The ISOFIX interface is fixed in the both sides of base, and the supporting legs is then fixed in children's safety seat front portion. Through the fixation of three points, the child safety seat can be firmly fixed on the automobile seat and cannot be overturned when being impacted.
The commercially available child safety seat installed through ISOFIX and supporting legs is convenient and fast to assemble, but when a user installs the child safety seat, if the assembly is not in place or the assembly is missed, the child safety can be threatened greatly.
Existing child safety seats may be provided with an alarm device to indicate that the child safety seat is not installed in place. For example, patent document CN207106255U discloses an alarm system for a child safety seat and a child safety seat. Wherein, when the ISOFIX connector is connected on the connecting portion and the contact inductor does not detect that the support device is in contact with the supporting surface of the automobile compartment, an alarm is given. However, this patent document may disarm in the event that the child safety seat is not in place, for example, when the support device is accidentally touched by another object, or when the support device is not in contact with the vehicle cabin support surface but is not set (cannot provide support force). Furthermore, the patent document does not disclose in detail the operation of the alarm and the specific structure of the support means.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a child safety seat that can reliably indicate whether it is properly installed.

Detailed Description
For further explanation of the principles and construction of the present application, reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present application, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and are provided for purposes of explanation and explanation only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used in this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a child safety seat of the present application with the seat portion removed. The child safety seat may include a base 10, a seat portion (not shown), and support feet 30. The seat part may be a seat part as is common in the art, on which a child sits and in which the child is restrained by means of a restraining element. The seat portion is rotatable with respect to the base 10 to have different seating directions, such as a direction facing the front of the vehicle and a direction facing the rear of the vehicle. Optionally, the seat portion may also be rotated relative to the base 10 in a direction facing the side of the vehicle to facilitate placement of a child in the seat portion.
As shown in fig. 1, support feet 30 may be provided at a front portion of the base 10 and extend from the base 10 toward the floor of the vehicle. When the child safety seat is in place, the support feet 30 may abut the floor of the vehicle and provide a supporting force. The base 10 may have anchoring portions 110 extending rearward from both sides of the rear portion. The anchor 110 may be composed of two anchor arms 111 (see fig. 6). The anchor 110 may be, for example, an ISOFIX connector. The anchor 110 may be connected (or anchored) to a corresponding interface of the vehicle seat.
The front of base 10 may be formed with a support foot coupling portion 120. Support feet 30 may pass through base 10 and be pivotally attached to foot attachment portions 120 of base 10. The base 10 may be provided with a display portion 340. The position of the display part 340 may correspond to the supporting foot 30. The display portion 340 may be formed as a light-transmissive panel. The bottom end of the support foot 30 may be formed with a ground contact 330. All or a part (e.g., a lower surface) of the ground contacting portion 330 may be formed of an elastic or flexible material and have a high frictional force, for example, formed of rubber or the like. The outer contour of the ground contacting portion 330 may be larger than the outer contour of the middle portion of the supporting foot 30, thereby having a more stable supporting effect.
Fig. 2 is a front cross-sectional view of a support foot of the child safety seat of the present application. The support foot 30 may include a first tube 310 and a second tube 320 nested within each other. The first tube 310 may be sleeved outside the second tube 320. The first tube 310 is extendable and retractable with respect to the second tube 320. That is, the first tube 310 and the second tube 320 are formed as telescopic sleeves. The first and second tubes 310 and 320 may each have a substantially rectangular outer profile. During expansion and contraction, the first tube 310 may be locked to the second tube 320 in a plurality of positions. For example, the first tube 310 and the second tube 320 may be formed to be steplessly locked to each other (i.e., lockable at any position) or to be stepwise locked to each other (i.e., lockable at a specific plurality of positions). With the first tube 310 locked to the second tube 320, pressure applied at one end (e.g., the lower end) of the second tube 320 may cause one switch 520a (described in detail below) to close.
A receiving member 311 may be disposed within the first tube 310. As shown in fig. 2, the receiving member 311 is located between the first tube 310 and the second tube 320. One end (e.g., upper end) of the receiving member 311 is provided with a triggerable part 312 for closing one switch 520 a.
The receiving member 311 may slide up and down between the first tube 310 and the second tube 320. The receiving member 311 may be formed as an elongated sheet having a plurality of step holes 3111 in a direction in which the first pipe 310 moves relative to the second pipe 320 (i.e., up-down direction in fig. 2).
FIG. 3 is a side cross-sectional view of a support foot of the child safety seat of the present application at an extended length. A snap 321 may be disposed within the second tube 320. The engaging piece 321 may be formed in a shape like L. The catch 321 may be selectively locked to different positions of the receiving member 311. For example, the engaging piece 321 may be engaged by hooking in one of the step holes 3111.
