The fastening assembly comprises a fixing piece which is arranged at the end part of the supporting cylinder and can move in the direction vertical to the axis of the supporting cylinder and an adjusting ring which is rotatably arranged at the end part of the supporting cylinder and can adjust the position of the fixing piece after rotating, and particularly, the end part of the supporting cylinder is provided with an annular groove for installing the adjusting ring, the adjusting ring is correspondingly provided with a connecting ring, and the connecting ring is nested in the annular groove; the width H of the ring groove is 2 times of the width H of the connecting ring; the end part of the adjusting ring is provided with an arc-shaped groove, and the fixed part is provided with a moving block matched with the arc-shaped groove (the moving block is inserted into the arc-shaped groove); when the driving fastening assembly fastens the arm, the adjusting ring is rotated and drives the arc-shaped groove located on the end face of the adjusting ring to rotate, the rotating arc-shaped groove drives the moving block to move, and the moving block drives the fixing piece to move. The fixing piece comprises a moving plate and an arc-shaped plate which are fixedly connected with each other, the moving block is arranged at the end part of the moving plate, and the fixing piece is pressed on the arm by the arc-shaped plate after moving at the occurrence position to fix the arm. The arm support device can support the arm by using the support cylinder, the arm is fastened by using the fastening component arranged at one end of the support cylinder during supporting, the fastening process is convenient and quick, and meanwhile, the air bag which is arranged on the inner wall of the support cylinder and is filled with hot air is used for warming the blood in the arm, so that the influence degree of low-temperature blood on the heart rate of a patient is reduced, and the stability of the operation is realized.

Claims (8)

1. An arm abduction bracket for an operating bed is characterized by comprising a supporting cylinder; a fastening component for fixing the arm is arranged at the end part of the supporting cylinder;
the fastening assembly comprises a fixing piece and an adjusting ring, wherein the fixing piece is mounted at the end part of the supporting cylinder and can stretch in the direction vertical to the axis of the supporting cylinder, and the adjusting ring is rotatably mounted at the end part of the supporting cylinder and can drive the fixing piece to move after rotating; the end surface of the adjusting ring is provided with an arc-shaped groove, and the fixed part is provided with a moving block matched with the arc-shaped groove; the end part of the supporting cylinder is provided with a ring groove for installing an adjusting ring, the inner edge of the adjusting ring is provided with a connecting ring, and the connecting ring is nested in the ring groove;
the fixing piece comprises a moving plate and an arc-shaped plate which are fixedly connected with each other, and the end part of the supporting cylinder is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the moving plate;
a rotary positioning assembly for positioning the adjusting ring is arranged in the ring groove; the rotary positioning assembly comprises a plurality of first positioning grooves arranged on one side edge of the annular groove and a first clamping block arranged on one side of the connecting ring and capable of being correspondingly inserted into the first positioning grooves; the other end surface of the connecting ring is provided with an elastic component for driving the first clamping block to be inserted into the first positioning groove;
the inner wall of the supporting cylinder is provided with a plurality of air bags which are in contact with the arms of the patient and are filled with hot air.
2. The arm abduction bracket for an operating bed according to claim 1, characterized in that said annular groove has a width H2 times greater than the width H of the connection ring.

The arm abduction bracket for the operating table according to claim 1, wherein the elastic component comprises a mounting hole disposed on the end surface of the connection ring away from the first fixture block, a ball movably mounted in the mounting hole, and a support spring for supporting the ball, one end of the support spring is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting hole, and the other end of the support spring is welded to the outer wall of the ball.
4. The arm abduction bracket for an operating bed according to claim 1, wherein a heating means for heating the gas inside the air bag is provided inside said support cylinder.

The arm abduction bracket for an operating bed according to claim 4, wherein said heating means comprises an air cylinder disposed in correspondence with said air bag, a piston rod movably mounted in said air cylinder, and a piston rod driving means for driving said piston rod to move; the air bag is arranged at the end part of the inflator and is communicated with the interior of the inflator, and a heating sheet for heating the air in the air bag is arranged at the bottom position in the inflator.

The arm abduction bracket for an operating bed according to claim 5, wherein said piston rod driving assembly comprises a partition cylinder provided inside said support cylinder, a driving plate slidably mounted on said partition cylinder; a driving groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the piston rod, of the driving plate; the driving groove is a groove with an inclined bottom surface; the lower end of the piston rod is abutted against the bottom of the driving groove; a spring for driving the piston rod to reset is arranged in the inflator;
the driving plate is driven by a driving plate driving assembly to perform reciprocating movement.
7. The arm abduction bracket for an operating bed according to claim 5, wherein said piston rod is a double-headed rod, and an upper portion of the piston rod is fixedly connected to the air bag.

The arm abduction bracket for an operating bed according to claim 6, wherein said driving plate driving assembly comprises a driving ring rotatably mounted at one end inside said supporting cylinder, a connecting rod fixedly connected to one end of said driving plate and a driving motor for driving the driving ring to rotate; the driving ring is provided with a guide groove which is in a long wave shape; the end part of the connecting rod is slidably arranged in the guide groove.
