6. the end head of the lower end of the main supporting rod 301 is inserted into a first connecting hole of a connecting seat 312 on the working table 12 and is locked by a first locking piece; inserting the tip of the upper end of the main supporting rod 301 into the first connecting hole 3121 of the connecting seat 312 at the side of the workpiece 11 to be processed, and locking by the first locking piece 3123;
7. through the aforementioned connection, a basic support of the workpiece 11 to be machined is achieved; rotating the outer sleeve 43 (and the ring sleeve 41) to adjust the length of the main supporting rod 301, thereby adjusting the state of the workpiece 11 to be processed;
8. after the length of the main support lever 301 is adjusted to the proper position, the sliding sleeve 44 is pushed and engaged with the outer casing 43, and the outer casing 43 is locked.
In the embodiment, the locking structures are adopted in the support column, the two connecting seats, the two fixing seats and other structures, and the main support rod is of a sectional structure, so that the clamping sequence is not limited to the above mode.
In this embodiment, the supporting column 20 and the workpiece supporting rod 30 may be made of metal, and the main supporting rod 301 of the workpiece supporting rod 30 may be made of plastic or other materials under the condition of meeting the precision, and in order to meet the matching precision of the positioning block 17, the positioning block 17 may be made of a wear-resistant high-precision material.

Claims (14)

1. The workpiece supporting rod is characterized by comprising a main supporting rod and two fixing seats, wherein the main supporting rod comprises at least two sections of branch supporting rods, at least two branch supporting rods are connected, the first end of the main supporting rod is movably connected with the first fixing seat through a rotating shaft, and the second end of the main supporting rod is also movably connected with the second fixing seat through a rotating shaft.
2. The workpiece support bar of claim 1, wherein the branch bar comprises a branch bar body and a connecting seat, an end of the branch bar body is provided at an outer end of the branch bar body, the connecting seat is provided with a first connecting hole and a first locking hole, the first connecting hole is formed at an end of the connecting seat, the first locking hole is formed at a side of the connecting seat, and the first connecting hole and the first locking hole are communicated with each other inside the connecting seat; one end of the end head is arranged in the first connecting hole, and the first locking piece is arranged in the first locking hole and matched with the end head in the first connecting hole, and locks the end head and the connecting seat.

The workpiece support bar of claim 2 wherein there are at least two of said first locking holes in each of said connecting blocks, two of said first locking holes being located on opposite sides of said connecting block, said first locking elements in said first locking holes on both sides being locked from both sides of said tip.
4. The workpiece support bar of claim 3 wherein said tip has convex locking teeth and said first locking element has concave locking teeth, said convex locking teeth of said tip cooperating with said concave locking teeth of said first locking element and locking said tip.

The workpiece support bar according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a second connecting member, wherein the fixing base is provided with a second connecting hole and a second locking hole, the second connecting hole is formed in an end portion of the fixing base, the second locking hole is formed in a side portion of the fixing base, and the second connecting hole and the second locking hole are communicated with each other inside the fixing base; one end of the second connecting piece is arranged in the second connecting hole, and the second locking piece is arranged in the second locking hole and matched with the second connecting piece in the second connecting hole, and the second connecting piece is locked with the fixed seat.

The workpiece support bar according to any one of claims 1 to 4 further comprising a collar, wherein the coupling end of a first of said split struts is provided with an external thread, the coupling end of a second of said split struts is hollow, said collar is provided at the coupling end of a second of said split struts, the middle of the collar is provided with an internal thread, the coupling end of the first of said split struts is inserted into the coupling end of the second of said split struts, and the internal thread is engaged with the external thread, and a circumferential fixing means is provided between the collar and the second of said split struts.

The workpiece support bar of claim 6, wherein the circumferential fixing means comprises an outer sleeve, a circumferential retainer, the outer sleeve and the ring sleeve being fixedly connected by a connecting pin; the end part of the second branch supporting rod connecting end is provided with a limiting flange, one end of the outer sleeve body, which is opposite to the limiting flange, is provided with a neck part, the neck part of the outer sleeve body is sleeved at the end part of the second branch supporting rod and axially limits the limiting flange, and the outer sleeve body is limited by a circumferential limiting part.
8. The workpiece support bar of claim 7 wherein the circumferential retaining member comprises a sliding sleeve and a retaining pin, the sliding sleeve is sleeved on a second of the sub-support bar connection ends and has an end opposite to the end of the outer sleeve, the sliding sleeve has a first engaging portion at the end, the outer sleeve has a second engaging portion at the end, the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are engaged, and the retaining pin is mounted between the sliding sleeve and the second of the sub-support bars; and a first circumferential limiting part is arranged on the circumferential outer side of the second sub-support rod connecting end, a second circumferential limiting part is arranged on the circumferential inner side of the sliding sleeve, and the first circumferential limiting part is matched with the second circumferential limiting part.
9. The workpiece support bar of claim 8 wherein the first and second engaging portions are male and female teeth.
10. The workpiece support bar of claim 8 wherein said first circumferential limit portion is an outer locating surface provided on a circumferential outer side of a second of said split struts, said outer locating surface extending in a longitudinal direction of said split struts, and said second circumferential limit portion is an inner locating surface provided on an inner wall of said slide sleeve, said outer locating surface being in sliding engagement with said inner locating surface in a longitudinal direction of said second of said split struts.
11. The workpiece support bar of claim 8 wherein a retaining ring is further fitted over a second of said sub-bars, said retaining ring being located laterally of said sleeve and retaining said sleeve.
12. The workpiece supporting device is characterized by comprising a working table, a workpiece to be processed, at least two supporting columns and the workpiece supporting rod in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the lower part of the workpiece to be processed is arranged on the working table through the at least two supporting columns, one end of the workpiece supporting rod is connected with the side part of the workpiece to be processed, and the other end of the workpiece supporting rod is connected with the working table.
13. The workpiece support device according to claim 12, wherein the support column comprises a splicing body, a third connecting hole and a third lock hole are arranged in the splicing body, the third connecting hole is formed in an end portion of each splicing body, the third lock hole is formed in a side portion of the splicing body, and the third connecting hole and the third lock hole are communicated with each other inside the splicing body; one end of the third connecting piece is arranged in the third connecting hole, the third locking piece is arranged in the third locking hole, and the third locking piece is matched with the third connecting piece in the third connecting hole and locks the third connecting piece and the splicing body.
14. A method for supporting a workpiece, characterized in that,
mounting the lower part of a workpiece to be processed on a workbench surface through a support column;
connecting the first branch supporting rod with the working table top through a fixed seat at the end part of the first branch supporting rod, and connecting the second branch supporting rod with the side part of the workpiece to be processed through a fixed seat at the end part of the second branch supporting rod;
and butting the first branch supporting rod with the second branch supporting rod to realize the fixation of the workpiece to be processed.
