A downhole casing repair device according to claim 1, wherein: the universal shaft (10) is a one-stage stepped shaft, the diameter of the inner end of the universal shaft is larger than that of the driven shaft (7), a rectangular opening (10-2) with the width larger than that of the driven shaft (7) is arranged, a pin hole (10-3) with the diameter slightly larger than that of the pin shaft (9) is vertically arranged in the middle of the rectangular opening (10-2), a hexagonal head (10-1) is arranged at the outer end of the universal shaft (10), and the size of the hexagonal head (10-1) is slightly smaller than that of an inner hexagonal blind hole (8-2) of the jackscrew (8).

A downhole casing repair device according to claim 1, wherein: the sleeve supplementing pipe (11) is made of stainless steel, the upper inner hole and the lower inner hole are provided with bell mouths, the upper portion is radially and uniformly provided with 2-3 threaded holes matched with the jackscrews (8), the lower portion is radially and uniformly provided with 2-3 through holes in interference fit with the safety pins (14), and the outer diameters of the upper end and the lower end of the sleeve supplementing pipe (11) are provided with annular bosses.

A downhole casing repair device according to claim 1, wherein: the righting plate (12) is disc-shaped, the middle of the righting plate is provided with a through hole of which the diameter is slightly larger than that of the driving shaft (4), and the periphery of the righting plate is uniformly provided with 2-3 through holes in interference fit with the safety pins (14).
9. A downhole casing repair device according to claim 1, wherein: the sealing sleeve (15) is a water-swelling rubber sealing sleeve capable of expanding when encountering water.
10. An operation method of a downhole casing repairing device comprises the following steps:
step 1, a well original production pipe column is taken out, a drill pipe column is scraped downwards, sand is washed to a damaged hole (16-1) of a sleeve (16), the damaged position of the sleeve (16) is accurately calculated, scraping is carried out until the scraped drill pipe column is smooth, and the scraped drill pipe column is taken out;
step 2, a strong magnetic salvage device is arranged, the scraping iron pins in the well are sucked out, and the interior of the casing (16) is cleaned;
step 3, a drift diameter gauge is arranged, so that the drift diameter gauge is smooth and unobstructed in the sleeve (16);
step 4, determining the length of the bushing repair pipe (11) according to the size of the damaged hole (16-1) of the bushing (16), wherein the upper part and the lower part of the bushing repair pipe (11) are generally 0.8-1.2 m;
step 5, connecting a cable (2-3) with the submersible motor (2), well performing waterproofing, penetrating out of a cable hole (0-1) of the upper joint (0), connecting the upper joint (0) with a drill pipe column, and binding the cable with the outside of the drill pipe to enable the middle part of the sleeve repair pipe (11) to be positioned at a damaged hole (16-1) of the sleeve (16);
step 6, connecting a cable with a power supply, switching on the power supply, rotating a submersible motor (2), enabling power to pass through an output shaft (2-2) and a coupler (3) to a driving shaft (4), driving a bevel gear (5) to drive a driven bevel gear to rotate, driving a universal shaft (10) to rotate by a driven shaft (7) through a pin shaft (9), driving a jackscrew (8) to rotate by the universal shaft (10), drilling a drill bit (8-1) of the jackscrew (8) into the inner wall of a sleeve (16), integrating a sleeve repairing pipe (11) and the sleeve (16), and repairing a damaged hole (16-1) of the sleeve (16); the sealing sleeve (15) expands when meeting water within a certain time, and a gap between the sleeve (16) and the sleeve supplementing pipe (11) and a gap between the sealing sleeve (15) are well sealed;
step 7, cutting off a power supply, pulling out the repaired pipe column, and after a drill bit (8-1) of the jackscrew (8) drills into the inner wall of the casing (16), because the cardan shaft (10) is spliced with the jackscrew (8), the jackscrew can be easily pulled out even if a section of the cardan shaft is spliced; the safety pin (14) between the centralizing plate (12) at the lower part of the driving shaft (4) and the sleeve compensating pipe (11) is made of aluminum alloy materials and is easy to cut off, the submersible motor (2), the transmission mechanism and the centralizing plate (12) are pulled out, and the sleeve (16) is repaired.
