An adjustable table for apparel design as in claim 5, wherein: the manual adjusting piece comprises a thread groove connecting block (24), the thread groove connecting block (24) is fixedly arranged in the middle of an installation rod (19), abutting blocks (25) are arranged at the bottoms of two sides of the thread groove connecting block (24), the abutting blocks (25) are in sliding contact with the inner wall of a U-shaped through groove (18), a thread pin (26) is arranged at the bottom of a desk plate (1), the thread pin (26) extends to the inside of the U-shaped through groove (18) and is in threaded connection with the thread groove connecting block (24), and a second rotating wheel (27) is arranged at the bottom of the thread pin (26).
