气消毒机由柜体、高臭氧等离子管、回转阀门、臭氧分解催化网和风扇组成,柜体下方开有进风口、柜体上方开有出风口,柜体内由下至上依次布置高臭氧等离子管、回转阀门、臭氧分解催化网和风扇,回转阀门两个工位实现两个通道的切换:有人时的通道为回转阀门旋转到最左侧位置,空气依次流经进风口、高臭氧等离子管、臭氧分解催化网、风扇和出风口;无人时的通道为回转阀门旋转到最右侧位置,空气依次流经进风口、高臭氧等离子管、风扇和出风口。
所述有人时的通道,空气经进风口和高臭氧等离子管,部分氧气电离产生高浓度臭氧实现空气消毒,高浓度臭氧经臭氧分解催化网被分解还原为氧气,经风扇和出风口排出。

有人无人两用的臭氧空气消毒机工作时先选择运行工况,室内有人时回转阀门旋转到最左侧,启动风扇将柜内空气从出风口排出,柜内形成负压,外部空气从柜体下方进风口吸入,吸入的空气经过高臭氧等离子管时,其中的氧气电离产生高浓度臭氧,吸入的空气在高浓度臭氧的作用下实现空气消毒的目的,消毒后的空气流经臭氧分解催化网,通过高比表面积的臭氧分解催化网臭氧瞬时分解为氧气,被风扇作用从出风口排出;室内无人时回转阀门旋转到最右侧,启动风扇将柜内空气从出风口排出,柜内形成负压,外部空气从柜体下方进风口吸入,吸入的空气经过高臭氧等离子管时,其中的氧气电离产生高浓度臭氧,混合了高浓度臭氧的空气被风扇作用从出风口排出,对整个室内进行消毒。
所述高浓度臭氧传感器的监测值控制高臭氧等离子管的开启和关闭,达到设定值时关闭,低于设定值时开启。
所述低浓度臭氧传感器监控臭氧分解催化网对臭氧的分解效果,低于最高容许浓度0.1mg/m3时正常;高于最高容许浓度0.1mg/m3时对臭氧分解催化网进行清洁。
本发明为了突出技术重点,对本发明方案涉及但公知的技术内容进行了省略,如电气控制系统、空气处理单元串联并联及组合、过滤网、脚轮等。
本发明的有益效果是,针对室内有人无人两种工况在柜内设置两个通道,有人时高浓度臭氧在柜内产生的同时对空气进行消毒,将臭氧分解处理后再排出;无人时柜内产生的高浓度臭氧直接排出对整个房间进行消毒,实现了有人无人两种工况下都能高效消毒的目的。

有人无人两用的臭氧空气消毒机由柜体5、高臭氧等离子管2、回转阀门9、臭氧分解催化网3和风扇4组成,柜体下方开有进风口1、柜体上方开有出风口6,柜体5内由下至上依次布置高臭氧等离子管2、回转阀门9、臭氧分解催化网3和风扇4,回转阀门9两个工位实现两个通道的切换:有人时的通道为回转阀门9旋转到最左侧位置,空气依次流经进风口1、高臭氧等离子管2、臭氧分解催化网3、风扇4和出风口6;无人时的通道为回转阀门9旋转到最右侧位置,空气依次流经进风口1、高臭氧等离子管2、风扇4和出风口6。

1.一种有人无人两用的臭氧空气消毒机,其特征在于:有人无人两用的臭氧空气消毒机由柜体、高臭氧等离子管、回转阀门、臭氧分解催化网和风扇组成,柜体下方开有进风口、柜体上方开有出风口,柜体内由下至上依次布置高臭氧等离子管、回转阀门、臭氧分解催化网和风扇,回转阀门两个工位实现两个通道的切换:有人时的通道为回转阀门旋转到最左侧位置,空气依次流经进风口、高臭氧等离子管、臭氧分解催化网、风扇和出风口;无人时的通道为回转阀门旋转到最右侧位置,空气依次流经进风口、高臭氧等离子管、风扇和出风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有人无人两用的臭氧空气消毒机,其特征在于:所述有人时的通道,空气经进风口和高臭氧等离子管,部分氧气电离产生高浓度臭氧实现空气消毒,高浓度臭氧经臭氧分解催化网被分解还原为氧气,经风扇和出风口排出。
