The fixed block 5 is externally provided with a motor 501, a bearing plate 502, a first rotating wheel 503, a second rotating wheel 504, a transmission belt 505, a stop lever 506 and a top block 507, the motor 501 is arranged on the front surface of the fixed block 5, the bearing plate 502 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the transmission belt 505, the bottom of the motor 501 can be supported by means of a special arc angle of the bearing plate 502, and can be fixed at the same time, when the dust collector needs to be inclined, the first rotating wheel 503 is arranged on the left side of the fixed block 5, the second rotating wheel 504 is arranged on the left side of a left baffle 61, the first rotating wheel 503 and the second rotating wheel 504 are in transmission connection with the motor 501 through the transmission belt 505, the stop lever 506 is fixedly connected to the left side of the fixed block 5, the top block 507 is fixedly connected to one side of the stop lever 506 close to the transmission belt 505, the dust collector can be moved to a position where dust collection work needs to be carried out by means of the roller 3, then, the motor 501 starts the first rotating wheel 503 and the second rotating wheel 504 to be influenced by the transmission belt 505 to respectively drive the first rotating rod and the second rotating rod to rotate;
the outer surface of the transmission belt 505 is in contact with the outer surface of the top block 507, the motor 501 is fixedly connected with the fixed block 5 through the bearing plate 502, the effect of limiting the outer side of the transmission belt 505 is achieved through the top block 507, the transmission efficiency of the transmission belt 505 can be improved to a certain degree, and the rotation effect of the first rotating wheel 504 and the second rotating wheel 503 is improved in a phase-changing manner.
The right end of the second rotating wheel 504 is fixedly connected with the left end of one rotating rod, and the right end of the first rotating wheel 503 is fixedly connected with the left end of the second rotating rod.
One specific application of this embodiment is: the dust collector can be moved to a position where dust collection is needed by the roller 3, then the motor 501 is used for starting the first rotating wheel 503 and the second rotating wheel 504 which are both influenced by the transmission belt 505 to respectively drive the first rotating rod and the second rotating rod to rotate, when the dust collector needs to be inclined, the hydraulic press 11 is started, the right-angle plate 12 can lift one side of the water tank 4 through the positioning plate 13 under the influence of the right-angle plate 12, and further the inclined effect is achieved, at the moment, the positioning plate 13 positioned at the other side can achieve the supporting effect, the cylindrical rod 64 is influenced by the first rotating rod to drive the spiral plate 65 to rotate, the rotating spiral plate 65 can suck dust from the left side of the bottom of the arc-shaped plate 6, then the dust can flow downwards along with the guide of the spiral plate 65 and the spiral groove, the dust entering the fixed block 5 can enter the cylindrical groove of the circular block 51 through the strip opening under the influence of attraction force generated when the rotating assembly 53 rotates, the square board 532 of pivoted and the short board 533 of arc can drive the dust and rotate, under the restriction of arc commentaries on classics board 534 the dust can enter into the space department in square board 532 and the arc commentaries on classics board 534 after filtering through the filter screen of air inlet one, then in the filter screen two of air inlet two once more, then the dust after filtering is constantly filtered then discharge circular block 51 under square board 532 pivoted influence, the dust still can receive the influence in a certain extent and enter into water tank 4 through cylinder pipe 55 this moment, the dust that relies on cylinder pipe 55 to enter into in water tank 4 can be through the clear water then remove to the upper end, further reached the filterable effect to the dust, very big degree has improved the filter effect to the dust, then the dust after being filtered can flow through the gas outlet at water tank 4 top. 1. A mobile dust suction device for manufacturing an industrial automatic control device is characterized by comprising:
the support plate (1), the support plate (1) is square, the bottom of the support plate (1) is fixedly connected with a connecting plate (2), the lower end of the inside of the connecting plate (2) is transversely and fixedly connected with a first fixing rod, the front side and the rear side of the first fixing rod are rotatably connected with idler wheels (3), the top of the support plate (1) is fixedly connected with a water tank (4), the top of the water tank (4) is fixedly connected with a fixing block (5), and the top of the fixing block (5) is transversely and fixedly connected with an arc-shaped plate (6);

the top and the bottom of the fixing block (5) are provided with square openings.

The mobile dust collector for manufacturing the industrial automatic control device according to claim 3, wherein the circular block (51) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the fixed block (5) through an arc-shaped block (52), the upper side and the lower side of the outer surface of the circular block (51) are provided with long openings, the long openings are connected with the cylindrical groove, and the left side and the right side of the top end of the collecting plate (54) are fixedly connected with the arc-shaped block (52);
the bottom of the cylindrical pipe (55) penetrates through the square opening at the bottom and extends into the water tank (4).

The mobile dust collector for manufacturing the industrial automatic control device according to claim 4, wherein the rotating assembly (53) comprises a round rod (531), a square plate (532), an arc-shaped short plate (533), an arc-shaped rotating plate (534) and a clamping block (535), the round rod (531) is fixedly connected with a rotating rod II, the square plate (532) is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the round rod (531), the arc-shaped short plate (533) is fixedly connected with the left side of the square plate (532), the right side of the arc-shaped short plate (533) is provided with a semicircular opening, the arc-shaped rotating plate (534) is rotatably connected with the inside of the semicircular opening, and the clamping block (535) is fixedly connected with the right side of the square plate (532);

The mobile dust collector for manufacturing industrial automation control device according to claim 1, wherein the water tank (4) comprises a vertical plate (41), a limiting plate (42) and a sliding plate (43), the vertical plate (41) is disposed at the left and right sides inside the water tank (4), the limiting plate (42) is disposed at the upper end of the inner surface of the vertical plate (41), and the sliding plate (43) is disposed at the bottom of the limiting plate (42);
the top of the water tank (4) is provided with a square opening, one end, far away from each other, of each limiting plate (42) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the square opening, and one side, close to each other, of each limiting plate (42) is fixedly connected with the vertical plate (41).
