Background
At present, the material is transported by using a belt conveyor commonly used in the industries of electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, mines and the like in China, and when one conveying belt transports the material to the other conveying belt in the production and conveying process, a large amount of dust can be generated, the environment is seriously polluted, and the normal maintenance and detection of equipment are seriously influenced. Therefore, environmental remediation and installation of dust removal equipment are required. However, the existing dust removing equipment of the belt conveyor needs to be driven by an independent power system, so that the energy consumption is increased, and the production cost is increased. In view of the above, we propose a power dust removing device using a belt conveyor.

As shown in fig. 1, a power dust removing device of a belt conveyor comprises a box body 1, a feeding hole 2, a fan system 3, an atomizing system 4, a slope 5, a discharging hole 6, a sewage tank 7 and a soft brush mounting hole 8; the feed inlet 2 is a square groove and is positioned above the box body 1, the upper part of the feed inlet 2 extends out of the top of the box body 1, and the lower part of the discharge outlet 2 extends to the upper part of the conveying belt; the dust cleaning device comprises a box body 1, a fan system 3, an atomization system 4, a slope 5, a water mist and a dust collecting tank, wherein the fan system 3 and the atomization system 4 are fixedly connected to one side of the box body 1, the installation position of the fan system 3 is located above a conveying belt, the installation position of the atomization system 4 is located below the conveying belt, the other side of the box body 1 is fixedly connected with the slope 5, the fan system 3 blows dust to one side of the slope 5 and slides down along the slope 5, the atomization system 4 sprays water mist to wrap the falling dust, the bottom of the box body 1 is arranged into an inclined landslide, a plurality of sewage grooves 7 are formed in the landslide, a sewage outlet 6 is formed in the lower side end portion of each sewage groove 7 and is fixedly connected with the box body 1, and the dust wrapped by the water mist flows into the sewage outlet 6 through the sewage grooves 7 to complete dust cleaning work; the box 1 is one side open-ended hollow structure, and 1 open-ended one side top of box is equipped with one row of pappus brush installing port 8, and the pappus brush is installed in pappus brush installing port 8 department, and the pappus brush is followed pappus brush installing port 8 and is hung down naturally and prevent that the dust from wafting.
As shown in fig. 2, the blower system 3 includes a driving shaft 9, a driving gear 10, a driven gear 11, a first shaft 12, a bearing 13, a fan gear 14, a second shaft 15, a fan bearing 16, and a fan blade 17; the driving shaft 9 is connected to one side of a roller at the head of the belt conveyor and rotates synchronously with the roller, one side, away from the roller, of the driving shaft 9 is fixedly connected with a driving gear 10, the driving gear 10 is meshed with a driven gear 11, one side of the driven gear 11 is fixedly connected with a first shaft 12, the first shaft 12 is rotatably connected to a bearing 13, the bearing 13 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the box body 1, the driven gear 11 is meshed with a fan gear 14, the fan gear 14 is fixedly installed on a second shaft 15, one side, away from the inner wall of the box body 1, of the second shaft 15 is fixedly connected with a plurality of fan blades 17, the other side is rotatably connected to a fan bearing 16, and the fan bearing 16 is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the box body 1; the roller of the belt conveyor rotates to drive the driving shaft 9 to rotate, so that the driving gear 10 rotates, the driving gear 10 drives the driven gear 11 meshed with the driving gear to rotate, the driven gear 11 rotates to drive the first shaft 12 to rotate, the first shaft 12 is rotatably connected to the bearing 13, the first shaft 12 rotates to drive the fan gear 14 meshed with the first shaft to rotate, the fan gear 14 rotates to drive the second shaft 15 to rotate, and the fan blades 16 on the second shaft 15 rotate to blow off dust on the conveying belt.
As shown in fig. 3, the atomization system 4 includes a water inlet 18, a water storage box 19, a water outlet pipe 20 and an atomization nozzle 21; the interior of the water storage box 19 is of a square hollow structure and is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the box body 1, a water inlet 18 is formed in one side, away from the box body 1, of the water storage box 19, the water inlet 18 is a circular pipeline, water outlet pipes 20 are fixedly connected to two sides of the water storage box 19, the water outlet pipes 20 extend into the box body 1, and atomizing nozzles 21 are fixedly installed at the end portions of the water outlet pipes 20; water enters the water storage box 19 from the water inlet 18, then flows to the atomizing nozzle 21 through the water outlet pipe 20, and is atomized and sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle 21.
As shown in fig. 4, two sides of the slope 5 are fixedly connected with fixed steel pipes 22, and the fixed steel pipes 22 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the box body 1; a gap is reserved between the slope 5 and the inner wall of the box body 1, and dust blown down by the fan system 3 slides down from the slope 5 and falls down from the gap between the slope 5 and the box body 1; the side of the slope 5 on the upper slope is arranged between the upper and lower conveying belts, and blown dust is placed between the upper and lower conveying belts.
