Abstract
The invention discloses an umbilical cable protection device for an underwater sitting pipe column, which comprises: the small embracing ring can be tightly sleeved at the upper matching position of the quick connector; the big embracing ring can be tightly sleeved at the lower matching position of the quick connector; the two connecting plates are arranged between the small embracing ring and the large embracing ring; the channel is arranged between the two connecting plates; wherein the umbilical is secured in the channel and the two connection plates have a height that is greater than a width of the umbilical. After the quick-operation joint connection is completed during operation, the protection device is installed outside the quick-operation joint, and the umbilical cable is fixed between the channels of the two connecting plates, so that the umbilical cable is effectively protected. The invention has the characteristics of effective protection on the umbilical cable, safe and reliable structure, simple operation and improvement on the working efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of downhole operation tools in the petroleum industry, in particular to an umbilical cable protection device for an underwater sitting pipe column.
Background
During deep water well completion operation in the petroleum industry, an underwater sitting pipe column is required to be lowered to complete tubing hanger sitting and hanging and underground fluid spraying operation, the sitting pipe column is generally a hydraulic control or electro-hydraulic composite control system, and therefore an umbilical cable is matched and lowered on the outer side of the pipe column during lowering of the pipe column to achieve control over the sitting pipe column. Because the quick-operation joint external diameter is great in the tubular column of sitting down, the umbilical cable is little with outside marine riser spare space after this position is fixed, consequently very easily causes the overstock damaged condition of umbilical cable during the operation.
Currently, the umbilical cable is only fixed in the industry, and the umbilical cable is easily damaged under severe sea conditions.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to design and develop an underwater sitting tubular column umbilical cable protection device, which realizes effective protection of a sitting tubular column umbilical cable by combining a small embracing ring, a large embracing ring and two connecting plates.

the small embracing ring is sleeved at the upper matching position of the quick connector in a locking manner;
the large embracing ring is sleeved at the lower matching position of the quick connector in a locking manner;
the two connecting plates are arranged between the small embracing ring and the large embracing ring;
a channel disposed between the two connection plates;
wherein the umbilical is secured in the channel and the two connection plates have a height that is greater than a width of the umbilical.

the first fixing device is arranged on the small embracing ring and used for opening or locking the small embracing ring.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the umbilical cable protection device for the underwater sitting pipe column is designed and developed, is installed outside a quick connector, and fixes an umbilical cable between channels of two connecting plates, so that the umbilical cable is effectively protected.
(2) The underwater sitting tubular column umbilical cable protection device designed and developed by the invention realizes effective protection of the umbilical cable at the position of the quick connector of the sitting tubular column through the protection device, avoids the situation that the umbilical cable is damaged due to overstock or friction during operation, and solves the problem that the sitting tubular column umbilical cable is easy to damage under severe sea conditions.
(3) The umbilical cable protection device for the underwater sitting pipe column is simple in field operation, safe and reliable in structure and capable of improving operation efficiency.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below in order to enable those skilled in the art to practice the invention with reference to the description.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an underwater seating string umbilical protection device comprising: the small embracing ring 110, the large embracing ring 120, the first connecting plate 130, the second connecting plate 140, the channel 150, 4 first rib plates 161 and 4 second rib plates 162.
As shown in fig. 2, the small embracing ring 110 is lockable to cover the upper fitting position of the quick connector 200; the big embracing ring 120 can be tightly sleeved at the lower matching position of the quick connector 200; the first connecting plate 130 and the second connecting plate 140 are disposed at an interval between the small hoop 110 and the large hoop 120, as shown in fig. 3, a gap between the first connecting plate 130 and the second connecting plate 140 is a channel 150 for fixing the umbilical 300.
The invention also includes: the first fixing device 170 and the second fixing device 180, the first fixing device 170 is disposed on the small hoop 110, and is used for opening or locking the small hoop 110; the second fixing device 180 is disposed on the clasper 120 and used for opening or locking the clasper 120.
In this embodiment, the first fixing device 170 and the second fixing device 180 are both hinge switches.
The first connection plate 130 and the second connection plate 140 have the same structure, through holes 190 are formed in both the first connection plate 130 and the second connection plate 140 for fixing the umbilical 300, and the first connection plate 130 and the second connection plate 140 are higher than the umbilical 300 in width, so that the umbilical can be prevented from being extruded or worn.
In this embodiment, the method further includes: the first rib plates 161 are arranged on two sides of one end of the first connecting plate 130 and one end of the second connecting plate 140 in a pairwise symmetrical manner; the 4 second rib plates 162 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the other ends of the first connecting plate 130 and the second connecting plate 140.
The specific implementation method of the underwater sitting pipe column umbilical cable protection device comprises the following steps:
1. a setting pipe column is lowered, and the quick connector is connected to the setting pipe column;
2. mounting the protection device outside the quick coupling: the large embracing ring and the small embracing ring are switched on and off in a hinge mode, and are tightly held and fixed at the upper and lower matching positions of the quick connector during operation, the large embracing ring and the small embracing ring are connected and fixed together through the connecting plates and the rib plates, the angle is adjusted to enable the umbilical cable to be placed in a channel between the two connecting plates, and screws of the first fixing device 170 and the second fixing device 180 are fastened;
3. fixing the umbilical cable to the outer side of the quick connector by using a special binding band;
4. and continuing to run the setting string.
The umbilical cable protection device for the underwater sitting pipe column is designed and developed, so that the umbilical cable at the quick connector of the sitting pipe column is effectively protected, the situation that the umbilical cable is damaged due to overstock or friction during operation is avoided, the problem that the umbilical cable of the sitting pipe column is very easy to damage under severe sea conditions is solved, the field operation is simple, the structure is safe and reliable, and the operation efficiency is improved.

the small embracing ring is sleeved at the upper matching position of the quick connector in a locking manner;
the large embracing ring is sleeved at the lower matching position of the quick connector in a locking manner;
the two connecting plates are arranged between the small embracing ring and the large embracing ring;
a channel disposed between the two connection plates;
wherein the umbilical is secured in the channel and the two connection plates have a height that is greater than a width of the umbilical.
2. The subsea location column umbilical protection device of claim 1, further comprising:
the first fixing device is arranged on the small embracing ring and used for opening or locking the small embracing ring.
3. An underwater seating string umbilical protection device as claimed in claim 2 further comprising:
and the second fixing device is arranged on the large embracing ring and is used for opening or locking the large embracing ring.
4. An underwater seating string umbilical protection device as claimed in claim 3 further comprising:
and the two through holes are respectively arranged on the two connecting plates.
5. An underwater seating string umbilical protection device as claimed in claim 4 comprising:
a strap passing through the two through holes for securing the umbilical.
6. An underwater seating string umbilical protection device as claimed in claim 5 further comprising:
and the first rib plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of one end of each of the two connecting plates in pairs.
7. An underwater seating string umbilical protection device as claimed in claim 6 further comprising:
and the second rib plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the other ends of the two connecting plates in pairs.
