Background
The notification deposit is a novel financial product provided by a financial institution, and compared with a product in a current period, the notification deposit has higher interest rate and can bring more benefits to customers; compared with regular products, the term of informing deposit is shorter, and the fund flow of customers is more convenient.
Currently, the notification deposit checks the balance in the current account of the client according to a preset period (for example, every day), and if the balance in the current account of the client accords with the deposit starting point, the balance in the current account of the client is automatically transferred to the notification deposit account to obtain higher interest. However, some customers have a demand for automatic payment, and these customers may deposit an amount for payment into the current account several days in advance of the payment date for the automatic payment due. However, since the notification deposit automatically transfers the balance in the current account to the notification deposit account according to the preset period, the balance in the current account is insufficient to complete the payment, and the payment fails.

The payment method of the disclosed embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 to 7 based on the scenario described in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 schematically shows one of the flowcharts of the payment method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the payment method of this embodiment includes steps S210 to S240.
It should be noted that, although the steps in fig. 2 are shown in sequence as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily executed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the figures may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, in different orders, and may be performed alternately or in turns with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
At step S210, a payment request is obtained.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the payment request may include a request generated according to a payment requirement of the user, for example, when the user draws (for example, transfers) at an ATM, consumes at a POS, or automatically returns to a credit card for overdraft, a corresponding payment request may be generated, and meanwhile, when the user has a payment-withholding requirement (for example, pays a water and electricity fee), a corresponding payment request may also be generated, which may be determined according to actual requirements, and is not listed here.
In step S220, it is determined whether the payment account for completing the payment request includes a notice deposit account according to the payment request.
In the disclosed embodiment, notifying the deposit account refers to: a financial product requiring a payment notice to a bank one day in advance and requiring a minimum of one day for a deposit period. The notification deposit can be divided into 1 day notification deposit and 7 days notification deposit according to the length of the term notified in advance by the depositor, regardless of the actual term of deposit. Informing the deposit 1 day would require informing the contract to withdraw the deposit 1 day ahead, whereas informing the deposit 7 days would require informing the contract to withdraw the deposit 7 days ahead.
Alternatively, the amount of money required to complete the payment request may be compared to the balance in the non-notification deposit account that the user can use to complete the payment request, and it may be determined whether the payment request needs to be completed using the balance in the notification deposit account based on the comparison, e.g., when the balance in the non-notification deposit account is insufficient to complete the payment request, the payment request may be completed using the balance in the notification deposit account, i.e., determining the payment account to use to complete the payment request includes notifying the deposit account.
In step S230, when the payment account includes the notice deposit account, a payment tendency is acquired according to the payment request. When the payment account does not include the notice deposit account, the payment can be directly made with the corresponding payment account.
In the disclosed embodiment, the payment tendency can be agreed by the supplementary agreement when the payment agreement is signed with the user, for example, whether the user is allowed to pay by adopting the installments, what the maximum payment interest rate the user can accept when the installments are adopted, and the like can be agreed in the agreement.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the payment user can be determined according to the payment request, and then the payment agreement of the payment user is inquired out to determine the payment tendency of the payment user.
In step S240, a payment means matching the payment tendency is generated, wherein the payment means completes the payment request by notifying the balance in the deposit account.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a corresponding payment mode can be generated according to the payment tendency of the user, for example, when the user does not allow the mode of installments payment, the payment mode can include full payment; when the user allows the mode of installments payment, the payment mode can comprise installments payment; when the user allows to adopt the mode of payment by stages and the maximum payment interest rate is appointed, a better mode can be determined from the modes of payment by stages with the payment interest rate lower than the maximum payment interest rate, so that the final payment mode is obtained.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the balance in the non-notification deposit account can be used preferentially to complete the payment request, and the balance in the non-notification deposit account is used for payment for the part which is not enough to be paid.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a partial credit may be drawn from the notification credit account in advance by using the partial withdrawal service, so that only a required portion is drawn from the notification credit account, and not all the portions are drawn, so that the balance retained in the notification credit account can be continuously restored, and further the balance can still obtain higher interest.
By adopting the payment method of the embodiment of the disclosure, when the payment request is obtained, whether the payment request needs to be completed by using the balance in the deposit account can be automatically judged, and when the payment request needs to be completed, the balance in the deposit account can also be used for completing the payment request, so that the payment failure caused by the automatic transfer function of the deposit account (namely, the balance in the current account is transferred) is avoided. Meanwhile, the payment method of the embodiment of the disclosure can generate a payment mode matched with the payment tendency according to the payment tendency, so that the balance in the deposit account is paid and notified in a mode of maximally adapting to the user requirement, and the user income is ensured.
The payment method of the embodiment of the present disclosure is further described with reference to fig. 2 to 7.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flowchart of determining whether a payment account includes a notification deposit account according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, in some specific embodiments, step S220 includes steps S221 to S227.
In step S221, the payment user is obtained according to the payment request.
