The opening of the mounting groove 12 of the upper support base 120 is located on the lower surface of the base 11, the opening of the mounting groove 12 of the lower support base 110 is located on the upper surface of the base 11, so that when the upper support base 120 and the lower support base 120 are mounted on the support rod 30, the mounting groove 12 of the upper support base 120 and the mounting groove 12 of the lower support base 110 are disposed up and down in opposition, and both the mounting grooves 12 are located on the same axis 101, when the pair of elastic rotation buckles 20 of the basket 40 are respectively embedded in the two mounting grooves 12 of the pair of support bases 10, the basket 40 can rotate relative to the support rod 30 and rotate along the axis 101 of the pair of mounting grooves 12.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in the rack 100 provided by the present invention, the elastic rotary buckle 20 is fixed on the outer side surface of the basket 40, and the elastic rotary buckle 20 includes a housing 21 fixedly connected with the basket 40, a rotary column 22 disposed in the housing 21, and a first spring 23 disposed in the housing 21 and between the housing 21 and the rotary column 22. In the initial state, the connection structure between the elastic rotation buckle 20 and the lower support base 110 is as shown in fig. 3. The first spring 23 of the elastic rotary buckle 20 pushes out the end of the rotary column 22 from the inside of the housing 21 and inserts into the mounting groove 12 of the supporting seat 10, so that the basket 40 rotates around the axis 101 of the mounting groove 12. When the elastic rotation buckle 20 is separated from the support base 10, the connection structure between the elastic rotation buckle 20 and the upper support base 120 is as shown in fig. 3. The push button 1422 of the push assembly 142 of the elastic rotary buckle 20 presses the elastic rotary buckle 20 downwards, so that the rotary column 22 in the elastic rotary buckle 20 presses the first spring 23 downwards, the rotary column 22 enters the housing 21, only one point of the rotary column 22 exposed out of the housing 21 slides out along the guide groove 13 on the side surface of the upper support base 120, and in the sliding-out process, the first spring 23 pushes the rotary column 22 upwards, so that the end part of the rotary column 22 stretches out of the end part of the housing 21 again.
As shown in fig. 2, in the connection structure provided by the present invention, the housing 21 of the elastic rotary buckle 20 includes a cylinder 211 and a first end cap 212 disposed at one end of the cylinder 211. The first end cap 212 and the cylinder 211 are connected to each other, thereby realizing a hollow structure accommodating the rotation column 22 and the first spring 23. When the first end cap 212 is separated from the cylindrical body 211, the first spring 23 is fitted to one end of the rotary column 22, one end fitted with the first spring 23 is inserted into the cylindrical body 211, and the rotary column 22 is restrained by the first end cap 212 from the other end to the cylindrical body 211. The first spring 23 is provided in the cylinder 211, and pushes out the end of the rotary column 22 from one end of the first end cap 212.
The rotary post 22 of the elastic rotary buckle 20 includes a vertical post 221 and an abutment ring 222 disposed around the outer edge surface of the vertical post 221. In the present embodiment, the rotating post 22 is disposed through the housing 21. A first end cap 212 is provided at one end of the cylinder 211 of the housing 21, a central hole through which the vertical cylinder 221 extends is provided in the first end cap 212, and a central hole through which the vertical cylinder 221 extends is also provided at the other end of the cylinder 211, so that the rotary column 22 is inserted through the center of the housing 21. The abutment ring 222 of the rotary column 22 divides the vertical column 221 into a first column section and a second column section, wherein the first column section extends from the first end cap 212, the second column section is mostly located in the cylinder 211, and the tail of the second column section extends from the cylinder 211. The first spring 23 in the elastic rotary buckle 20 is sleeved on the vertical column 221, and pushes the abutting ring 222 to the first end cover 212. The first spring 23 is disposed in the cylinder 211 such that one end of the first spring 23 abuts against the cylinder 211 and the other end abuts against one end surface of the abutment ring 222 of the rotary column 22 located in the cylinder 211.
In the initial state, the other end face of the abutment ring 222 of the rotary column 22 abuts against the first end cap 212 under the urging of the first spring 23. The first end cap 212 includes a cap body coupled to the cylinder 211 and an inner ring disposed on one side surface of the cap body, and is inserted into the cylinder 211 as the first end cap 212 is fixed to the cylinder 211. When the first spring 23 pushes the rotary column 22, the abutting ring 222 is directly connected to the bottom surface of the inner ring of the first end cap 212, and the rotary column 22 is fixed in the cylinder 211 through the first end cap 212. When the button 1422 of the pressing unit 142 pushes the rotary column 22, the rotary column 22 presses the first spring 23 downward, so that the vertical column 221 of the rotary column 22 moves downward with respect to the cylinder 211 as a whole, at this time, the second column section of the vertical column 221 protrudes downward through the cylinder 211, and the abutment ring 222 of the rotary column 22 is separated from the inner ring of the first end cap 212. The first cylinder section of the vertical cylinder 221 of the rotating column 22 mostly enters the cylinder 211 of the housing 21, and only a small part of the end is exposed, and moves to the outside of the base 11 along with the guide groove 13 of the supporting seat 10, and in the process of moving to the outside, the first spring 23 pushes the rotating column 22 to return to the initial state.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the connection structure of the rack 100 provided in the present invention, the end of the vertical column 221 of the rotary column 22 of the elastic rotary buckle 20 extending from the first end cap 212 is a spherical arc surface 223. Correspondingly, the bottom surface of the mounting groove 12 of the lower support seat 110 is an arc surface 121 matched with the vertical column 221. The spherical cambered surface 223 of the vertical column 221 is mutually attached to the circular arc surface 121 in the mounting groove 12, so that when the supporting seat 10 is connected with the elastic rotary buckle 20, the elastic rotary buckle 20 can conveniently rotate inside the supporting seat 10, and the rotation between the elastic rotary buckle 20 and the supporting seat 10 is smoother and smoother.
In the present embodiment, the basket 40 of the rack 100 is a rectangular basket, and has four parallel sides disposed vertically, and the pair of elastic rotary buckles 20 of the connecting structure are disposed on the sides of any rectangular basket. The housing 21 of the elastic rotary hook 20 and the rectangular basket of the basket 40 may be integrally connected by welding, gluing or an integral molding.
In the article carrier 100 provided by the invention, the connecting structure connects the article basket 40 and the support rod 30 in a detachable and movable manner, so that not only can the article basket 40 and the support rod 30 be detached and the article on the article basket 40 can be conveniently taken and placed, but also the relative positions of a pair of support seats 10 on the support rod 30 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the relative height of the article basket 40 on the support rod 30 and realizing the adjustment of different heights of the article basket 40 on the support rod 30. In addition, when the supporting seat 10 and the elastic rotary buckle 20 in the connecting structure of the article carrier 100 provided by the invention are connected, the elastic rotary buckle 20 can rotate relative to the supporting seat 10, so that the relative rotation between the article basket 40 and the supporting rod 30 is realized, and when the article basket 40 is not taken down, the rotation between the article basket 40 and the supporting rod 30 is also realized, so that the adjacent article baskets 40 are staggered mutually in the vertical direction.

