The valve driving device such as an air cylinder or a motor arranged on the mounting plate can drive the valve core assembly to rotate, so that the valve is controlled to be opened or closed, and the driving is simpler. Referring to fig. 2 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an AB glue dispensing device, including: the glue dispensing device comprises a mounting plate 10, a glue feeding device 20, a glue dispensing valve assembly 30 and a valve driving device 40, wherein the glue feeding device 20 is movably arranged on the mounting plate 10; as shown in fig. 2, the glue feeding device 20 is movably arranged on the mounting plate 10. In this way, the glue inlet device 20 can be more conveniently separated from the glue dispensing valve assembly 30.
One end of the dispensing valve assembly 30 is detachably connected with the glue feeding device 20, so as to introduce glue into the dispensing valve assembly 30; because the dispensing valve assembly 30 is detachably connected with the glue feeding device 20, after the glue feeding device 20 moves up, the dispensing valve assembly 30 can be more conveniently removed from the glue feeding device 20, so that the dispensing valve assembly 30 can be conveniently replaced. One end of the glue mixing pipe 304 is detachably connected with the other end of the valve body 303, and is used for introducing mixed glue into the valve body 303; the end of the rubber mixing pipe 304 far away from the valve body 303 is provided with a rubber inlet, as shown in fig. 4, the other end of the rubber mixing pipe 304 is provided with a rubber inlet head, the rubber inlet head is respectively provided with a first rubber inlet and a second rubber inlet, the first rubber inlet is used for introducing first glue into the rubber mixing pipe 304, and the second rubber inlet is used for introducing second glue into the rubber mixing pipe 304. Glue can be introduced into the glue mixing pipe 304 through the glue inlet, and AB glue can be mixed through the glue mixing pipe 304. The end of the rubber mixing tube 304 has a circular truncated cone structure. In this way, the one end of the glue mixing pipe 304 can be better inserted into the valve body 303, so that the one end of the glue mixing pipe 304 is detachably connected with the other end of the valve body 303, and when the dispensing valve assembly 30 is replaced, the glue mixing pipe 304 and the valve body 303 can be replaced more conveniently. For example, when the dispensing valve assembly 30 is replaced, the glue inlet device 20 may drive the glue mixing tube 304 to move upwards, so as to separate the glue mixing tube 304 and the valve body 303 from each other. Thus, the mixing tube 304 and the valve body 303 can be replaced separately. Glue may be injected into the valve body 303 through the mixing tube 304.
The valve core assembly 301 is disposed in the valve body 303, a through hole is disposed on one side of the valve body 303, and the valve core assembly 301 is connected with the valve driving device 40 through the through hole. As shown in fig. 4, the valve core assembly 301 is led out through a through hole on the valve body 303, and is connected to a rotation shaft of the valve driving device 40. In this way, the valve driving device 40 (the air cylinder 401) can rotate under the electric drive, and the glue channel of the dispensing valve assembly 30 is controlled to be opened and closed. And this way of driving is relatively simple. So that the driving device is easy to separate from the dispensing valve assembly 30 and the dispensing valve assembly 30 is convenient to replace.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the AB glue dispensing device further includes: the glue feeding device 20 is installed on the mounting plate 10 through the sliding block assembly 50, so that the glue feeding device 20 can move along the sliding block assembly 50.
The motor 60 is connected to the slider assembly 50, and is used for driving the slider assembly 50 and the glue feeding device 20 disposed on the slider assembly 50 to move. When the dispensing valve assembly 30 needs to be replaced, the motor 60 may drive the glue feeding device 20 to move along the sliding block, so as to separate the glue mixing tube 304 disposed at the end of the glue feeding device 20 from the valve body 303. This facilitates the removal and disposal of the mixing tube 304, the valve body 303, and the valve element assembly 301 provided on the valve body 303, respectively, for individual replacement.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the AB glue dispensing device further includes: a cooling device 70, and the dispensing valve assembly 30 is mounted on the mounting plate 10 through the cooling device 70. Since the two types of glue of the AB glue generate a lot of heat when the glue lines 304 are mixed.
