Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and referring to fig. 1, the method may include the following steps:
and step S101, receiving a printing instruction, and acquiring document information to be printed from the printing instruction.
The printing device may be a printer dedicated to printing documents, or may be a scenario in which a general-purpose printer is used to print documents, and the printing device may be applied to a current common place in the market, for example, the printing device is used as a takeaway printer, a kitchen printer, or the like, and documents in embodiments of the present disclosure may include any type of documents or bills.
Generally, a printing device needs to be connected with a control device, such as a computer or a mobile terminal connected wirelessly, when a new print job is available, the control device sends a print instruction corresponding to the print job to the printing device, where the print instruction may include document information to be printed, and the document information may be document information in any business scenario, for example, for a take-away scenario, the document information may be order information, and the order information includes an order number and other information related to the order (e.g., meal information for ordering, price information, information of an ordering person, etc.).
Illustratively, the document information may be generated by the control device and sent to the printing device after receiving an order, where the order may be generated by scanning a barcode of a commodity, or an online order received by the control device, and the document information may be transmitted to service software, where the service software may be any service software related to the printing device, and has a connection with the printing device, and is capable of performing data interaction with the printing device, such as operation software of the printing device, or order service software, and the order service software is capable of sending the printing instruction to the printing device when generating or receiving an order, so that the control device may send the document information to the printing device through the service software, and the printing device prints the related document.
And S102, responding to the printing instruction, printing a corresponding document according to the document information, and printing an identification code on the document when the document is printed, wherein the identification code is generated according to a first document identifier in the document information analyzed from the printing instruction transmitted to the printing equipment by the service software.
Taking an order as an example, the first document identifier may be an order number, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code or a bar code generated according to the order number, and the identification code may be printed at an assigned position of printing paper when the document is printed. Step S103 is executed after the printing is completed, the printing can be completed based on the cutting command of the printing device, and after the printing device executes the cutter command, the printing job corresponding to the printing command is considered to be completed.
And step S103, scanning and reading the printed identification code on the document through a code scanning device on the printing equipment, thereby obtaining a second document identification.
For example, a code scanning device may be disposed on the printing apparatus, for example, at a single outlet of the printing apparatus, and the code scanning device may scan a barcode and/or a two-dimensional code, and the code scanning device may be a laser type code scanner, an image type red light code scanner, or a camera (recognizing a barcode through image recognition), or another type of code scanning device, and the type of the code scanning device is not limited in this disclosure. And under the condition that the printing equipment finishes printing the document, scanning the identification code on the printed document by the code scanning device, wherein the scanning result is a second document identification represented by the identification code. And then judging the printing state of the bill by comparing whether the scanned second bill identification is consistent with the first bill identification in the received order information.
And S104, determining the printing state of the bill according to the first bill identification and the second bill identification, wherein the printing state of the bill comprises normal printing or abnormal printing of the bill.
And determining the printing state of the document according to the first document identifier and the second document identifier, so that closed-loop detection of the printing state of the document can be realized.
Under the condition that the scanned second bill identification is consistent with the first bill identification transmitted to the printing equipment by the service software, the bill is confirmed to be normally printed, the printing equipment sends a signal of normal printing to the service software, and the printing is finished; and when the scanned second document identification is inconsistent with the first document identification transmitted to the printing equipment by the service software, determining that the document is abnormal in printing, sending a signal by the printing equipment through an acoustic and optical device arranged on the printing equipment at the moment to output information of the abnormal document printing, thereby prompting a user of the abnormal document printing, and/or sending a message of the abnormal document printing to the service software by the printing equipment, finishing printing, and then carrying out secondary printing after the user receives the message of the abnormal document printing. Illustratively, when a take-away order is printed, a barcode on the printed document is identified by a printing device to obtain an order number, the printing device can check whether the order number is consistent with the order number sent to the printing device by service software, or the order number can be sent to the service software to check whether the order number is consistent, so as to determine whether the document is normally printed, and when an exception is found, a worker can print the order again, so that the wrong order or the missing order can be prevented.
According to the technical scheme, after receiving a printing instruction, the printing equipment acquires the document information to be printed from the printing instruction, responds to the printing instruction, prints the corresponding document according to the document information, prints an identification code on the document when the document is printed, the identification code is generated according to a first document identifier in the document information analyzed from the printing instruction transmitted to the printing equipment by business software, scans and reads the identification code on the printed document through a code scanning device on the printing equipment so as to obtain a second document identifier, and determines the printing state of the document according to the first document identifier and the second document identifier, wherein the printing state comprises normal document printing or abnormal document printing. Therefore, whether the document is normally printed or not can be detected, and the problems of wrong documents and lost documents can be found in time.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another information processing method provided according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and referring to fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
in step S201, the printing device receives a print receiving instruction sent by service software on the control device.
The printing instruction includes document information to be printed, the printing device needs to be connected to the control device to receive the printing instruction sent by the service software running on the control device, and details about the printing device, the control device, the service software, and the document information may refer to the content described in step S101 and are not described again.
Step S202, printing the corresponding bill, and printing the identification code on the bill when printing the bill.