Claims (11)

1. The article placing rack is characterized by comprising at least three supporting rods and at least one article placing basket arranged between the supporting rods, wherein the article placing basket is detachably and movably connected with any one supporting rod through a connecting structure;
The connecting structure comprises a pair of supporting seats fixed on the supporting rods and at least one elastic rotary buckle fixed on the outer side face of the storage basket, the elastic rotary buckle on the storage basket is embedded between the pair of supporting seats on the supporting rods, the movement of the storage basket in the vertical direction is limited through the pair of supporting seats, and the storage basket horizontally rotates around the supporting rods; the supporting seat comprises a base and a mounting groove which is arranged on the base and can be used for embedding the elastic rotating buckle, the mounting grooves of the supporting seat are arranged up and down oppositely and are positioned on the same axis, the supporting seat further comprises an unlocking component which is used for unlocking the elastic rotating buckle by the mounting groove, and the unlocking component comprises a through hole which is formed by extending the bottom surface of the mounting groove to the end surface of the other end of the base, and a pressing component which is arranged at the through hole and is used for pushing the elastic rotating buckle out of the mounting groove.
2. A shelf according to claim 1, wherein the support further comprises guide slots extending from the sides of the base to the mounting slots.
3. A shelf according to claim 1, wherein the pressing assembly comprises a second end cap secured to the base for closing the through hole, a button disposed at the through hole and extending into the mounting slot, and a second spring disposed in the through hole and surrounding the button.

A shelf according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the support further comprises mounting holes provided in the base in parallel with the mounting slots for the support rods to pass through, the mounting holes of the support passing through the support rods and being fixed at any height of the support rods.

The shelf of claim 4, wherein the support base further comprises a fixing hole formed in the base at a side of the mounting hole and communicated with the mounting hole, the support rod is provided with a plurality of locking holes for fixing the support base, and the locking member is locked to the locking hole of the support rod through the fixing hole of the support base.
6. A shelf according to claim 1, wherein said connection structure comprises a pair of said resilient swivel fasteners secured to the outer side of said basket and a pair of said resilient swivel fasteners are located on the same vertical axis.
7. The shelf of claim 6 wherein said elastic swivel fastener comprises a housing fixedly connected to said basket, a swivel post disposed within said housing, and a first spring disposed within said housing between said housing and said swivel post; the first spring pushes out the end part of the rotating column from the inside of the shell and then inserts the end part of the rotating column into the mounting groove of the supporting seat, so that the storage basket rotates around the axis of the mounting groove.
8. The shelf of claim 7, wherein the housing of the elastic swivel comprises a barrel and a first end cap disposed at an end of the barrel, the first spring disposed in the barrel and pushing the end of the swivel post out of the end of the first end cap.
9. A shelf according to claim 8, wherein the rotating post comprises a vertical post and an abutment ring disposed around an outer peripheral surface of the vertical post, the first spring being disposed around the vertical post and pushing the abutment ring to the first end cap.
10. A shelf according to claim 9, wherein the end of the vertical column of the rotary column extending from the first end cap is a spherical arc surface, and the bottom surface of the mounting groove of the support seat is an arc surface matched with the vertical column.
11. A shelf according to claim 10, wherein the housing of the resilient swivel is integrally connected to the basket by welding, hinging or integral formation.
