本发明涉及化工制备技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种固化周期短的水性环氧双组份自干漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
自干漆是一种可以成膜并牢固附着的特种涂料,这种涂料有良好的流变性并且在10-20分钟内可以空气固化而不需加热烘干。其主要成分是醇溶性树脂,溶剂是甲醇或乙醇及一些醚类有机溶剂。
针对于目前的环氧类自干漆应用在金属表面的成膜保护,存在着固化周期相对较长,针对于耐盐物的整体检测需要在56的涂膜厚度方能达标,使其成膜厚度较大,对金属工件等存在着设计公差要求苛刻,存在使用的局限性。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种固化周期短的水性环氧双组份自干漆及其制备方法,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:目前的环氧类自干漆应用在金属表面的成膜保护,存在着固化周期相对较长,针对于耐盐物的整体检测需要在56的涂膜厚度方能达标,使其成膜厚度较大,对金属工件等存在着设计公差要求苛刻,存在使用的局限性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种固化周期短的水性环氧双组份自干漆,包括A组分和B组分共混后凝固而成。
所述A组分包括:去离子水、分散剂、消泡剂和A类基础料。
所述B组分包括:固化剂、B类基础料和去离子水。

实施例:
以下采用质量份数为原料单位
A组分制备:去离子水15.8份、高分子丙烯酸1.6份、聚醚0.4份、亚硝酸钠水溶液2份、钛白粉6份、碳黑0.2份、三聚磷酸铝6份、磷酸锌3份、沉淀硫酸钡18份和防沉剂4份加入玻璃珠进行磨浆1.5h,至细度为25u。
调漆共混液制备:环氧乳液40份、润湿剂0.3份、聚氨酯1.5份和水性抗油剂1份搅拌混合。
B组分制备:环氧树脂50份、PM丙二醇甲醚20份和去离子水30份摇匀制备获取B胶溶液。
环氧乳液40份、阴离子乳化剂0.3份、聚氨酯1.5份和水性抗油剂1份搅拌混合后加入A组分进一步搅拌获取成品A胶溶液。
在上述制备获取的A胶溶液与B胶溶液混合后,均匀涂抹在金属表面即可。
综上实施例获取各项性能参数如下:
粘度/涂四杯(25℃)为35。
不挥发物含量为50%。
细度小于25um。
表干(25℃/50RH指触)为20min。
实干(25℃/50RH压滤纸)24h。
铅笔硬度(中华)为1H。
光泽(60℃)为90GU。
附着力/百格测试为0级。
冲击为50cm。
柔韧为1mm1。
耐盐雾为500h。
综上成品成膜后的综合性能数据,另行耐盐物性能检测,方式如下:
测试条件:选取3*3cm金属工件表面刷涂15度,成膜时间为24h,成膜方式为自干,准备10%盐水。
将工件刷涂成膜自干24h后浸泡在10%盐水中240h后观察。
现象:在240h后工件表面无气泡,无锈迹,无脱落。
本产品可以申请专利的主要原因就在于产品的固化时间相较于同类产品非常的短,有着更好的优势,且的表面硬度和这个附着力效果佳,以及使用耐盐物时间非常长。
综上,该产品能够较好的适用于车辆底盘,金属包装,特别是表观性能要求较高的深水泵,电机,机械以及各种五金工件或金属配件等,对于公差要求低,性能优秀,使用较为稳定。
综上可知,本发明具备如下产品特性:是一款水性环氧改性丙烯酸分散体类型的乳液,由水性丙烯酸树脂、水和中和剂组成,与水性固化剂配合使用,且该产品采用水性丙烯酸功能乳液、纳米功能材料、防锈颜料、缓蚀剂及助剂制备,具备涂膜干燥快、气味小、性价比高的特点;具有良好的漆膜硬度和附着力,耐候性强,有着优异的耐水性能和优异的保光保色性,成膜坚韧且耐冲击和耐磨性好,抗划伤效果强,具有优异的耐酸、耐碱、耐多种化学药品和耐盐雾的性能。
