In practical application, the parking mechanism can also be driven manually, the driving rod is fixedly connected with the driving rod 1412, the driving rod 1412 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 1413, the connecting rod 1413 is hinged to the push rod 142, the movement of the driving rod can be transmitted to the push rod 142, and the push rod 142 is driven to move in a telescopic manner through a movement space formed between the parking pawl 12 and the parking base 11.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the rotation restricting portion 112 may be a boss structure provided on the surface of the parking base 11, the boss structure having a third groove having a circular cross section in a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis of the link 1413, the third groove being provided with an opening in a circumferential direction of the circular cross section; the connecting rod 1413 is embedded in the third groove, the rotation limiting portion 112 limits the connecting rod 1413 to move within the opening range, and the problems that the parking pawl 12 is damaged or the push rod 142 is separated from the sliding block 144 and the like due to the fact that the connecting rod 1413 exceeds the movement range of the parking mechanism can be avoided.
In practical applications, the rotation limiting portion 112 may also be two limiting members fixedly disposed on the surface of the parking base 11, the two limiting members are respectively disposed at the extreme positions of the rotation of the connecting rod 1413, the structure is simple, and when the connecting rod 1413 reaches the extreme positions, the limiting members may contact the connecting rod 1413 to limit the movement of the connecting rod 1413 beyond the extreme positions.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 13 is a torsion spring or a compression spring.
Under the condition that the vehicle does not need to be parked, the elastic piece 13 can drive the parking pawl 12 to be separated from the ratchet wheel, under the action of the elastic piece 13, the parking pawl 12 can rotate along the hinge center until the parking pawl 12 reaches the reset position, referring to fig. 1, a compression spring can be adopted as the elastic piece 13, the parking pawl 12 is provided with an extension part, the part of the parking pawl 12 used for clamping the ratchet wheel and the extension part are respectively arranged on two sides of the hinge position of the parking pawl 12 and the parking base 11, the compression spring is arranged between the extension part and the parking base 11, the compression spring is compressed in the process of clamping the parking pawl 12 and the ratchet wheel, and under the condition that the vehicle does not need to be parked, the parking pawl 12 can be separated from the ratchet wheel through the elastic force of the compression spring; a torsion spring can also be used as the elastic piece 13, the torsion spring is arranged at the position where the parking pawl 12 is hinged with the parking base 11, the structure is simple, and the function is reliable.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle which comprises the parking mechanism.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle, because of the parking mechanism, the parking pawl 12 can be clamped with the ratchet under the action of the transmission mechanism 14 to realize parking, and under the condition that parking is not needed, the parking pawl 12 can be separated from the ratchet under the action of the elastic piece 13 to realize resetting, the structure is simple, the function is reliable, and because the transmission mechanism 14, the parking pawl 12 and the elastic piece 13 are all connected with the parking base 11, in the assembling and disassembling process of the parking mechanism, the integral assembling and disassembling of the parking mechanism can be realized by installing or disassembling the parking base 11, the subsequent design of a reducer shell and the disassembling and recovering of the parking mechanism are convenient, and the design and processing difficulty of the installation shell of the parking mechanism can be reduced.

the parking pawl (12) is hinged with the parking base (11);
the elastic piece (13) is arranged between the parking pawl (12) and the parking base (11) and is used for driving the parking pawl (12) to be disengaged from the ratchet wheel;
the transmission mechanism (14) is connected with the parking base (11), and the transmission mechanism (14) is used for driving the parking pawl (12) to move towards the ratchet wheel;
the parking base (11) is provided with a mounting hole (16), and the mounting hole (16) is used for connecting a mounting bolt.
2. Parking mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the transmission mechanism (14) comprises a transmission assembly (141), a push rod (142), a pressure spring (143) and a slider (144);
the transmission assembly (141) is connected with the parking base (11);
the push rod (142) is connected with the transmission assembly (141); the push rod (142) is sleeved with the pressure spring (143) and the sliding block (144);
one end of the pressure spring (143) is abutted against the push rod (142), and the other end of the pressure spring (143) is abutted against the sliding block (144);
a first groove (121) is formed in one side, facing the parking base (11), of the parking pawl (12), and the transmission assembly (141) drives the push rod (142) to move in a telescopic mode through a movement space formed by the first groove (121) and the parking base (11);
the slider (144) abuts against the first groove (121) to drive the parking pawl (12) to move towards the ratchet wheel.

Parking mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that, in a first direction, the slider (144) is provided with a large diameter portion, a guide portion (1441) and a small diameter portion in sequence; wherein the first direction is a direction in which the slider (144) slides along the push rod (142);
a diameter of the large diameter portion is larger than a diameter of the small diameter portion in a plane perpendicular to the first direction; the guide part (1441) has a smooth surface, and the large diameter part is arranged on one side of the sliding block (144) close to the transmission assembly (141);
one side of the first groove (121) facing the transmission assembly (141) is provided with a first chamfer (1211), and the guide part (1441) abuts against the first chamfer (1211).
4. Parking mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the transmission assembly (141) further comprises a stop block (1411); the limiting block (1411) is connected with the push rod (142);
the parking mechanism further comprises a plate spring (15);
the plate spring (15) is fixedly connected with the parking base (11);
the plate spring (15) is provided with a first limiting part and a second limiting part;
the stopper (1411) abuts against the first stopper portion in a case where the parking pawl (12) is disengaged from the ratchet;
under the condition that the parking pawl (12) is clamped with the ratchet wheel, the limiting block (1411) is abutted to the second limiting part.
5. Parking mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the parking base (11) is provided with a support (111);
the support part (111) has a first projection on the surface of the parking base (11), the parking pawl (12) has a second projection on the surface of the parking base (11), and the first projection and the second projection at least partially coincide;
the support portion (111) abuts against the slider (144) when the parking pawl (12) is fitted into a tooth groove of the ratchet wheel.
6. Parking mechanism according to claim 5, characterized in that the surface of the support (111) remote from the parking base (11) is provided with a second groove;
the second groove is provided with a cylindrical inner wall, and a second chamfer is arranged on one side, facing the transmission assembly (141), of the second groove;
the slider (144) abuts the second chamfer with the parking pawl (12) engaged in a tooth slot of the ratchet wheel.
7. Parking mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the transmission assembly (141) comprises a transmission rod (1412) and a link (1413);
the transmission rod (1412) is fixedly connected with the connecting rod (1413); the connecting rod (1413) is hinged with the push rod (142); the transmission rod (1412) is hinged with the parking base (11).
8. Parking mechanism according to claim 7, characterized in that the parking base (11) is provided with a rotation stop (112);
the rotation limiting part (112) is provided with a third groove, and the third groove is provided with an opening; the connecting rod (1413) is embedded in the third groove, and the rotation limiting part (112) restricts the movement of the connecting rod (1413) within the opening range.
9. Parking mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic element (13) is a torsion spring or a compression spring.
10. A vehicle characterized in that it comprises a parking mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
