Abstract
The invention discloses a pure electric 2/3-speed single-planetary-gear gearbox which comprises a first driving motor, a second driving motor, a first brake, a second brake, a planetary gear mechanism and a reduction gear set, wherein the planetary gear mechanism comprises a sun gear, a planetary support and an inner gear ring, the inner gear ring is connected with an output shaft of the first driving motor, the sun gear is connected with an output shaft of the second driving motor, the planetary support is connected with the reduction gear set, the first brake is used for braking the inner gear ring, and the second brake is used for braking an output shaft of the second driving motor.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of transmissions, and particularly relates to a pure electric 2/3-speed single planetary gear transmission.
Background
In the prior art, a two-speed gearbox combined by double motors is actually two single speed reduction gear boxes with different speed ratios, so the structure is complicated, and the volume, the weight and the cost are high.

When the first gear is in the first gear, the first brake brakes the inner gear ring, the second driving motor operates, and power generated by the second driving motor is transmitted to the reduction gear set through the sun gear, the planetary gear and the planetary support in sequence.
And when the sun gear is in the second gear, the second brake brakes the sun gear, the first driving motor operates, and power generated by the first driving motor is transmitted to the reduction gear set through the inner gear ring, the planetary gear and the planetary support in sequence.
And in the third gear, the first driving motor and the second driving motor operate, and the first brake are in a released free sliding state. The power generated by the first drive motor and the second drive motor is transmitted to the reduction gear set through the planetary gear mechanism.
The reduction gear set comprises a first reduction mechanism connected with the planet carrier and a second reduction mechanism connected with the first reduction mechanism, and the second reduction mechanism is connected with the differential mechanism.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided to help those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to help them implement it by referring to the accompanying drawings and the description of the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a pure electric 2/3 speed single planetary gear transmission, including a first driving motor 1, a second driving motor 2, a first brake B1, a second brake B2, a planetary gear mechanism and a reduction gear set, the planetary gear mechanism being located between the first driving motor 1 and the second driving motor 2, the planetary gear mechanism including a sun gear 3, a planetary gear 4, a planet carrier 5 and a ring gear 6, the ring gear 6 being connected with an output shaft of the first driving motor 1, the sun gear 3 being connected with an output shaft of the second driving motor 2, the planet carrier 5 being connected with the reduction gear set, the first brake B1 being configured to brake the ring gear 6, the second brake B2 being configured to brake an output shaft of the second driving motor 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the first driving motor 1 and the second driving motor 2 are coaxially arranged, the first brake B1 and the second brake B2 are arranged on the housing of the transmission, the ring gear 6 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the output shaft of the first driving motor 1, the sun gear 3 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the output shaft of the second driving motor 2, the planet gears 4 are rotatably arranged on the planet carrier 5, all the planet gears 4 are uniformly distributed around the sun gear 3 along the circumferential direction, and the planet gears 4 are engaged with the sun gear 3 and the ring gear 6.
As shown in fig. 1, the reduction gear set includes a first reduction mechanism connected to the planet carrier 5 and a second reduction mechanism connected to the first reduction mechanism, and the second reduction mechanism is connected to the differential 11. As shown in fig. 1 and 2B, in the second gear (forward gear), the first brake B1 is released, the second brake B2 is activated, the second brake B2 brakes the output shaft of the second driving motor 2, i.e. brakes the sun gear 3, the sun gear 3 cannot rotate, only the first driving motor 1 is activated, the first driving motor 1 operates, the power generated by the first driving motor 1 is transmitted to the reduction gear set through the ring gear 6, the planetary gears 4 and the planet carrier 5 in sequence, and finally the differential 11 outputs the power.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2c, in the third gear (forward), the first brake B1 and the second brake B2 are released simultaneously, and then the first driving motor 1 and the second driving motor 2 are started simultaneously, the first driving motor 1 and the second driving motor 2 are operated, according to the operation principle of a single planetary gear: when a gear set has two input flows (to different gear members such as the sun gear 3 and the ring gear 6) at the same time, and another gear member (such as the planet carrier 5) is used as an output, the whole planetary gear set is in a combined rolling state, so that the input and the output of the power flow are combined into a whole, namely the speed ratio is: T/R3 is 1.0. Therefore, the power generated by the first drive motor 1 and the second drive motor 2 is transmitted to the reduction gear set via the planetary gear mechanism, and finally the power is output by the differential 11.
In neutral (N), the first brake B1 and the second brake B2 are released simultaneously, while both motors are at rest or idle (while the tackle is in place).
When the third gear returns to the second gear (or directly to the first gear), or the second gear returns to the first gear, the operation can be performed automatically or manually according to the control requirements of the above gears.
The smoothness of the gear shifting depends on the strategy and function of the control system, the speed regulation reaction of the motor, the function of the vehicle-making system and the like.
In order to avoid severe shift shocks, the gear ratios TR1/TR2 and TR2/TR3 are conventionally less than or equal to 2.0.