The bill information comprises bill content and the first bill identification, the identification code is generated according to the first bill identification in the bill information, and the identification code can be a two-dimensional code or a bar code. After receiving the printing instruction, printing a document corresponding to the document information in response to the printing instruction and printing the identification code on the document, taking a takeaway order as an example, after receiving the printing instruction for printing the takeaway order, the printing equipment acquires order information in the printing instruction, including order content and order number, and further prints the order information on current printing paper, and prints a two-dimensional code or a bar code generated according to the order number on the printing paper, thereby forming a printed document, and executes a cutter instruction to complete printing.
Step S203, the printing device calls a code scanning device to scan and print a second document identification represented by the identification code on the document.
If the code scanning device can scan the identification code, steps S204 to S208 are executed after scanning the identification code to obtain the second document identifier, and if the identification code is not scanned, steps S209 to S211 are executed.
For example, the code scanning device on the printing apparatus is installed at the output port of the printing apparatus, and can be used for identifying a barcode or a two-dimensional code, and the code scanning device may refer to the code scanning device described in step S103, which is not described in detail herein.
And S204, determining the printing state of the sheet according to the first sheet identifier and the second sheet identifier. The document printing state comprises normal document printing or abnormal document printing.
Under the condition that the second document identification is consistent with the first document identification, the document is determined to be printed normally; and determining that the document is abnormal in printing under the condition that the second document identification is inconsistent with the first document identification. Taking a takeaway order as an example, after printing an order document, the printing equipment scans a bar code on the document through the code scanning device to obtain an order number, compares the order number obtained from the business software with the order number obtained by scanning the bar code, and determines that the document is normally printed under the condition that the order numbers are consistent, or determines that the document is abnormally printed.
If the document printing state is that the document printing is normal, executing step S205 and step S206; if the document printing state is abnormal, step S207 and/or S208 is/are executed.
And step S205, sending a message that the document is normally printed to the control equipment of the printing equipment when the document printing state is that the document is normally printed, wherein the message that the document is normally printed is used for the control equipment to output the message that the document is normally printed through the service software.
In step S206, printing ends.
And step S207, sending a message of abnormal document printing to the control equipment of the printing equipment when the document printing state is abnormal document printing, wherein the message of abnormal document printing is used for the control equipment to output the message of abnormal document printing through the business software.
And S208, outputting audio information for prompting the abnormal printing of the document through an audio module arranged on the printing equipment and/or outputting information for prompting the abnormal printing of the document through an indicator lamp arranged on the printing equipment under the condition that the printing state of the document is abnormal.
It can be understood that, under the condition that the document is normally printed, a message that the document is normally printed can be sent to the control device, so that the message that the document is normally printed can be output through business software to remind a user that the document is normally printed. Under the condition that the document is abnormally printed, sound and light alarm can be carried out through an audio module and/or an indicator lamp arranged on the printing equipment so as to remind a user that the document is abnormally printed, and therefore the document can be printed again. The audio module may be a buzzer or a speaker, and the indicator may be an LED indicator, which indicates that the document is printed abnormally by displaying different colors of lights (for example, a green light indicates that the document is printed normally and a red light indicates that the document is printed abnormally), or by flashing lights. The printing equipment can also send a message of document printing abnormity to the control equipment of the printing equipment so as to output the message of document printing abnormity through the service software and remind a user of document printing abnormity.
In step S209, in a case where the code scanning device does not scan the identification code, a paper feeding state of the printing apparatus is detected, the paper feeding state including a paper shortage and a paper non-shortage.
For example, in the case that the code scanning device does not scan the identification code, whether the printer is out of paper may be considered first, and whether the printer is out of paper may be checked through a detection module inside the printing apparatus, for example, a small printer may rotate several times through a paper feeding mechanism, such as a paper rolling wheel, and if the paper is not fed, the paper shortage may be determined, or a sensor for detecting the paper may be provided in some types of printers.
In the case of paper shortage, step S210 is executed, and steps S211 to S213 are executed in the case of no paper shortage.
And step S210, sending a paper shortage message to a control device of the printing device when detecting that the paper supply state is paper shortage, wherein the control device is used for outputting the paper shortage message through the service software. And outputting a paper shortage message for reminding a user of replenishing paper in time. Alternatively, the printing may be ended after the paper shortage message, or the printing instruction may be re-executed after a new printing paper is detected to re-print the corresponding document.
In step S211, when it is detected that the paper feeding state is not out of paper, the slip is determined. In case of determining a drop of bills, at least one of steps S212 and S213 may be performed.
And step S212, in the case of determining the ticket lost, sending a ticket lost message to the control device of the printing device, wherein the ticket lost message is used for outputting the ticket lost message by the control device through the service software.
In step S213, in the case of determining the ticket lost, audio information for prompting the ticket lost is output through an audio module provided on the printing apparatus, and/or information for prompting the ticket lost is output through an indicator lamp provided on the printing apparatus.
It is understood that in the case of determining the loss of the order, an audible and visual alarm may be provided through an audio module and/or an indicator lamp provided on the printing device to remind the user of the loss of the order for reprinting. The audio module may be, for example, the buzzer or the speaker, and the indicator may be the LED indicator, which displays different colors of lights or flashes to indicate a lost order. The printing device can also send a drop bill message to the control device thereof, so as to output the message of the message through the service software to remind the user of dropping the bill.
It should be noted that all the actions of acquiring signals, information or data in the present disclosure are performed under the premise of complying with the corresponding data protection regulation policy of the country of the location and obtaining the authorization given by the owner of the corresponding device.
