on the other hand, in the working process of the ventilation assembly 3, the air flow enters the second air outlet pipe 33, the third air outlet pipe 34 and the auxiliary air outlet part 35 through the first air outlet pipe 31, and can be sent to the first air outlet end 312, the second air outlet end 331, the third air outlet end 341 and the auxiliary air outlet groove 36 respectively, so that a plurality of different air flows are formed, wherein the linear air flow formed by the first air outlet end 312, the second air outlet end 331 and the third air outlet end 341 can intensively dissipate heat in the direction of the cutting device, and the spiral air flow formed by the auxiliary air outlet groove 36 can enhance the chip concentration effect in the direction of the cutting device, so as to be beneficial to intensively processing chips generated in the cutting process and chips difficult to clean, specifically, the spiral air flow formed by the auxiliary air outlet groove 36 can push the chips generated by cutting to the directions of both sides of the plate, so as to prevent the chips from being accumulated on the plate, and further avoid the influence of the chips generated by the chips when the cutting edge of the cutting tool 53 during cutting, and thus generating a large amount of burrs on the cutting surface of the plate;
on the other hand, the material pressing disc 23 is along with the reciprocating in-process of hydraulic rod piece 22, it also can drive the removal of subassembly 3 of ventilating, and then reach the purpose of regulation and control range of blowing, specifically, the removal of subassembly 3 of ventilating can make the air current and the increase of the contact volume of panel upper portion space, when improving the cooling effect, both reduced panel cutting thermal deformation, also help promoting the air current to the piece clearance effect on panel surface, and utilize the air current of high-speed flow, make panel top pressure reduce, and then improved the firm effect of pushing down of swager 2.
Referring to fig. 1-4,7-8, an alignment mechanism 4 is disposed on the mounting side plate 1, the alignment mechanism 4 is disposed on the inner side of the first supporting rod 15, the alignment mechanism 4 has an alignment base body 41, the alignment base body 41 has a rectangular plate-shaped structure, a plurality of connecting ends 42 are disposed on the long side of the alignment base body 41, the connecting ends 42 have a semi-cylindrical structure, connecting holes 47 are disposed on the connecting ends 42, the connecting holes 47 penetrate through the upper and lower bottom surfaces of the connecting ends 42, a plurality of alignment rotating shafts 43 are disposed on one side surface of the alignment base body 41, rubber bushings 44 are sleeved on the alignment rotating shafts 43, two end portions of the alignment rotating shafts 43 are respectively and fixedly connected to the connecting ends 42, an alignment auxiliary fan 45 is disposed on the mounting bottom plate 11, a spring connecting member 46 is disposed on the other side surface of the alignment base body 41, and the other end portion of the spring connecting member 46 is fixedly connected to the mounting side plate 1;
the design of the alignment mechanism 4, on one hand, can realize that when the plate is conveyed to the cutting device, the position of the plate is corrected, specifically, two alignment bases 41 which are parallel to each other are symmetrically arranged, when the plate is conveyed, if the plate is inclined, one corner of the plate will be firstly contacted with the rubber shaft sleeve 44, so that the rubber shaft sleeve 44 can guide the plate, the side edge of the plate is enabled to be displaced along the rubber shaft sleeve 44, until the side surface of the plate is parallel to the plane of the alignment base 41, and the purpose of correcting the position of the plate is achieved; on the other hand, the spring connecting piece 46 arranged on the rear side of the alignment substrate can adjust the deformation amount of the alignment substrate according to the inclination degree of the plate, so that the alignment substrate 41 is prevented from being violently collided when being contacted with the side face of the plate to damage the rubber shaft sleeve 44 or the side face of the plate, and the rubber shaft sleeve 44 is beneficial to passivating burrs on the side face of the plate when being contacted with the side face of the plate; on the other hand, the alignment auxiliary fan 45 assists the alignment base 41 to correct the position of the inclined plate by the upward wind force, and helps to shake the plate up and down, thereby removing fine impurities such as dust on the surface of the plate.
