The whole clamp is of an eccentric structure, namely the center of gravity is not located at the center of the clamp, a floating positioning structure is arranged on the positioning plate 2 in consideration of the stress condition of the seawater pump shell 9 in the turning process, namely, the pressing plate 6 which can horizontally rotate on the connecting seat 4, and a connecting structure consisting of the balancing pin 61 and the auxiliary positioning pin 62 which are located at two ends of the pressing plate 6 are adjusted and locked after floating positioning is carried out, so that the inclined torque formed after the seawater pump shell 9 is subjected to axial cutting component force is offset, and the stress deformation of the shell is reduced to the maximum extent.
