In the pigment spraying process, in order to improve the quality of the spraying environment, the air pump 121 is started, the dust near the paper packing box and the pigment splashed all around are extracted by the fixing shell 122, the impurities can be blocked under the action of the filter plate 125, so that the pigment splashed all around can be prevented, the air pump 121 is closed when the paper packing box is not used, if the filter plate 125 needs to be cleaned, the rotating buckle 124 can be rotated, the cover plate 123 is rotated and opened, then the filter plate 125 is cleaned, the filter plate 125 is reset afterwards, the cover plate 123 is closed, the rotating buckle 124 is rotated and reset, and the cover plate 123 is buckled again by the rotating buckle 124.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 16, 17 and 18, the adjusting mechanism 13 is further included, which can adjust the calibration distance according to the size of the paper packaging box, the adjusting mechanism 13 includes a second fixing block 131 and a second calibration member 132, the second fixing block 131 is disposed in the middle of the first calibration member 112, the second calibration member 132 is slidably connected in the second fixing block 131, the second fixing block 131 can guide the second calibration member 132, and the second calibration member 132 is slidably connected with the first calibration member 112.
As shown in fig. 18, the second fixing block 131 further includes a rotating buckle 133, the rotating buckle 133 is screwed to the second fixing block 131, and the rotating buckle 133 can clamp the second alignment member 132.
Use adjustment mechanism 13 can be according to the size of paper packing box, thereby adjust the calibration distance, at first detain 133 with the rotation and rotate and keep away from second calibration piece 132, then can carry out inside and outside removal with second calibration piece 132, can adjust second calibration piece 132 position like this, adjust the back, can reverse the rotation and detain 133, make the rotation detain 133 can chucking second calibration piece 132, so can drive second calibration piece 132 when first calibration piece 112 removes and remove and calibrate the paper packing box.

A side spraying device for producing paper packing boxes comprises a frame (1) and a spraying mechanism (8), wherein the spraying mechanism (8) for spraying the side of the paper packing box is arranged on the upper portion of the frame (1), and the side spraying device is characterized by further comprising a support frame (2), a motor (3), a gear disc (4), a first guide plate (5), a rack (6), a pushing frame (61), a first fixing rod (7) and a bearing mechanism (9), the top of the frame (1) is connected with the support frame (2) through a bolt, the upper portion of the support frame (2) is connected with the motor (3) through a bolt, gear discs (4) are arranged on output shafts of the front side and the rear side of the motor (3), the first guide plate (5) are welded on the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the frame (1), the rack (6) is connected on the first guide plate (5) in a sliding mode, the rack (6) is meshed with the gear discs (4), the pushing frame (61) is arranged between the left upper portion of the rack (6), the pushing frame (61) is connected with the frame (1) in a sliding mode, the first fixing rod (7) is arranged between the left portion of the rack (6), and the upper portion of the paper packing box (9) is welded with the bearing mechanism for supporting mechanism;
the paint spraying mechanism (8) comprises a support (81), a fixed guide frame (82), a water pump (83), a hose (84), an atomizer (85), a second fixing rod (86) and a reset spring (87), the right side of the top of the frame (1) is connected with the fixed guide frame (82) through a bolt, the lower left part of the frame (1) is connected with the support (81) through a bolt, the top of the support (81) is connected with the water pump (83) through a bolt, the front side and the rear side of the water pump (83) are both connected with the hose (84), the front side and the rear side of the fixed guide frame (82) are both connected with the atomizer (85) in a sliding manner, the atomizer (85) is connected with the hose (84), the reset spring (87) is connected between the left side and the right side of the atomizer (85) and the frame (1), and the top of the atomizer (85) is provided with the second fixing rod (86);
the bearing mechanism (9) comprises a rotating plate (91), a torsion spring (92), a first connecting rod (93) and a first rotating rod (94), the rotating plate (91) is rotatably connected to the middle of the upper portion of the frame (1), the torsion springs (92) are arranged between the front side and the rear side of the rotating plate (91) and the frame (1), the first rotating rod (94) is rotatably connected to the upper left portion of the frame (1), and the first connecting rod (93) is rotatably connected between the lower portion of the first rotating rod (94) and the rotating plate (91);

when the paper packaging box is in an initial state, the first fixing rod (7) is in a state of shifting the first rotating rod (94) leftwards, the rotating plate (91) is in a state of being opened in a rotating mode, the torsion spring (92) is in a twisted state, then the rack (6) moves rightwards to drive the pushing frame (61) and the first fixing rod (7) to move rightwards, when the first fixing rod (7) is separated from the first rotating rod (94), the rotating plate (91) is driven to rotate anticlockwise to reset under the action of the torsion spring (92), the rotating plate (91) rotates to be in a linear state with the upper portion of the frame (1), meanwhile, the pushing frame (61) moves rightwards to push the paper packaging box, and after the paper packaging box moves to the top of the rotating plate (91), the rotating plate (91) supports the paper packaging box;
the rack (6) moves rightwards to drive the first fixing block (101) to move rightwards, when the first fixing block (101) is in contact with the sliding block (103), the sliding block (103) is driven to move rightwards, the sliding block (103) moves rightwards to drive the second fixing rod (86) to move downwards through the pull wire (105), and the second fixing rod (86) moves downwards to drive the sprayer to move downwards.