The engaging member 321 may be rotatably fixed inside the second tube 320 via the pivot shaft 3211. Therefore, when the engaging member 321 is engaged in the stepped hole 3111, the second tube 320 is locked with the first tube 310. It should be noted that, in the case where the second tube 320 is locked with the first tube 310, since the receiving member 311 is slidable between the first tube 310 and the second tube 320, the second tube 320 may move a certain distance with respect to the first tube 310. The distance that the second tube 320 is movable with respect to the first tube 310 is defined by a stopper provided at the top of the first tube 310. The distance may be set to a slight distance that does not affect the support foot 30 to perform its supporting function.
The second tube 320 may have a link 322 therein. The link 322 extends in the longitudinal direction (up-down direction in fig. 2) of the second pipe 320. The ground contacting portion 330 may include pressing portions 331 disposed at left and right sides. That is, the two pressing portions 331 are movably formed on both sides of the ground contacting portion 330, respectively. The pressing portion 331 and the engaging member 321 can be linked via the linking member 322.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, an inner end of the pressing portion 331 may be formed as a first inclined surface 332, and one end (lower end) of the link 322 is formed with a second inclined surface 3221. The first slope 332 may cooperate with the second slope 3221.
The link member 322 may be formed with an elongated slot 3223 extending in a longitudinal direction. A pin 3224 secured within the second tube 320 extends through the elongated slot 3223 and is movable relative to the elongated slot 3223. A return 333 may be provided between the link 322 and the ground contact portion 330 to provide the pushing force. The restoring member 333 may be, for example, a spring.
When the pressing portion 331 is pressed, the pressing portion 331 moves from two sides to the middle, and the first inclined surface 332 and the second inclined surface 3221 cooperate to push the link 322 to move downward against the restoring force of the restoring member 333.
Fig. 4 is a side cross-sectional view of a support foot of the child safety seat of the present application at another extended length with a switch in an open state, fig. 5 is a side cross-sectional view of a support foot of the child safety seat of the present application at another extended length with a switch in a closed state, fig. 9 is a schematic view of a linkage and a catch of the child safety seat of the present application, and fig. 10 is another schematic view of a linkage and catch of the child safety seat of the present application.
The other end (upper end) of the link is formed with a chute 3222. The catch 321 may be coupled with the chute 3222 via an actuation shaft 3212. In fig. 3-5, the angled slot 3222 is obscured by the catch 321. Fig. 9 and 10 show the fitting relationship of the inclined groove 3222 and the engaging piece 321, wherein the posture of the engaging piece 321 is embodied by the pivot shaft 3211 and the actuating shaft 3212. The pivot shafts 3211 and the actuation shafts 3212 are shown in phantom in fig. 9 and 10, and the arrows in fig. 9 and 10 show the direction of movement of the linkage 322.
When the pressing portion 331 is pressed to move the link 322 downward (as shown in fig. 10), the actuating shaft 3212 is driven by the inclined groove 3222 to move to the upper right of the inclined groove 3222 because the pivoting shaft 3211 is fixed. This movement corresponds to the catch 321 moving clockwise about the pivot axis 3211, which causes the catch 321 to disengage from the receiving member 311 such that the first tube 310 is free to move relative to the second tube 320 (e.g., from the position shown in fig. 3 to the position shown in fig. 4).
After that, when the pressing portion 331 is released, the link 322 is pushed upward by the restoring member 333 (as shown in fig. 9), and since the pivotal shaft 3211 is fixed, the actuating shaft 3212 is driven by the inclined groove 3222 to move to the lower left of the inclined groove 3222. This movement corresponds to the catch 321 moving counterclockwise about the pivot axis 3211, which causes the catch 321 to lock with the receiving member 311. When the catch 321 locks with the receiving member 311, the linkage 322 cannot move further upward.
In the case where the engaging piece 321 is locked with the receiving member 311, since the ground contacting portion 330 contacts the ground, the second tube 320 and the receiving member 311 move upward with respect to the first tube 310 by a certain distance (from the state of fig. 4 to the state of fig. 5), so that the trigger 312 fixed to the upper end of the receiving member 311 moves with respect to the switch 520a fixed to the upper end of the first tube 310 and the switch 520a is closed.
In case the engaging piece 321 is actuated to be unlocked from the receiving member 311, or in case the engaging piece 321 is locked with the receiving member 311 but the leg 30 is supported without touching the ground, the receiving member 311 may move a certain distance downward with respect to the first tube 310 due to the gravity of the receiving member 311 itself until the upper end of the first tube 310 stops the trigger 312. At this time, the trigger 312 is separated from the switch 520a, so that the switch 520a is turned off.