In step S222, a plurality of payment accounts under the payment user name are acquired, and the plurality of payment accounts include a notification deposit account and other accounts.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, the other accounts may include non-notified deposit accounts under the name of the payment user, e.g., the other accounts may include current accounts of the payment user, etc.
At step S223, it is determined whether the balance in the other account can complete the payment request. When the balance in the other account can complete the payment request, executing step S224; when the balance in the other account cannot complete the payment request, step S225 is performed.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, it may be determined whether the balance in the current account is greater than or equal to the amount required to complete the payment request, and if the balance in the current account is greater than or equal to the amount required to complete the payment request, it is determined that the balances in the other accounts can complete the payment request, otherwise, it is determined that the balances in the other accounts cannot complete the payment request.
Alternatively, when the payment request is for a repayment, such as a credit card repayment or a loan repayment, the repayment amount, i.e., the amount required to complete the payment request, may be calculated based on the principal of the repayment and the loan interest rate.
At step S224, the payment request is completed by the balance in the other account.
In step S225, it is determined whether the sum of the balance in the deposit account and the balances in the other accounts can complete the payment request. When the balance in the deposit account and the balances in the other accounts are notified that the payment request can be completed, step S226 is performed; when the balance in the deposit account and the balances in the other accounts are notified that the payment request cannot be completed, step S227 is performed.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the sum of principal and interest due in the notification deposit account may be used as a balance in the notification deposit account, then, the balance is summarized with a balance in the current account and compared with an amount required for completing the payment request, when the sum is greater than or equal to the amount required for completing the payment request, it is determined that the balance in the notification deposit account and balances in other accounts can complete the payment request, otherwise, it is determined that the balance in the notification deposit account and balances in other accounts cannot complete the payment request.
In step S226, determining the payment account for completing the payment request includes notifying the savings account.
In step S227, a corresponding prompt is generated.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, generating the respective prompt may include a prompt for a payment failure. Optionally, an installment payment mode with a lower repayment interest rate may be recommended to the user further according to the balance in the notified deposit account, and then it is determined whether to complete the payment operation in the installment payment mode according to the selection of the user, so that when the balance in the notified deposit account is not enough to complete the payment request, buffering is performed in the installment payment mode to prevent the payment failure.
In some embodiments, the payment request comprises a payment request generated based on an expired credit card payment service. The payment propensity may include whether the user is permitted to make payment by an installment payment. When the user does not allow the installment repayment, the payment request can be completed directly by the full amount repayment, and when the user allows the installment repayment, the payment tendency can also include the preset maximum repayment interest rate, fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of determining the payment method according to the embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, step S240 includes step S241 and step S242.
In step S241, the payment method matched with the payment request is obtained, and the payment method matched with the payment request includes a full payment method and an installment payment method.
In step S242, one of the full payment method and the installment payment method is determined as a payment method matching the payment tendency according to the maximum payment interest rate.
In the disclosed embodiment, when the interest rate of the installment repayment is less than or equal to the maximum repayment interest rate, the installment repayment mode is determined as the payment mode matched with the payment tendency, and when the interest rate of the installment repayment is greater than the maximum repayment interest rate, the full repayment mode is determined as the payment mode matched with the payment tendency.
In some embodiments, the payment method further comprises: and determining one of the full payment mode and the installment payment mode as a payment mode for completing the payment request according to the interest rate of the deposit account, for example, when the interest rate of the deposit account is larger than or equal to the interest rate of the installment payment mode, determining the installment payment mode as the payment mode for completing the payment request, and when the interest rate of the deposit account is smaller than the interest rate of the installment payment mode, determining the full payment mode as the payment mode for completing the payment request.
In some embodiments, the installment repayment mode may include a plurality of repayment modes, for example, a 3-month installment repayment mode, a six-month installment repayment mode, a 12-month installment repayment mode, and the like. Optionally, in this embodiment of the disclosure, one of the payment interest rates that is smaller than the maximum payment interest rate and has the longest payment period may be selected from the multiple staged payment manners. For example, a 12 month installment repayment may be selected such that the user's most principal remains in the notification deposit account for higher revenue.
In some specific embodiments, preferential information of the installment repayment mode can be acquired, and then a corresponding installment repayment mode can be recommended to the user according to the preferential information, and then according to the selection of the user, which repayment mode is specifically adopted to complete the payment request is determined. For example, when a certain installment is preferred to have a free offer, the installment may be selected to complete the payment request.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a second flowchart of a payment method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the payment method further includes steps S310 to S330.
In step S310, after the payment request is completed, it is determined whether the balance in the notification deposit account satisfies the minimum startup amount. When the balance in the deposit account is notified to satisfy the minimum amount of the starting deposit, executing step S320; when the balance in the deposit account is notified not to satisfy the minimum starting amount, step S330 is performed.
In step S320, the balance and the current interest are renewed.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the balance and the current interest can be taken out from the current notice deposit account, and the taken-out balance and the current interest can be used as a new fund to be deposited into the new notice deposit account. Therefore, the user can not obtain the related benefits because the balance in the notification deposit account is taken out, and meanwhile, the balance and the interest in the current period can be renewed, so that the user can still enjoy the high benefits of the notification deposit account.
