(a) Assembling an end cover:
(1) the catheter passes through the fixing through hole on the end cover body, so that the convex ring part on the positioning ring of the catheter is embedded into the positioning groove on the end cover body, and the positioning of the catheter on the end cover body is completed;
(2) the lower threaded hole of the sealing screw sleeve is in threaded connection with the sealing ring on the end cover body, so that the upper threaded hole of the sealing screw sleeve is in threaded connection with the positioning ring, the sealing screw sleeve is simultaneously connected with the sealing ring and the positioning ring, and the limiting and fixing of the sealing screw sleeve on the end cover body are completed;
(b) Installing a filter screen disc: fixing the filter screen disc on the end cover body to obtain a formed end cover;
(c) And (3) loading:
(1) inserting the support plate into the clamping sleeve on the side surface of the laminate, so that the support plate is limited on the laminate;
(2) inserting the clamping seat into a limiting through groove on the supporting plate from top to bottom, enabling the edge on the clamping seat to abut against the supporting plate, and completing limiting of the clamping seat on the supporting plate;
(3) sleeving the liquid guide tube on the positioning upright post on the clamping seat, so that the formed end cover is inverted on the clamping seat;
(d) And (3) finishing and forming a bracket:
(1) the fixed through groove on the first laminate is sleeved on the upper end head of the support column on the base, so that the first laminate is abutted against the baffle ring on the support column, and the first laminate is limited on the base;
(2) inserting the lower end of the first connecting column into the fixed through groove on the first laminate until the lower blocking part of the connecting column abuts against the first laminate, and completing the limit of the first connecting column on the first laminate; then, the fixed through groove on the second laminate is sleeved on the upper end head of the first connecting column, so that the second laminate is abutted against the upper blocking part of the connecting column, and the limit of the second laminate on the first connecting column is completed;
(3) according to the operation (2), installing an nth joint column on the nth laminate, and installing an (n+1) th laminate on the nth joint column, so as to gradually complete the stacking of the laminates, wherein N is a natural number greater than 1;
(4) the limiting rod sequentially passes through the positioning through holes on the clamping sleeve and the limiting through holes on the supporting plate from top to bottom, and the clamping sleeve of each layer is simultaneously connected through the limiting rod, so that the assembling of the finishing bracket is completed.