When the child safety seat is installed, the pressing part 331 needs to be pressed to adjust the length of the supporting leg 30 by relatively moving the first tube 310 and the second tube 320 until the supporting leg 30 just stably contacts the floor of the vehicle. Due to the above-described structure of the support foot 30, the contact of the support foot 30 with the floor of the vehicle does not cause the switch 520a to be closed during the adjustment of the length of the support foot 30. In other words, when the engaging piece 321 and the receiving member 311 are not locked, the switch 520a is not closed by the pushing force applied to the ground contact portion 330. This avoids the possibility that the warning device of the child safety seat recognizes the supporting legs 30 as accidentally contacting the floor of the vehicle or other object as having been mounted in place, thereby improving the correct recognition rate of the warning device.
FIG. 8 is a schematic view of the warning device of the child safety seat of the present application. The alarm device 50 may include: a body portion 510; a plurality of switches 520a, 520b, and 520c electrically connected to the main body 510, so as to provide a signal indicating whether the switch is turned on or off to the main body 510, and the main body 510 may determine whether to alarm based on the signal; and an alarm 530 having light emitting devices 531, 532, 533 corresponding to the number of the switches 520a, 520b, 520 c. The body portion 510 may be disposed inside the base 10. In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the plurality of switches 520a, 520b, 520c may be three switches, however, the present application is not limited thereto. The alarm may be in the form of an alarm (e.g., one or more of a sound, vibration, light, etc.). In the case of an audible alarm, the sound producing device may be provided in the body portion 510 or in the alarm 530, for example, or may be separately formed in the base 10. On the other hand, in the case of three switches 520a, 520b, 520c, the three light emitting devices 531, 532, 533 on the alarm 530 may correspond to the three switches 520a, 520b, 520c, respectively. Specifically, the middle light emitting device 531 corresponds to the switch 520a provided on the first tube 310, and the light emitting devices 532 and 533 on both sides correspond to the switches 520b and 520c on the two anchor arms 111 (described in detail below), respectively. The light emitting means may be, for example, an LED lamp. Alternatively, the plurality of light emitting devices 531, 532, 533 may have different colors. The alarm 530 may be disposed within the display part 340 such that light emitted from the light emitting device can be emitted through the upper surface of the display part 340. Alternatively, the display 340 does not have an upper surface and directly exposes the alarm 530. The body part 510 may have a logic judgment means or an arithmetic means to judge whether to issue an alarm or not according to the closing and opening signals received from the respective switches 520a, 520b, 520 c.
The alarm device 50 may be configured to: issuing an alarm when any one of the three switches 520a, 520b, 520c is closed and all of the three switches 520a, 520b, 520c are not closed; no alarm is issued when all three switches 520a, 520b, 520c are closed or all are open.
When the alarm device 50 determines that an alarm is issued, the three light emitting devices 531, 532, 533 on the alarm 530 indicate the switches 520a, 520b, 520c that are not closed by emitting light. For example, when the switch 520a provided on the first tube 310 is turned off and the switches 520b, 520c on both the anchor arms 111 are closed, the middle light emitting device 531 emits light, and the light emitting devices 532, 533 on both sides do not emit light. The light emission may be continuous light emission or blinking.
Alternatively, the three light emitting devices 531, 532, 533 on the alarm 530 may have the opposite logic from above, i.e., when the switches 520a, 520b, 520c are closed, the corresponding light emitting devices emit light. It will be appreciated that the above logic for alarm device 50 is equally applicable when there are other numbers of switches and lighting devices.
FIG. 6 is a partial cut-away perspective view of a portion of a component of the child safety seat of the present application, and FIG. 7 is another partial cut-away perspective view of a portion of a component of the child safety seat of the present application.
One switch 520b/520c may be provided on (e.g., inside) each anchor arm 111 (switch 520c is hidden from view in fig. 7, it being understood that switch 520c is on the other anchor arm 111 opposite switch 520b, and switch 520c and switch 520b face each other). The anchoring arm 111 may also have an elongated hole 112 formed therein. A trigger 312 movable in the elongated hole 112 is formed in the elongated hole 112. The trigger 312 may be fixed to the base 10 at a corresponding position, for example. When the anchor arm 111 is engaged with a corresponding interface on the vehicle, the trigger 312 moves relative to the elongated hole 112 and the switch 520b/520c is stationary relative to the elongated hole 112 such that the trigger 312 contacts the switch 520b/520c to close the switch 520b/520 c. With the anchor arm 111 engaged with a corresponding interface on the vehicle, the trigger 312 remains in a state that closes the corresponding switch 520b/520 c. In this way, a switch associated with the anchoring arm 111 may indicate that the anchoring arm 111 has been secured in place by being closed.
