The present embodiment provides a wire arranging device which is substantially the same as the wire arranging device of the embodiment, except that: the specific setting of the lifting mechanism is different.
In this implementation, elevating system includes telescopic link and lifter plate, and the stiff end of telescopic link is fixed to be set up in the bottom of drawer, and the flexible end of telescopic link is fixed to be set up on the lifter plate, under the telescopic action of telescopic link, the lifter plate can be followed the axis direction oscilaltion of telescopic link, makes winding displacement box upwards rise and removes to drawer open-ended position, and the connecting wire exposes outside this moment, makes things convenient for the maintainer to inspect and maintain the connecting wire, perhaps makes winding displacement box drop down to the drawer inside for deposit and accomodate voltage regulator's connecting wire.

Claims (8)

1. A wire arrangement for mounting on a housing (1) of a voltage regulator, the wire arrangement comprising:
A drawer (2) slidably provided in the housing (1);
The wire arranging box (5) is positioned in the drawer (2), the wire arranging box (5) is provided with a plurality of accommodating grooves (51) for accommodating connecting wires, and the accommodating grooves (51) are arranged in parallel;
the lifting mechanism is arranged below the flat cable box (5) and is used for driving the flat cable box (5) to lift; the lifting mechanism comprises a first screw rod (3) and a lifting plate (4), the first screw rod (3) is rotatably arranged in the drawer (2), the lifting plate (4) is provided with a threaded hole, the first screw rod (3) is in threaded connection with the threaded hole of the lifting plate (4), and the lifting plate (4) can move relative to the drawer (2) along the axis direction of the first screw rod (3);
The wire arranging device further comprises a second screw rod (6) and a nut (7), the second screw rod (6) is rotatably arranged in the drawer (2), the nut (7) is fixedly arranged in the wire arranging box (5), the nut (7) is in sliding fit with the lifting plate (4), and the second screw rod (6) is in threaded connection with the nut (7) so that the wire arranging box (5) moves along the axis direction of the second screw rod (6);
The lifting plate (4) is provided with a groove, the bottom of the nut (7) is located in the groove, so that the nut (7) can slide along the length direction of the groove, and the nut (7) drives the flat cable box (5) to slide along the groove.

The wire arranging device according to claim 1, characterized in that the wire arranging box (5) comprises a box body (52) and a box cover (53), the box body (52) is arranged on the nut (7), an opening is formed in one side of the box body (52), a rotating piece is arranged on the box cover (53), and the box cover (53) can rotate relative to the box body (52) through the rotating piece so that the box cover (53) can open or close the opening.
3. The wire arrangement according to claim 2, characterized in that a lock (54) is provided on the cover (53), the lock (54) locking the relative position of the cover (53) and the wire box body (52) when the cover (53) closes the opening.

The wire arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the wire arrangement further comprises a fixing plate (8), the drawer (2) is provided with a chute, the fixing plate (8) is slidably arranged in the length direction of the chute to be located at a locking position and a storage position, when the fixing plate (8) is located at the storage position, the fixing plate (8) is located in the chute, and when the fixing plate (8) is located at the locking position, the fixing plate (8) partially extends out of the chute and is used for being fixed on a mounting device.

The wire arrangement according to claim 4, characterized in that the wire arrangement further comprises a connecting piece (9), wherein the fixing plate (8) is provided with a mounting hole, and wherein the connecting piece (9) can pass through the mounting hole and be fixed on the mounting device.

The wire arrangement according to claim 1, further comprising a stop (10), the stop (10) being rotatably arranged on the housing (1), the housing (1) having a receiving cavity, the drawer (2) being located in the receiving cavity, the stop (10) being adapted to abut the drawer (2) for locking the relative positions of the drawer (2) and the housing (1).
7. The wire arranging device according to claim 6, further comprising a movable slide rail and a fixed slide rail, wherein the movable slide rail is connected to the drawer (2), the fixed slide rail is located in the accommodating cavity, and the fixed slide rail is fixedly connected to the housing (1), and the movable slide rail is slidably located in the fixed slide rail.
8. A voltage regulator comprising a bus bar arrangement as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