In step S330, the balance and current interest are transferred to other accounts.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the balance and the current interest can be transferred to the current account for the user to flexibly control.
Fig. 6 schematically illustrates a third flow chart of a payment method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, in some specific embodiments, the payment method further includes step S410 and step S420.
In step S410, the expired credit card payment service, loan payment service and/or payment service is acquired according to a preset period.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset period may be determined according to actual needs, for example, the preset period may be set to "one day", and for example, the expired credit card payment service, loan payment service and/or payment service may be acquired every night. The loan repayment service may include a house loan repayment service and the like, and the payment service may include a water and electricity fee payment service and the like.
In step S420, a payment request is generated according to the credit card payment service, the loan payment service, and/or the payment service.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the payment request is generated according to the loan repayment service and/or the payment agency service, each step in the above embodiment may be executed, or the payment request may be directly completed in a full payment manner, which may be specifically determined according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
Fig. 7 schematically illustrates a flow chart for determining a payment tendency according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 7, in some specific embodiments, step S230 includes steps S231 to S233.
In step S231, the payment user is acquired according to the payment request.
In step S232, a payment agreement with the payment user is inquired.
At step S233, payment trends are determined from the payment agreement.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when a payment agreement about the notification deposit account is signed with the user, the user can agree whether to allow the user to use the balance in the notification deposit account to complete the payment request in a manner of a supplementary agreement, and meanwhile, the payment tendency can also be agreed in the supplementary agreement. Optionally, the user may sign a supplementary agreement in multiple ways, such as a mobile banking APP and a counter, which may be determined specifically according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
Optionally, the user can inquire and modify the payment tendency according to actual needs, so that the payment tendency is maximally adapted to the user requirements.
Optionally, a service for terminating the supplementary agreement may be provided for the user, and if the user wants to cancel the supplementary agreement, that is, the user does not want to use the balance in the notification deposit account to complete the payment request any more, the user may select to cancel the supplementary agreement after inquiring the service through the mobile banking, and at this time, the service for automatically completing the payment request using the balance in the notification deposit account may be immediately effective, and the service for automatically completing the payment request using the balance in the notification deposit account may not be provided for the user any more on the day.
By adopting the payment method of the embodiment of the disclosure, when the payment request is repayment, the failure of repayment caused by informing the deposit account to automatically transfer the balance in the current account can be avoided, so that the influence on credit investigation and receipt of the user caused by the failure of the repayment and the economic loss such as penalty caused by overdue repayment of the user are prevented.
Meanwhile, the deposit account is informed of the completion of the payment request, so that the user does not need to take out the periodic deposit for the completion of the repayment, the problems that the user cannot obtain the periodic deposit income and the future potential income and the like are avoided, and unnecessary economic loss is prevented.
For example, it is assumed that the user allows automatic payment by using the notification deposit account, that is, allows the payment request to be completed by using the balance in the notification deposit account, when signing a supplementary agreement for notifying the deposit account, and at the same time, may set payment priorities, for example, the payment priorities are, in turn, room credit repayment, credit card repayment and water and electricity fee payment, and in some embodiments, the payment is completed in turn according to the priorities.
Assuming that the repayment date of the house loan, the repayment date of the credit card and the payment date of the water and electricity fee payment are the same day, and the repayment date is reached, in step S210, three payment requests are obtained, which are 6000 yuan for the house loan, 12000 yuan for the credit card and 200 yuan for the water and electricity fee payment respectively.
In step S220, it is detected that the balance in the current account of the user is 1000 yuan, and the balance in the current account of the user is not enough to be used for house loan, at this time, the sum of the principal and the current interest of the deposit account notified by the user is detected, so as to obtain that the balance in the deposit account is 20 ten thousand yuan.
In step S230, for the room loan repayment, the full payment method can be directly adopted, and at this time, 5000 yuan is automatically provided from the notice deposit account part and the balance of the current account is 1000 yuan for paying the room loan arrearage. After the room loan arrears are paid, the notification deposit account has 19 ten thousand 5000 dollars remaining that is greater than the starting amount of 5 ten thousand dollars, and optionally may be automatically credited as a new notification deposit account, with the user continuing to enjoy the higher interest in the notification deposit.
For the repayment of the credit card, three different periodical repayment modes are obtained, namely 3-month periodical repayment, 6-month periodical repayment and 12-month periodical repayment, wherein interest rates of the three different periodical repayment modes are 2%, 4% and 5% respectively. Assuming that the maximum repayment interest rate is set to be 5% in the payment tendency, the interest rates of the three installment repayment modes are all smaller than the maximum repayment interest rate, so that the installment repayment can be selected according to 12 months, the repayment is 1000 yuan, and the maximum amount is reserved for the user to be continuously deposited on the notification deposit account.
For the water and electricity fee payment, a full payment mode can be directly adopted, namely, 200 yuan is directly provided for the water and electricity fee payment from the credit account notification part. The remaining amount of 15 ten thousand 3800 dollars are kept in the notice deposit account.
