the secondary storage module further comprises a cloud storage unit in signal connection with the second storage unit;
when the second storage unit is full of internal storage, the control module controls the second storage unit to upload stored effective data to the cloud storage unit.
7. The method of managing an ERP management system according to claim 6, wherein:
an encryption unit is further arranged between the second storage unit and the cloud storage unit, and the encryption unit is in signal connection with an unlocking module;
the encryption unit provides a private key to sign the valid data, encrypts the signed valid data by using a public key of an authentication server where the encryption unit is located, and sends the encrypted valid data to the authentication server in the cloud where the encryption unit is located;
the authentication server uploads the encrypted effective data to the cloud storage unit, and records the signature password and the encrypted password to the unlocking module.
8. The method of managing an ERP management system according to claim 7, wherein:
when the data of the cloud storage unit needs to be called, the signature password and the encryption password are input into the unlocking module, and the cloud storage unit can be downloaded through the encryption unit.
9. The method of managing an ERP management system according to claim 8, wherein:
when the cloud storage unit stores the effective data, the effective data are divided into a plurality of time period folders, and each time period folder comprises financial management information, material management information, quality management information, technical management information, production management information and sales management information.
10. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: the computer-readable storage medium is used for executing the management method of the ERP management system according to any one of claims 5 to 9.
