The sawing mechanism 7 comprises a third frame 83, a distance is set between the third frame 83 and a supporting frame of the wood core heating mechanism at intervals, the third frame 83 comprises a counter, the counter supports a working saw, the working saw is an existing sizing saw, and the sizing saw is connected with a power source such as a motor to drive the sizing saw to rotate so as to cut the wood core.
The wood core after nailing and heating enters a sizing saw for sawing, and the working procedure can be sawed into corresponding lengths according to requirements.
In some examples, the feed conveyor, the gluing mechanism, the necking mechanism, the roller conveyor, the planing mechanism, the nailing mechanism and the core heating mechanism supported by the frame (the first frame 86 and the second frame 82) may be provided with two or three or other numbers, and simultaneously complete the work of a plurality of cores, the sawing mechanism may be provided with one or more rows of working saws by the third frame, and the sawing mechanism may simultaneously perform the sawing work of a plurality of cores.
