Abstract
A bistable electromagnetic water switch comprises an electromagnetic component, a main body, a static ceramic piece, a movable ceramic piece, a sealing cover, a fastening piece, a water inlet joint and a water outlet joint, wherein the main body comprises a switch control cavity, a fastening cavity, a water outlet hole, a guide hole and a water inlet hole; the movable ceramic plate comprises a connecting position and a water sealing position; the sealing cover, the movable ceramic piece and the static ceramic piece are superposed, the static ceramic piece is jointed and sealed with one adjacent end of the switch control cavity and the water inlet cavity, the sealing cover is sealed with the other end of the switch control cavity, and the fastening piece is embedded with the fastening cavity and jointed with the sealing cover; the base plate is fixed with the main body, the flange is embedded and sealed with the counter bore at the guide hole, and the movable iron core is connected with the connecting position; the water inlet joint and the water outlet joint are respectively communicated with the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole; the water sealing level is matched with the water guide hole to realize switching. The static ceramic plate and the movable ceramic plate are arranged, so that the corrosion resistance is realized, and the service life is long; the movable ceramic plate removes foreign matters in the moving process, prevents blockage and ensures smooth water flow.
