Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of production and manufacture of installation bushes of airplane lubricating bearings, in particular to a rapid positioning method and a positioning device for intersection points of an outer circular ring groove and an inner spiral groove, which comprise a core rod, a bush, a positioning pin, a positioner and a nut, wherein the core rod is clamped on a three-jaw dividing disc, the bush needing to be punched is sleeved on a matching shaft at the thin end of the core rod, the nut is pre-tightened at the thread position of the core rod to ensure that the bush can rotate by hand, the positioning pin and the positioner are held by hands, the thin end of the positioner is inserted into an axial hole of the matching shaft at the thin end of the core rod, the positioning pin penetrates through a radial hole at the thin end part of the core rod, the bush is rotated by one hand, the positioner is forced towards the core rod by the other hand, the positioner is clamped into a bush groove when the positioning pin, and the nut is screwed down, compared with the prior art, the positioning pin is inserted into the core rod to accurately position the positioner, the positioner is fixed by the bush and the nut, the intersection point of the outer circular ring groove and the inner rotary groove is quickly positioned, complex precision measurement is not needed, and the method has high application value.

Background
In the buffer strut of the landing gear of the airplane, due to the influence of the reasons of structural complexity, environmental factors and the like, the bearing in the operation process needs to be fully lubricated, and an outer circular ring groove on a mounting bush of the bearing is required to be communicated with a spiral groove in the bearing.
The existing production and manufacturing needs to utilize high-end measuring instruments and equipment for processing, but the main defects in the prior art are as follows:
1. the processing efficiency is low, and the measuring period is long;
2. the processing and positioning are difficult, and the position of the hole can not be ensured to be just on the outer circular groove and the inner spiral groove;
3. the equipment utilization rate is low, the processing cost is high, and the success rate is low.
Therefore, a method and a device for quickly positioning the intersection point of the outer circular groove and the inner spiral groove are needed to be designed, the above-mentioned technical problems are solved, the intersection point of the outer circular groove and the inner spiral groove can be quickly positioned through a simple tool design, and complex precise measurement is not needed.

s3: pre-tightening a nut at the thread of the core rod to ensure that the bushing can rotate by hand;
s4: the positioning pin and the positioner are held by hands, the thin end of the positioner is inserted into an axial hole of the matching shaft of the thin end of the core rod, and the positioning pin penetrates through a radial hole of the thin end part of the core rod;
s5: and one hand rotates the bush, the other hand holds the positioner to apply force towards the core rod, and when the positioning pin is clamped in the bush groove, the nut is screwed down.
Compared with the prior art, the positioning device is accurately positioned by inserting the positioning pin into the core rod and is fixed by the bushing and the nut, so that the intersection point of the outer circular ring groove and the inner rotary groove can be quickly positioned, complex precision measurement is not required, and the positioning device has higher application value.

A quick positioning method for a positioning device of an intersection point of an outer circular groove and an inner circular groove comprises the following steps:
s1: clamping the core rod 1 on a three-jaw index plate;
