3. The vehicle seat adjustment method according to claim 2, characterized in that the vehicle seat adjustment method further comprises:
when the vehicle is in a driving state, acquiring the facial expression of the user shot by a camera in the vehicle;
analyzing the facial expression to obtain the pain level of the user;
adjusting the weight according to the vehicle running time and the pain level;
and according to the adjusted body weight, searching the height and radian of the bulge matched with the adjusted body weight from the lumbar support parameter database so as to adjust the lumbar support.
4. The vehicle seat adjustment method according to claim 3, wherein after the facial expression of the user captured by the in-vehicle camera is acquired while the vehicle is in the traveling state, the vehicle seat adjustment method further comprises:
analyzing the facial expression to obtain the fatigue grade of the user;
when the fatigue grade is detected to be a preset fatigue grade and the vehicle is in a P gear, the backrest of the seat is adjusted to a preset position.
5. A vehicle seat adjustment method as set forth in claim 1, wherein said seat further includes a plurality of pressure sensors provided on a seat back and a seat cushion, and an infrared sensor provided on said seat headrest, said vehicle seat adjustment method further comprising:
when the fact that the user is located on the seat is detected, generating spine radian information of the user through the pressure sensor and generating cervical vertebra radian information of the user through the infrared sensor;
adjusting the height and the radian of a bulge of a lumbar support of the seat according to the vertebra radian information;
and adjusting the position of a headrest of the seat according to the cervical vertebra radian information.
6. The vehicle seat adjustment method according to claim 1, characterized in that the vehicle seat adjustment method further comprises:
when the user information matched with the face information is not found from the face database, the vehicle body camera shoots the image information of the user;
and analyzing the image information to obtain the user information of the user.
7. The vehicle seat adjustment method according to claim 6, wherein after the analyzing the image information to obtain user information of a user, the vehicle seat adjustment method further comprises:
and when the leg length and the upper body length of the user cannot be acquired by analyzing the image information, substituting the analyzed height of the user into a preset formula, and calculating to acquire the leg length and the upper body length.
8. The vehicle seat adjustment method according to claim 1, characterized in that the vehicle seat adjustment method further comprises:
when the key information is detected, a vehicle body camera positioned on a vehicle B parking position close to the driving position is started to shoot the face information of the user.

the seat adjusting parameter acquiring module is used for searching seat adjusting parameters corresponding to the user information from a preset seat adjusting parameter database according to the user information;
the seat adjusting parameter adjusting module is used for acquiring the temperature in the vehicle through a temperature sensor in the vehicle and adjusting the seat adjusting parameter according to the temperature in the vehicle;
and the vehicle seat adjusting module is used for adjusting the seat corresponding to the vehicle body camera according to the adjusted seat adjusting parameters.
10. A vehicle characterized by comprising a vehicle body, and the vehicle seat adjusting apparatus according to claim 9.
